The girl thats working tonight is really rude, I wanted to place an order and I literally stand there for over 10 minutes waiting on her to take my order but she didnt instead she ignored me didnt even ask me to wait or said a word to me and all this time I was standing there waiting she was on the phone. The food is good but the employee is what made me give it only 1 star. If they would change the employee I would rate it 5 stars.

This place is amazing! The entire pizza was covered with toppings, salad was delicious, and the service was prefect. Guy behind the counter was friendly and ensured me it would be a wonderful decision. One complaint is, the pizza was cold. We were disappointed but just threw it in the oven for a little. So I was looking for a pizzaria to match the level of food Ive been eating all week via tex-mex and BBQ and Big O is the answer! This pizza is amazing and they are very on time which for a late night after driving made me very happy! You will not be disappointed!

Got hungry for pizza around 2am following a night class and found that Big O’s was open until 3am! The pizza had some warm fluffy bread and super tasty cheese. I’d really love to try some other menu items like their salads as they look so good. Great service and definitely want to come back again in the future.

Haven’t been in Texas that long I work overnights at a living facility. This is one of the only places that delivers and stays open until 4am. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the pizza and wings as well as my co workers. The staff are so nice and always smiling when I pick up an order or they drop it off. I got teriyaki because that’s my favorite flavor and UGGHHHHHH THEY WERE SOOOO GOOD!!!!! I’m glad I don’t live next to y’all….I’d be 800 lbs within a month. And the BEST PART?? We went there early this morning around 1am and my friend ordered a gyro sandwich not a gyro pizza and when she expressed it to the man who worked there he got mad and so we left. I feel there was some poor listening skills there. Focus next time on the customer not continue to talk to others while trying to take someone elses order.

The hubby and I are new to Tx and always trying something new to eat. Big O pizza was cool to try. The veggie pizza may have been better if it had sauce on it, as it seemed a little dry. We will give them another chance and request sauce next time. We were impressed by all the different types of pizza to choose from. We will go back to try it again..

Great option for late night pizza (i.e. 12AM-3AM). Can get busy but they usually do a good job of communicating accurate wait times which is appreciated. I have only tried them for regular cheese pizza and it has been consistent each time.

Reason for the four stars is the pizza looked amazing! Smelt amazing and arrived at my door piping hot and right on time... but only in my dreams. The reason it wasnt five stars is because it was never delivered. I called after an hour when they said it would be 45 min, called after two hours and they said they are delivering it now! Waited another hour and no pizza so stuck staring at all the other delicious pictures on here... called back no answer, no pizza.

The fabulous tasting Pizza 🍕 and easygoing staff made my night complete. Hands down, one of the best late-night Midtown restaurants. My friend and I visited a day ago for some late night bites. We ordered three different sandwiches and some cheesecake. They told us they had enough meat to make the sandwiches, however the amount of meat on the sandwiches was pathetic. Additionally, each sandwich consisted of the same diced chicken in a slathering of white sauce with minimal shredded lettuce and a scant variety of other ingredients. The sandwiches were inedible. We wasted $30.TL;DR:. Dont order the sandwiches.

Nice pizzeria place, the pizza is so yummy and full of cheese, this pizza isnt like the regular chains out there. I live far away but when I want a really good pizza I come to this place. Just try it.

My large pizza was not ready in time promised, waited15 minutes! There pizza is too oily, extra Feta ordered was not added, but paid for! The taste was disappointing, even after blotting excess oil! I ate two pieces, and threw the rest of my large Big O Pizza in the garbage! I will never go back, what a disappointment, especially based on consumer reviews which give Big O Pizza and Pasta a 4.5 stars rating!!!!

Website offers delivery outside their delivery area for an extra charge, which I was willing to pay. Unfortunately, I was on hold only to be told delivery was unavailable after an hour of trying to order online and thirty minutes on hold. I get that youre busy, but that wait couldve been cut out if a couple questions had been asked before being place on that long of a hold.

I was given this flyer from the front desk at the La Meridien Hotel by the Galleria for a late night menu. Upon calling at 1145pm the woman that answered said they close at 12 so I said ok you have 15 minutes then tight she said no they were closed for business before their posted closing time. I then stated to her about the flyer from the hotel stating they were open until 3am, she stated I was incorrect and to flip the flyer over and the hours were on the other side. As you see there are no hours on either side except the OPEN UNTIL 3AM in BIG RED BOLD TEXT. I told her about this she said those had to be more than 2 years old they have never been open that late on a sunday. The front desk stated they had just brought them in a few weeks prior to todays date. Please correct your advertising so it doesnt falsely mislead your customers.

You have to request extra sauce unless you just want bread, cheese, and toppings. The chicken is good. The delivery time is fair. Dont waste your money on the tiramisu. The woman that answers the phone has poor customer service. Its like she has an attitude about basic questions being asked.

Between the very friendly staff, and the amazing food (Which Ill be back to try more of!), theres not much more that you can ask for at a small place like this. A lot of smaller places dont have as many toppings, or options as the big chains do, but they have everything Id ever want on a pizza, in a calzone, or on a sandwich. I still have to try the pasta, and wings, but I know I wont be disappointed. Today was my 1st time ordering from here, but that was all I needed to make this my new go-to pizza place in the area.

Omgggggggg yes i been here a few times now for the wings. tonight i had a pepperoni pizza because they have beef pepperoni instead of pork which is great for people like me that dont do pork only 2 pizza places in the metroplex that i know serve beef pepperoni and this is one of them. The pizza was so bomb glad i found this place and branches out.

The pizza was great. Definately has a great taste. The sauce is not acidic like the other pizza places i have eaten from but a little bit of sweet.The calzone was alright. Nothing to special about it. The breadsticks reminded me about a brand they sell at walmart.Would definately order another pizza but do not live within the radius they deliver to. I am suspicious about 3rd party deliveries.
