Dont waste your time. I called at 5:00 p.m. on 3/7/2021 and asked about coming in to a get a tire plugged and was told that I could, so I went straight there. I waited for 30 minutes without anyone seeing to me and then finally someone did ask if they could help me, only to then say that he was going home and that they were closing. Dont bother calling and asking about anything - whatever they tell you is meaningless. Go anywhere else.

My boyfriend and I stopped by here for an emergency oil change. Nick and Heather were absolutely amazing. They dropped everything to stop by and take a look. Provided us with all the information we needed and gave us advice. Highly recommend visiting!

Went to auto center to get car wash,oil and injector cleaner.They didnt have any of the things that I use.Getting to where its like that everytime I go in there.It says on line that its in the store than when I get there there is none.

Very pleasant and friendly staff and service. Went shopping while we waited, then on to the deli, lunch is served chicken tenders and potato wedges. Now we are enjoying our food while we wait on them to finish mounting and balancing my 2 new Dextero tires.

Went in because I was having a battery issue. I was told it was going to be over an hour before it could be looked at. Instead of making me wait Stephen helped me pick out a battery and installed it in my car without a wait. Entered the service center at 6:35 pm the associate never greeted me as I stood in line, or any type of courtesy. Once she had to acknowledge my presence she was very short and flat out rude in my opinion after I told her my considerably urgent needs (tire had wires sticking out) I explained that I was traveling a long distance and was a long ways from home but she said oh its 640pm we close at 7pm. Poor service.

Came in at 100 to get a set of tires. Told it was a 3 hour wait tyme. Okay, Ill wait. Now its 457 and my car has been sitting out there with all its tires off for more than 2 hours and other cars are just coming and going. People I havent seen are picking up their babies and mine sits there. Ive been here to whole tyme knowing I was close to the front now I am probably going to be one of the last. I did this knowing I had no where to be until 6 and now I dont know. Someone help Walmart Tire and Lube Express because its far from express. I am very unimpressed!!

They are not a Nascar pit crew.Too an hour to put 2 tire on my car. I was only customer in shop.If you need to get back on the road quickly, find a tire center.

I have had my oil changed at the Dalton Walmart for a few years and after watching them work it appears to be less than efficient. First, there is no method to thinkier madness, they pull a vehicle in and it sits, mine in particular for almost 90 minutes. Then the oil was drained, then it sat again. I counted 5 cars that came in to have oil changed after mine and all 5 were moved ahead. Wal-Mart?? Thats not how you run an efficient operation. Lets be clear, this isnt one time this is everytime I need the oil changed. They need to be better.

Not a great experience with customer service last weekend. Plus we just went to take off one of the tires that they put on so we could change our tye rods and they had over torked the bolts and my wheel stud came right off. Its a cheap fix but these guys are awful. Not to mention they charged us for tires that were $50 more expensive than the ones they put on and that we had asked for. When we asked the woman checking us out if this was the correct price she assured us it was until we asked the guy who actually put the tires on which was the correct price and we were over charged by almost $100. The woman then said that she will just have to refund us which was great except she didnt. We had to call our credit card company to report it as fraud. I would never go back to this terrible tire place. No matter how cheap the tires are.

Always slow make you feel like your a burden. The wait time is ridiculous. This is the ONLY place they use the wiat time to turn down business...

Let me start by saying this is the second set of tired I have puchased with Walmart. This past time was in February of this year, I have been battling a low tire pressure light for about two weeks now not having the time to have it look at. I stopped in around 7:45 am and was immediately helped by Elizabeth she got me all set and Michael came and got my keys and took my car back. After a few minutes he returned to tell me good and bad news: the bad, I had a nail in the shoulder unable to be fixed. The good, I purchased the road hazard when I originally got my tires and was going to receive a new tire at no charge. I was in and out within about 30 minutes and the. amazing customer service from. Both Elizabeth and Michael will have me returning and telling everyone to purchase the road hazard when offered ! Thank you so much Michael and Elizabeth!

Its no matter what time what day its always a 2 and half hour wait to get your oil changed

Been waiting over 3 hrs for 1 tire! Worst place ever to buy tires. Take a sleeping bag if you plan on getting your tires at this Walmart.

Slowest place in the world!!! 2hrs and 30 minutes and counting for oil change. And I was second person in line at 7 am.

These people are rude, lazy and inconsiderate. They should be ashamed of themselves. If you dont want to do your job, then go get a different one.
