He sent me full size sample before ordering. Once I got the sample I ordered them, and we got the materials very quickly. Quality of material was excellent. Top notch customer service, always answered the phone and addressed concerns/questions I had. I would definitely buy from him again and refer to all my friends.

We purchased Timberland grade engineered hardwood flooring but ended up running short because there was less usable material than we thought. We reordered regular grade hardwood to mix in and finish the project. On both orders, the folks at Absolute were very helpful, including helping us determine the cheapest way to have the wood shipped to our part of South Carolina. We were able to purchase hardwoods at about half the cost of the cost of a big box store. Id highly recommend doing business with Absolute Flooring.

He was always patient, gave me up-to-date information, and even checked with the manufacturer about run dates and status of the specific flooring I was seeking. When I finally ordered, the shipping was easy and affordable. Deborah Vaughan sent me all relevant info, and she was always in communication. I was concerned about moving the flooring to my home, but it was actually quite easy. The shipping receiving company guy loaded it into my old SUV, where it fit nicely (about 600 sq ft of eng. hardwood flooring). I would definitely work with this company again.
