After visiting 3 separate stores to try to get information about my account only to be told that they couldnt do it; I finally came across this store and an EXCEPTIONAL employee that was able to help me gain the information i needed from my account. The associate who went above and beyond to help get me the information i had been trying all day to obtain was named Michael. I am not sure of his last name but he was very helpful and patient with me even though i was extremely frustrated because of the whole ordeal i had ran into in trying to solve my issues. Was just given AMAZING service by Dandy and Angel. They helped me chose my new phone, transfer all my apps and info, and set up the new phone. They even had to stay after closing, unfortunately. These guys are why I stay with AT&T, not the company. It is the dedication of these men that make me stay.

I used to buy all my family phones at Best Buy in Chattanooga until last Christmas when I found my new go to place...I bought 3 phones for my kids on Christmas from AT&T store in Dalton from Christian and another phone for me yesterday...Great quick in and out sales!!!

If I could give this store less than one star, I absolutely would. They have terrible customer service. You go in and have an extended period of wait because all the employees are in the back. I was about to be helped, and someone else began raising hell because she was there before me, so instead of helping either of us, the staff member went to the back.
Asked to go on with my wife who is in a wheelchair. Was told by a smartalec only 1 person allowed in the store at a timeI then said you mean I cant take a handicap person in there? He said NO rather rudely. I then said so yall are not handicap friendly? Both people sitting there staring at me with a blank look on their face and said nothing. After getting my handicap wife into the car putting the wheelchair back into the car another Patron walked out all of the store. It was a mom and her daughter. When I questioned why They Were allowed in the store, the guy said shes a kid duh rather snottily.

The manger named Anthony was AMAZING! I have been having issues for over a month and he was very welcoming and did everything he could to resolve my issue! Great costumer service, quick and easy to talk to! I DEFIANTLY recommend directing all your questions and issues to him! I had talked to over 30 people and no one could resolve anything or even remotely tried, he did everything in his power to do what I have been trying to get done for over a month. He was great, thanks so much Anthony!

I am waiting about 1hour 43 minutes but still not getting services. I cant go inside and look at the phone too. Some people still go inside watch TV and look at the phone. I want to know why? And now 2hour 3 minutes and store manger Richardo Camacho..I dont like his ideas for customers and the way he handles the customers.

I have waited in my car for 2 1/2 hours. When I arrived at 4:00...There were seven people in front of me. Here it is 6:30...I have been waiting in my car for 2.5 hours!! Then they say Laura is next and I am after her...I have stood IN the store for seven minutes...No Laura and I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN HELPED!! AAAANNNNDDDD when I came in the door...A gentleman had been on hold for 45 minutes. I was behind him...I had been on hold for 20 minutes and still on hold...THIS IS SO BAD!!! So make sure you ask about appointments for your wait time...SO DISRESPECTFUL HERE AT THE WEST WALNUT STORE!! The lady that is FINALLY waiting on me went to the back of the store...She FINALLY picked up my call and hung up...So the moral of this story is...If they put you on hold...THEY WILL NOT PICK BACK UP...The phone is in the back of the store!!! GOOD GRIEF!!!
My husband and I had to stand outside in 98 degree heat because they wouldnt let both of us in to look at a phone. We could have had a heat stroke in that kind of weather. I understand health precautions, but we live together. Why couldnt we come in together? I needed a phone that day. I did not need to wait for online service. The representative was rude and did not care that I would have to wait out in the heat. Im a medical professional myself and its just as important to protect someone from heat illness. We are married and there is no medical reason for the two of us not to be together especially when there were no other customers in the store.
This AT&T is the bomb! I recently upgraded my mothers phone and unfortunately a month later my mother passed away. I went to the store and was greeted with a smile. I explained what happened and they was able to remove my mothers line and the phone payment plans off my account. This was a true blessing. I highly recommend this store to any AT&T customer due to this is a corporate store and not an authorized retailer of AT&T. That means they are authorized to give you more help then the other stores. Thank you AT&T for your hospitality and understanding.

I recently had a great experience at this location with Lisandro helping me activate a new phone. He even helped me back up my old phone which was a process, be he was extremely patient and made sure to answer all of my questions! Amanda Patton exemplifies great customer service! She helped me with all my iPhone watch and iPhone 11 Pro Max questions. She never got frustrated or impatient with me and the store was packed. She not only waited on me but also checked other customers in due to the heavy volume of customers and the lack other personnel to help. Amanda also kept her cool when other customers were being rude. She is a great asset to AT&T. AT&T is very lucky to have such a dedicated employee. Thank you Amanda and I will be back to this store because of you!
Angel was very professional and helpful. I went there and my interns was to cancel service with AT&T but angel was very helpful and knew his stuff. He helped me and explained everywhere for me In detail. I even thought about offering him a job. Thanks for great service that you provided.

No inventory and crazy Covid restrictions. Better results online on the app.
Employees were very helpful in polite but inventory could have been a little more stocked but equipment shortage may be due to restrictions on China products.
Good reps, help you out with any questions you have about your plans and upgrades. Walks you through every step in getting a new phone and having your stuff transfered. Very patient when they have to wait on you for information (upgrading me and my wifes phones with her at work).

I have the highest respect for this store. During uncertain times, businesses have the responsibility to ensure the safety of the many hundreds, if not thousands of people who walk through their doors. Now, this store may not have that many people come through daily, but if 10 people are spared from coming in contact with with COVID-19, they have done their part. This pandemic is still a serious problem. One that we do not have a solution for. After watching so many businesses go from being locked down and vocal about the safety of their customers, to having a careless “we are tired of staying home, let’s just live” attitude, it’s very comforting to know that the company that manages my communication is still putting the safety of their customers and staff above all else. After reading through some of these reviews, Im appalled at the narcissistic behavior of some of you. If you have a problem with going into the store alone, you need to check yourself. No one is discriminating against you, no one is harming you, no one is trying to control you. You should be ashamed that you are using such a serious accusation to harm the reputation of a company because you were mildly inconvenienced and would rather put your own life and the lives of others at risk than go into the store alone. Whether you believe the issue is still there or not isn’t relevant. Facts are relevant. And I’m thankful that ATT is doing their part in making sure that FACTS are the basis of their decisions regarding human life and health.
Xavier LaFontaine was our sells rep! He worked with us for almost 3 hours getting us the best deal we could get for our money! All 3 of us walked away with a new phone (two were practically free with the promotion they had) and our bill is going to be tremendously lower than what we were paying at Verizon! That’s why we made the switch!

This is definitely a great store to come and visit. The staff are always very friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable. Plus, this is the best carrier of the big 4. Also, this a corporate store so they have the ability to help you in ways that other stores can not.
Way too long of a wait. More than 45 minutes, so we just decided to leave..People shouldnt have to wait so long.Ill just go back to at&t online. That, and maybe retail stores that carry AT&T..Plus I got a multi line discount at at&t online. The stores claim they cant do that. Weve had at&t for a while now. Which their cell service is great.Customers service in stores, not so much.

I have been to this store serval times, as a matter of fact this where I bought my phone, daughters phone, and Apple Watch. Yes, in the past it’s always been a lengthy wait time; but tonight by far the worst.. understaffed on a holiday month! Smh and the only reason I came in was because the webpage was acting weird!! To add they had one price listed and trying to sale it to me for another, they stated they couldn’t honor the price they had displayed and plus didn’t have stock on them.
Fast, helpful, and friendly Customer service!!! Very nice store with LOTS of great accessories and the best cases for all smartphones! So many choices! I was in and out in ten minutes when i picked up my online order from them. The prices are fair and reasonable too! Tell your friends where to go for Christmas gicts for everyone!!!!

Went to go trade my phone in an upgrade but they wouldnt do it cause the glass around my camera gone. Well my phone works an looks brand new besides that. It has been in one of there over priced crappy phone cases since day one. It was in there over priced crappy case when I dropped it an the glass came out around the camera. The trade in policy says phone has to be in good physical working condition well my phone works fine an so does the camera. Have been a customer for 8 years now an at&t just keeps getting worse. Very disappointed an disgusted right now.
Very helpful staff were able to set us up on a one month prepaid plan quickly (we were travelling from Canada). AT&T provides great signal and the plan had all the features we needed.
Service is so slow so make sure to arrive prepared to wait 10 min minimum. Staff is very helpful once you get attention
Worst experience Ive had. Apparently, now you have to be the right color to get the neccessary help you need. I pay $700 a month in cell phones and ready to switch to Verizon.
The dalton at&t store is great. The company as a whole can be very frustrating to deal with (their over the phone customer service ESPECIALLY) but the associates at the dalton store really know what theyre talking about and will do everything within their power to help you as long as youre decently polite human being.
They get things done here and besides the typical 2 hours for getting a phone I gotta say it didnt feel that way, most employee have a conversation with you not being so awkward. Got my iPhone 6s in good time.

Do not try to call this location. The first thing I did when I went there was sit down with a rep and call them. Apparently they have all their phones purposely set to silent, and when I told them I called them 20 times with no answer, they didnt care in the slightest.Whoever is managing this location should be fired.

Absolutely the worse Att store that I have visited. This is not my first visit to this store. Staff is not up to date on current Att promotions, and also tend to add more charges to your purchase than are applicable. I find that it’s worth driving 30 miles north to Chattanooga Tn. to the Att store there.

All about the $$$$$$$$$$$ and the customer service is shotty. The AT&T reset our new phone and said it was done and he went outside to smoke. He was upset when he made every effort to upsell and we kept saying NO! The MANAGEMENT WAS NO HELP and we had to call corporate for resolution.
