Very negative experience. Been here twice and the guy acted like I was bothering him just because I needed his service. Thankfully T Mobile has opened a new store across from Harbor Freight at 2204 E Walnut Ave Dalton Ga. Everyone there was more than happy to help me and were very knowledgeable. Also didnt have to wait long for a customer service representative to help me.

Best call phone store experience of all time. Went in to see about international service for a trip to Ireland thinking it would be a long slow process. WRONG! Maria behind the counter made it so easy it was ridiculous. So very professional, friendly and knowledgeable! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was working and great. T-MOBILE This young lady is a keeper!

I wanted to give zero stars, but as you know, that isnt an option. This place provided the absolute worst customer service Ive ever encountered. They are extremely unknowledgeable about their services to the point that I dont think they have any training in anything except peddling their high-priced phones. They lied to us then refused to give us our money back. Just one example of their incompetence is the fact that the phone number listed on their website and store receipt has been disconnected. I will never ever deal with T-Mobile or recommend them to anyone. STAY AWAY!UPDATE: I got in touch with Brian, who commented on my review. He was extremely nice and responded almost immediately - both by email and phone. He sent us to the Fort Oglethorpe store where the manager, Nathan, refunded us the entire amount. Both gentlemen were very helpful and made us see T-Mobile in a much better light. I highly recommend the Fort Oglethorpe store.

Poor service. We were there for 10 minutes and no know asked if they could help or acknowledge we were there. When they did say something they asked us to move to another area to then be helped.

Arrived at the store Jose and Lily were awesome to deal with, unfortunately TMobile convinced these young adults it was ok to sell a service that would not work in my area. Called back to find out it was in refundable. Just another way that corporate America can scam the public out of money. Even the coverage area says I was covered. Thanks TMobile and executives. Hope you dont choke on dinner tonight. Will be reporting to bbb and all three credit agencies.

If you are looking to get the best deal for the buck, these guys have it. Their selection of phones are awesome. And the Tuesday Prize app gives you a whole lot of cool stuff.

Customer service rep clapped at me while she told me when to come in as if she was from the inner city. Not very professional at all. She also had zero knowledge about the specific phone I was asking about. No bueno. 😞

Wow this place is great and this young hispanic girl named Maria made this visit here an outstanding experience she answered all my questions and suggested the best deals to upgrade and get the best out of this service. I was gonna go with at&t but that million dollar smile and positive attitude conviced me t-mobile is where its at 100%

T mobile is a fine carrier, but the folks at this kiosk are beyond useless. They must be straight commission because they are unhelpful and constantly up selling. They wanted a $75 fee for upgrading the phone, so i walked out and got it online switched over for $200 less.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Had three different people tell me three different numbers on what a phone would cost.

Poor Service from Patty. She would not sell us a SIM card without a line activation. Maybe to secure a commission? Poor Training? I had to call Tmobile to replace my SIM.

USELESS PEOPLE!!!. Went there to get a new phone, the store manager indicated that she will be with me in two minutes. 20 minutes later, she was still watching the other useless employee install a screen protector. When I indicated that Im on my lunch break and was wondering if they can help me, I got the same answer Will be with you in 2 minutes. Totally unprofessional useless location

I have been a long time 7+ years customer of tmobile. In the beginning the store service was adequate, however the phone customer service was and is a nightmare. Up to 45 minutes of wait time and then you get some one that its almost impossible to comprehend what they I was done! Tmobile SUCKS and I decided to go to the actual store and see if they had any solutions. With that being said... I have found that this particular employee is going above and beyond his job duties. If it wasnt for Manager Brian at the Walnut Square Mall - Dalton Store. I would have already changed carriers. I have had one issuse after another concening a replacement phone. On 10/14/16 My LG 5 that was less that 2 mos and crashed. The phone rep said it would be delivered to my local store on 10/29/16. I went there and nothing. Needless to say I was about 2 mins a way from having a complete and major melt down. I then found out it was going to be at least 16 more days to get it to me. That is a month without a phone. Brian did the unthinkable, he went to his car and got his personal extra/back up phone and insisted that I use it until mine gets here. He didnt know me or nothing about me. The total random act of kindness should be recongzized. I dont known if your company acknowledges outstanding employees, if so Brian should most definitely be recognized. Thanks,Tabatha Cobb

This is by no means the best T-mobile store, with the best selection, and the most well trained employees under the sun, but residents of Dalton, Ga need to rejoice. I have tried all cell phone services in the area: AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint and T-mobile is the best hands down. They have internet speeds that in most parts of Dalton, Cohutta, Chatsworth trump Charter internets 60 down and 5 up service. Hell, the service is even fantastic in Dawnville. I hit 105 down and 35 up at my Mother-in-laws where other services barely function. Additionally, it wont cost you an arm and a leg like AT&T and Verizon. If you are not already on T-mobile, do yourself a favor and get on it today.
