Only after insulting me, as if i was not intelligent to know what she said was demeaning. When i told ger we were wasting one anothers time, she was huffy, and loudly blowing, i wont be back to this store.

Seems like the staff here is clueless they would pass you off to a 1-800 number then to help you. The hole point of going to the store is to get one on one service that is not happening at this store. I will be glad when we change locations so that when I need further help with a device I can go to a more knowledgeable store.

I was having trouble with my iphone for about two weeks when I decided to come to the Verizon store. John was very helpful in informing me of multiple options I had as will as, being patient with me while I decided. He set me up with a mute phone and made site I knew how to operate it. Great store

Although Verizon is a National company, this location is nothing more than a place to purchase phone. However, that is not exactly how they represented themselves when I first purchased my phone there. Ive been there several times to complain about issues concerning my cell phone and Hum device and they will not help me. Once you purchase the phone and sign the contract youre pretty much on your own. I would like to say this is not the way Verizon used to be. They have since taken a downturn. Ergo the reason for my low rating. And I believe that two stars is quite generous. Very pretty and pleasant place to shop. But if you have issues, you are alone.

I usually pay my bill online but had cash and decided to go here, to not have to worry about the hassle of putting the money on my card. I walk in and was greeted, I stated I wanted to pay my bill. We went to the computer and I gave my number and was asked if this was my 1st time paying here, I said yes and then I was told that I would have to round up to the next dollar because of that, ok no biggie. Then I say Im paying with cash and then I was told that I have to pay an extra dollar for paying with cash, OK but whatever. Then I pull out a $100 bill to pay my $87 with the upcharges, and then Im told well I dont think I will be able to break that. Huh? He yells out to an associate to ask if they have change and without looking up they yell no. Im thinking my bill is $87, Im paying with $100, you dont have $13 available? After standing there for a few more seconds with him kind of just standing there. I just say I can leave and pay my bill online like I usually do. That was just ridiculous to me. I came around 1:30pm in the afternoon. I could MAYBE understand if they just opened, but you dont have $13 in cash for change? I will stick to paying online.

I go in to try to swap Sims without locking up my phone because its a business phone. I locked it down last time I done it by myself. Within 5 min they had it locked down and burned my sims card. Then told me they could sell one for 10$ wow. I go there and they done exactly what I did not want to happen. Noobs.

I went in the corporate Verizon store in Dalton Ga because my facebook would not pull up and a couple of other issues. A salesman at the store worked on my phone for around 2 hours and could not fix it. He then became rude and suggested I change my service to ATT. I called my granddaughter when I left and she suggested I go to the other store in town. Alfred Millikan met me holding the door with a smile and I told him my story. He said he would solve my problem. 20 minutes later u am up and running. I will ALWAYS go to Cellular Sales and I will tell my friends and family to go there too. I was very impressed with Alfred. He is My Verizon Guy.
