I arrived at 4:20 pm. Absolutely NO ONE in the store besides me. Nothing pre-made so I asked the lady to make me an arrangement. She refused and said I needed to come earlier. Really? You’re still open for business according to your sign. Guess this business is really flourishing and they don’t need mine.

Ordered the fruit bouquet with a birthday balloon. Everything appeared nicely done but the fruit is totally unedible. Have reached out to them for partial refund. Its been 2 days, nothing yet. Disappointed as this was for a family member. Display was beautiful but just something to sit on table and look at. No way you can eat it.

I love it here, I can get healthy fruit options that fit my diet. Its a nightmare trying to cut my salt levels but here I dont have to deal with it. Everyone is always nice and friendly.

The arrangement was perfect, but for the price the note couldve been penned in some pretty cursive or something. Not just typed out on the card. Still, pretty well satisfied.

Business must not be needed!! Online said they close at 7. I was in the store at 2:40 and the sales person said she couldn’t do anything because she closed at 3:00. Never even asked what I needed. My order was very simple.

The chocolate covered strawberries are my special treat and guilty pleasure lol this place is so expensive but when you try to make them yourself, it doesnt taste the same. Ive never had a problem with them, they just usually stay busy and try to have some items already made but since we are talking about fruit, they will prepare things upon request. So I usually have to put in my order and come back at a later time to pick up.

Horrible customer service! Delivery driver was extremely unprofessional. My gift was cancelled because the driver “got lost” despite a direct text with my specific location. The store manager was no help.

The older lady at the front desk with the glasses was extremely rude! She kept making side comments and was not paying any attention to the customers at all. Horrible service! The fruit tasted amazing but the service was terrible. Would have given it a 5 star if it wasnt for the woman up front

Strawberries were horrible. Way too overripe and mushy. I always order from the store in Rome and have never received a batch this awful. I used a coupon they were advertising online to get free shipping if ordering $75 or more, as long as the order was to be shipped the day before Valentines. Was going to gift them to 2 people the next day on Valentines. They wouldn’t have lasted overnight, they’d have been rotten by next day. I ordered $100 worth so you can understand my level of disappointment. Only reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is because the manager offered to send me a new batch at the end of the week or beginning of the next week, but well after Valentines, the day I needed them. 😕

Do not, I repeat DO NOT order from these guys for Valentines Day! I preordered gifts to be delivered on Valentines Day to my wife at her work, and nothing ever showed! To make it worse no one even notified me! I found out that night when I got home that she didnt receive anything. I paid premium and got nothing. Apparently the shop that dropped the ball was on 153 in Chattanooga. Hope this helps anyone out there thinking a out using them.

I received chocolate covered strawberries for a Mother’s Day.The stems were brown and the strawberries were very mushy on the inside.I contacted the company who assured me I would hear from someone.I didn’t.Very disappointed.

Chocolate covered strawberries and chocolate covered pineapples are delicious and refreshing. Staff not real friendly
