Was looking to upgrade my ring. Both ladies were busy with customers so I waited patiently. As soon as another guy comes in they immediately greet him and tell them they will help him shortly. Will NEVER do business with this store again. I happily found another store that was willing to help me with my purchase.

Hands down the best customer service experience Ive ever had.

I have purchased a ring and earrings this past week . I’ve been in store 3 times excellent service each time. I was asked to put on a mask the last time I went in. I don’t have a problem with the mask. I’m a nurse I know employees absolutely hate asking people to put on a mask. If it’s the company’s policy their just doing their job.

I went and bought a ring about a month ago. Got sized and was told I was a certain size even thought It felt tight. The lady told me if I dont like how it fits I’ll order you another one. Two days ago, I went to pick it up and tried it on and it was very tight. I was told that because I had just got done working out, it was tight. Went home for a couple of hours and tried it on again with the same results. Went back to the store same day and the lady said that if I chose any bigger size that I would loose it. I told her I still wanted to get sized up. She told me that the system won’t let her and she would do it first thing in the morning and give me a call. Next day I went back even though I hadn’t recieved a call to see if everything was ok. I go in and the store manager tells me that I don’t know how to use a ring and that it’s suppose to feel tight. Then proceed to try to stretch my ring in the back. Not only does it still fits the same, what they did scratched and marred the rings surface. All 4 employees proceeded to tell me that the ring fit perfect and that i don’t know how to wear a ring. Ended up going to another Kay store and they treated me a lot better and resolved my issue. Don’t go to this store. If you don’t mind to travel to Chattanooga I recommend their store 100%!!!!

Wow!! The manager of this store is amazing. She spent a lot of time with us helping us get exactly what we wanted. She has amazing patients and a great sense of humor.

My husband bought my wedding ring there many, many years ago, I had planned on buying the cross ring, says it was instore. As soon as I walked in the woman at the counter says oh you need a mask, I said The Governor Bryan Kemp says its not mandatory, just incouraged to do so, I was told it was Kay Jewelry that says no mask, no service. Well the sales ladies acted scared to death and stepping back, wouldnt give me any information on the Jewelry I wanted to purchase. SO KAY JEWELRY, YOU WILL NEVER GET 1 DIME OF MY MONEY . WE WENT TO TENNESSEE AT JARRODS THEY WAS GLAD TO GET MY MONEY.

The associates and the manager are really good. I am well please that they helped me get everything taken care of after the store in Cleveland Tennessee screwed up my ring. They took really good care of my ring and myself and made sure I was happy. I recommend anyone needing a ring and good service to go to the store in Dalton. They are amazing.

Had an appointment for a ring inspection, 3pm (a specific time we agreed upon), got there, and they decided to go to lunch instead and wouldnt be back until 3:30. They are indeed entitled to a lunch just like anyone else, but they cant just disregard an appointment that they set and we drove across town for. They saw us at the door and sat in the lobby watching with no intention of letting us in for our appointment. They are very unprofessional and rude. I wont be purchasing anything else from this store

From sales associates to the beautiful managers these folks are very helpful . They have been great with my wife and I with every purchase. The other day I was in there picking up a ring and ended up buying a new watch. Great place to do business !

Me and my boyfriend went in to look at engagement rings but our budget is fairly low (1000$ max), the sales lady (i dont remember her name now) was very helpful and showed us some amazing rings that were exactly what i wanted and amazingly under budget! She also helped us set up a wish list for us for when we go back that had all of the rings we said we liked! Very good service will definitely be back!

My mother purchased a ring from kays about 25 years ago. She took it back to have it appraised. The two ladies were very snooty. Would not do the appraisal. We will not be going back to Kays any more they told us to go to jarrods ..... so... here we come with all our buisness.... thank you so much ladies!

Disgusting garbage!!!

My husband and I were going to buy a ring from this gentleman. He met us at the mall and we went into a jewelry store right below Kay in the Dalton mall to get them to look at it. Come to find out the ring was to small for my husband’s finger and couldn’t be resized. We spoke to the jeweler about some of their rings then we walked down to Kay to see what they had. We were only looking at cheap rings afraid we wouldn’t be able to afford anything real. I wasn’t expecting to get anything that day or order anything or pick out rings for my husband and I both. We were looking at rings just for my husband because I was just using my engagement ring as my wedding ring or my cheap wedding band. Well the young lady in there was amazing! I got approved for a $1000 credit card because my credit score wasn’t to horrid. Lol. She helped my husband and I both pick out the perfect rings. We did have to let them send them both off to be resized which the wait is killing me, but it’ll be worth it when they get here. Lol. So not only did she help my husband find the perfect ring, but I got one as well which I was not expecting and both under $1000 with some incredible discounts. Very sweet people in there and we also made friends. They are VERY helpful. Highly recommend from my husband and I both. We have never got to get brand new rings before that are actually real. Our wedding bands we had were brand new but not “real.” My engagement ring is real but it wasn’t brand new when I got it so it’s really nice to be able to get brand new “real” rings and start our own story. It also helps my credit as well. The payments aren’t bad at all either. It’s a win win. Thank y’all so much at Kay Jewelers! Y’all rock and make a lot of people very happy.
