I came by to buy a wedding band for my boyfriend and I just had the most amazing experience coming here. The whole team was very professional and friendly. Either go to the store in Chattanooga or Kennesaw!!!!The first time, my husband went after he got off of work and went to this Zales. He was met by a rude woman who told him they couldnt do anything, because Friday-Sunday was appointment only. (They couldve done the cleaning and inspection in 10 mins.) So, Monday came and it was 6pm by the time we could get to the store, because the woman said walk-ins were welcome during the week. We saw where they were open until 7, so we figured there was time. (It was 6:20pm.) Only to get there and find they closed at 6:15. Ive never had a problem with any Zales before, but this is getting to be an every time problem with this store. We will be going to a different store from now on, even if we have to drive an hour!

I will not order from them again online. The warranty doesnt cover fixing your jewelry unless you order two extra different warranty. Zales sucks

Great customer service, quality & price!

Waste of my time. Tried to come here with my boyfriend and purchase jewelry but when we called on the way to the store we were hung up on(rude!) and upon arriving at 4:30 the store was closed with a paper sign saying “on break”. This is unprofessional and ridiculous. Definitely don’t plan on giving our business to you. Chattanooga location is worth the drive.
