Like any discount store, bargain hunt may not have what you need but with the prices your probably going to find something you want. This time I went in looking for a lunch bag/ cooler for work and I found exactly what I needed, and for a great price too. BH isnt the best store in Dalton but its definitely worth a look.

Buyer beware this is returned products so might work some wont I dont know about you but if you save a buck get home it doesnt work and you have to return it and get another one then you didnt save anything.

Ehhh. Its ok i guess. If you need what they have in stock then your in luck. Some things are a deal and some things are the same price if not a little bit more. Some items are less quality and around the same price so not much of a bargain. It just depends though. Every now and then you have to jump on a deal but most the time ill find myself walking in and walking right back out after a quick stroll through the store.

So many things to look at. It reminds me of big lots.. lots of nick nacks to chose from

I park near here to walk to checkers. These are Joe biden freaks! They chased me down a while back and ordered me to put on a mask, 8 or 9 months after the virus hit, after Id been in there over a dozen times without one. I told them I hope they go out of business!

It a great place to shop for bed covers and it got good sales

The store was clean and the staff was friendly. It had alot of different items and it would be a good place to just stop and look around. The inventory is always changing and you never know what you may find next.

Stay AWAY! I would rather go to Walmart and get customer service than go here. They had a whole bin of pillows that said $8, then I took them to the front and they said they were more, someone else must have put them there. A whole bin?????? They dont take care of the customer. RIP-OFF

They did not accept returns due to covid, but did not clarify when they would be accepting returns again, so when I tried to return something 2 months later they told me I couldnt because too much time had passed, but they never specified when returns would be open so I had no idea when I could bring the item back. So just be careful because their return policy can be very deceptive.

The place was discussing. Then I did buy a shower head with hose and all. Got home and opened my box to find the shower head was not in my box. Only the hose. And I paid full price for the item. Tried to return the item next day or get them to replace it. And they said no returns. Which I understand. But they could have just gave me another one. I will never go back except to get my money back in 90 days. U should place a sign up in the door stating no returns till after ban is lifted. Or make it right. And gave me another one. And trAsh this one I own for the next 90 days

Best deals in town

Bargain Hunt, as a chain, has gone down tremendously since they expanded. They grew too fast and watered down the assortment of good product at each store to the point where nothing of value really exists there anymore. It used to be one of my favorite places to shop because you could find some great products at great prices but now its filled with nothing but leftover garbage. I wish they had limited the number of stores so that the product variety and quality were higher in each store like it was when they opened.(In response to the owner: I had no direct problem with the Dalton store, its the chain as a whole. When you had only a handful of stores, it was an incredible place to shop. When you decided to expand so fast, you went from a location to seek out and shop to being another Big Lots, which really isnt needed. Before there was the thrill that you might find some really cool high end merchandise or collectibles. Now you see the same low end, bargain basement stuff from Big Lots and even Dollar General. I used to go out of my way to find Bargain Hunt because I could always count on finding some really cool treasure. Now it just feels like Im walking in to Big Lots, only less organized and fewer options. Sure you MIGHT see something good every once in a while but I KNEW I would walk in EVERY TIME when the stores first opened and find really cool stuff. Now it might be one in 100 visits something good is available. So sad.

Not happy with the new policy of things. I understand it has been a few months since everything converted over, but this is no longer the place for a bargain. No more prices based by date and the person with the pricing gun needs to be smacked. Off the top of my head, I only remember a Target brand body wash was 12$ when the exact product in Target was 4$.Most of their items are marked this way now with the original manufactures suggested retail clearly marked on the package for 40-60% less than what they are selling it for.We still stop by on trips to Dalton, but almost never make a purchase.

Kind of fun to walk through. I have found a few random good deals. They recently reduced the store size meaning fewer things to look at. Less chance of finding something good now. Still, its worth a visit. Kind of a indoor yard sale if your into that sort of shopping.

If you want to find good furniture for a low price then you should really check them out. The employees are really friendly but no one is ever behind the tech desk. I had to wait a while before someone showed up. Check them out you wont regret it. Its pretty cool.

Use to have a pricing program that would get cheaper the longer the product sat on shelf. Now they put every day prices on products and dont receive discounts. Dont get me wrong you can still get a little better then retail price deal. Be careful though, products may be missing parts or in used condition. Return policy is pretty good if you receive something that has something wrong.

Didnt actually go to Bargain Hunt, went to Harbor Freight. Awesome tool store, always find what we need and more. Staff is knowledgeable about the products they sale. Very friendly, and helpful.

You can get some good deals here. You do have to check to see what they have on a regular basis. Liked it better when they had the pricing system that dropped the price every couple of weeks after the first 30 days.

They used to be pretty good on their discounted prices but it seems now they are asking for the same as retail stores. Only difference is retail stores have the items brand new unopened and the packaging isnt damaged. I used to really enjoy bargain Hunt but they have definitely gone down hill

It was a decent place with decent prices, I just thought it was hard to get in and out of. But I bought a few things here and they had great customer service. Very friendly people who work there.

We USED TO love going to Bargain Hunt when they first opened. It was like a little challenge or scavenger hunt to look at the little date sheets you got when you walked in and try to find things with those dates to get the good bargains. Their name used to really fit since you could really find the bargains at Bargain Hunt. Now its they are trying to be Walmart or something. Not very good deals anymore. We used to go almost every weekend. Not sure if well go back. 😞

A favorite.. wish it was like a newly opened Hunt store though. Always anticipate the versatility of the weeks imports😉

I like the new layout and how they do the pricing system now. This place is much nicer and cleaner. I seem to find good things here.

Bargain hunt used to be better. Theyve moved a lot of stuff around and its too hard to find what Im looking for so I really dont go much anymore. I specifically miss the electronics section when employees stayed behind the glass counter and showed us stuff and the actual discounted prices.

My love this store because of best price of branded clothing like adidas, nike, under armor etc . I found one winter coat 🧥 for only $10 bucks and online cost is $90 . But you have to keep checking every week . They always keep moving new product in .

This store always has good deals. But it is always messy and the staff seems to be in their own world. One time we waited in line for 10 Minutes while two employees were just talking about food. The line continued to build till there were at least 10 people and the two employees never helped get the line down.

Pretty good store for getting deals, but, per an employee, this location will be closing soon. The owner of the complex has already leased part of the store to another retailer. Not sure exactly why they are closing. They seemed to have pretty fair traffic.Edit: The employee I spoke with was clearly mistaken. I did speak to corporate, and they had no plans to close the store. They were only decreasing the size of the store.

Used to be good but now a lot of used items are priced higher than Amazon and they dont match prices for items that are overpriced.

Was great when it first started...it was a distressed merchandise dig store. Now its just a discount store like dollar tree or big lots, with an occasional busted piece of merchandise (good only for parts) that theyre attempting to sell for full retail price.Also watch for this pricing scam: their pricing structure is supposed to increase the percentage discount the longer the item is in the store, until it sells at a discounted price. Ive caught them several times peeling the original dated price tags from items and replacing them with later dated price tags, therefore guaranteeing the item will never drop below a certain price point based upon their discount structure. While certainly not illegal, this is unethical when considered in conjunction with their advertised business model.There are other salvage and distressed-stock outlets in Dalton who adhere to their pricing structures, who I would recommend over this place.

Good Deals, new pricing system stinks so the bargains arnt that good anymore. Ive recently found a lot of items that cost more or the exact same as they do in the department store and Is No Bargain. Sure items have good deals but you do have to hunt for them, no pun intended. They claim the new pricing is better but it isnt better for the customers. The old way I constantly found good deals. But now there asking for avg retail price at any store. Ive actually found better prices on a lot of stuff at the retailers and bargain hunt is suppose to be wholesaler. SO WHERES THE EVERDAY BARGAINS whats the point in shopping here when I can get it elsewhere and have the better return policy, and get an unopened pkg that no one else has returned for whatever reason. GO BACK TO THE OLD PRICING SYSTEM, YOUR GETTING GREEDY

This is an unusual store. There are lots of opportunities to own some high end items for a great price if you have time to look and sort. The draw back at this location was the lack of order. Items are thrown on the shelves and floors in many areas and out of the packages. Prices did not accompany the products lots of times. Definitely NOT a time friendly store. The bathrooms are literally vulgar with filth and no supplies! When my 72 year old Mother-in-law tripped on rugs piled in the floor she was offered ZERO concern or compassion by the management. Outrageous! Overall, it feels more like an unorganized thrift store, but without the thrift store prices.

Not loving it! This Bargain Hunt is overpriced and the only hunt seems to be looking for a price tag of any kind and making sure that what you are purchasing isnt damaged. While some things were marked salvage, other things were not priced at all. After 3 times to the register for prices, the only hunt I was getting was looking for an employee! Someone stated this location is closing soon. Sadly, I hope it does so before it ruins the reputation for all Bargain Hunts.
