The store has quite a bit of items to choose from and the employees are wonderful to be around! I do have one issue: the restrooms. To enter the restrooms you go through a small hallway in the back of the store with flickering lights and open a creaky door. Once you enter the lights flash even more and a cockroach or two should scurry away from you. The doors to the bathroom stalls are hanging on by a thread and the toilets look like they are about to give up. Be careful, you might slide off the seat and startle the cockroaches! Their are open pipes on the ceiling and a very stinky trash can. Have you ever seen the movie Terrifier? Well, this place is what inspired that movie to be made. Other than the horrific restrooms it’s a very nice establishment 4/5!

Big Lots has been consistently awesome since as long as I remember. Even as a child it was one of my favorite stores. It probably always will be.

Remodeled store to add more furniture and some clothing. Aisles are a little tighter due to remodel.

We drove over an hour to this Big Lots store to purchase a set of 2 outdoor chairs to match our other set for the front porch .. walked in and immediately saw a Galaga video game by Namco just inside the doors .. it was my favorite video game at the arcade in the 80s where I spent countless quarters to play my favorite game with my friends .. needless to say, we walked out with both the fully assembled game along with the chairs and we were very grateful to the BL team was so helpful working with us to get both products into our SUV for the drive home .. a huge thank you to the 3 team members who helped us yesterday!

This is the best Big Lots I been in.. I just got off the interstate to get gas and decided to go look, not really planning to buy anything. As I walked the store I heard and saw the employees being so helpful and attentive...esp Vivian. I loved the stock...couldnt buy everything I liked but took pictures to remember to get at a later time. Great shopping experience!

NEGATIVE 100 STARS!!!Dont ever order furniture from here!! Ordered a livingroom set on Friday was to be delivered on Sunday. They called Saturday to move delivery date to Monday. Today Monday no call no show on the delivery.After a phone call was told delivery would now be on Wednesday as they had no one in our area today.After a phone call to complain come to find out Big Lord contracts put deliveries. So ypu are stuck getting any sort if resolution but wait.Meanwhile our current furniture is outside soaking wet from the rain. Missed 5 hours of work & now nothing to sit on when I get home.Will NEVER order anything from here again & highly doubt ee will shop here period.

I was on the hunt for a specific brand and color of drapes. They are for my god-brothers home in TN. He already had several pairs but needed 3 more to complete his window dressings. Unfortunately, the Big Lots in his vicinity were sold out. Fortunately, on my way back to GA, I stopped in at the Big Lots in Dalton, GA and, Ta-Daaaa!There they were! Hooray!😁This Big Lots was clean, well-stocked, brightly lit, and had friendly staff. Their health precautions included wearing their masks and working behind the see-through barriers. Thank you for looking out for my health too. Although I dont live in this area, I will stop in and shop whenever Im going to TN.

I think their prices are almost the same as all other stores and sometimes higher. I wasnt impressed.

I am only in area visiting. This location has adequate parking with ample near by restaurants and shopping. I visited on a Tuesday around 4 pm and thought that only a few shelves needed replenishment. The staff was friendly and store was clean. Nothing unique stood out about location. The breathtaking mountain views helped to make everything a plus plus. While browsing, I saw two really nice gazebos. I will definitely explore getting the higher priced one once I return back home.

Big lots is a well stocked discount store. They have a good staff and are usually fairly busy. Pretty well organized. Prices dont seem to be hardly as competitive as they once were. But all in all a good place to stop and shop.

Just what you expect from a bargain discount store. Cleanliness is average. Quality of products are somewhat low but cheap in price. Lots of general merchandise. They do offer close outs and discontinued items. Some refurb so be cautious what you buy read package carefully. Bathrooms are not very nice but do function.

Very good experience. Employees were helpful! Imagine that, a store that has people to ask did you need help and went out of their way to find two products we were looking for. Shocked me! Have found exactly the opposite of this at Mall stores and big box stores.

I can always find what Im looking for, especially USB-C cords of various lengths and other small electronics and accessories. All their departments are great and Apple and Android Pay have worked at the register. Quick in and out on almost every visit.
