The guy was very rude when I was needing a copy of a key for an office. He even brought another associate to speak with me since he was being so rude and he acted like I did not understand what he was saying. Which I did understand but instead of helping he kept treating me rude. Very bad customer service experience.

I sent him photos of my doors and he set me up with a solution that met my needs. Service was also provided promptly as I ordered my items on Monday night and they were assembled and shipped out early Tuesday morning.I was led to Mike by Medeco reps and also various lock and key forums online. My parents, I dont think, have ever changed the locks on their home. One lock no longer even worked! I live hundreds of miles away from them, so I needed a trustworthy company to assess what they needed and deliver accordingly (without gouging them in price because they are senior citizens). A-1 Lock went above and beyond! They talked to me, went to my parents home, talked to them extensively to see what their wants and needs were. A-1 changed all the locks, re-keyed and simplified it further by having everything on 1 key. The price was so much LESS than I had anticipated! My parents were so happy!!! I was thrilled!!! Locks hadnt been used in a while but key worked good after wd40 was sprayed in them.

I own Willies Burger Shack and over the years have used A-1 Lock for all our lock and security needs... they installed a steel door to replace my run down wood door and its just awesome... very strong... perhaps stronger that my building. In addition to the door, I recently had them upgrade the locks on my outdoor cooler and freezer... again, teriffic work and detail... overall five star service. I highly reccomend them..!!

I dont think youll find a lower price on the internet for Medeco deadbolts but the service you get is amazing. I ordered three of them in the morning and they shipped out by lunchtime tracking number provided. No problems, no funny business. The owner wants you to text him which is kind of strange but he replied to me immediately. It was actually a little suspicious like it might have been an overseas scammer but its not.

This company has given multiple excuses for not to come out and help unlock the car. I used lock guys and they didn’t charge much and gave me a key for one price. A-1 overcharges and is not reliable to come and unlock the car
