The technician was helpful and adjusted doors if needed and lubed bearings that made the door movement much smoother and everything ran quietly like when they were first installed. Herbie came to repair my garage door spring on Monday. Turns out it had to be made at their shop because it is bigger than a standard spring. No big deal except it costs a bit more and I had to wait. I was pleasantly surprised on Wednesday that it was ready to be installed. Lorenzo came to install it. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I could tell he was trained very well and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend King Door. Both technicians exceeded my expectations.

Our double-car garage door stopped opening. Motor tried but would abort after only lifting about a foot. Called for service. They came right out, fixed the problem. Noticed the tension spring was not helpig lift the door. They tightened it. Made an adjustment on the stop setting, and noticed that our trim was missing on one side of the door (its an older house which we just recently bought). They will order the trim and then come and install it as well! Excellent service!

Speedy, economical and honest service for more than 20 years

I had no idea why my garage door wasnt working. I called and spoke to a nice professional lady, and very soon had a technician at my door. He explained what the problem was and gave me two options for fixing it. He could have just given me the $700+ option, but also offered the $80 temporary fix. I appreciate that.

Fast service. Techs were good. Turned out to be a simple sensor change. The problem.... the $230+ dollar bill they tried to serve me after replacing one sensor. A $59 service call, $22/labor, and $150 for one sensor. I questioned the cost and immediately looked online to determine the parts cost $30 for a PAIR WITH MOUNTING HARDWARE. The techs told me “they had the wrong price in the book” and lowered it to $80. I then said well that $80 should be for the pair, right? They then replaced the other sensor. That does not leave me with a lot of trust in the way this company does pricing. Make sure you get a price before services are rendered and then double check the amount to make sure you aren’t getting ripped off like I was about to.Also, count the number of times the opener light blinks, that gives you the error code to know what to look for.Next time I will do a little more research and save myself $150.

It started out rocky, but after speaking to the general manager, he made it right. The installer was knowledgeable and did a fine job getting my two openers installed. I appreciate what they have done.

The gears were broken when I tried to leave on Saturday. My son-in-law and I managed to get the door open. I scheduled a service online for Monday Morning. They were here first thing and did great work replacing the gears. I was also advised to get a surge protector as some people had lightening strike theirs. The technician was great and very knowledgeable but we couldnt afford to have them replace the door panel. I decided to purchase the parts and fix it myself and saved $400 dollars. Almost $600 to replace 1 top panel of a garage door was ridiculous. New door is $799 from Lowes.
