Very stupid system, they give you the number of the part and you have to find it on a shelf with more than 100 items.This rating is to autozone system not the store or employee.The guys inside were very nice.

Been working as the Assistant Manager at the location now since August, at my time being at this location I found it to be very consistently well stocked in the front room. Always a friendly face at the counter, and ready to answer any phone calls towards questions you may have about your parts. There might be a momentary wait, as at times there are as few as two associates at the location so please try and be patient and as always I highly recommend having the associate confirm the part is on hand. For best service please try and have as much of your vehicle knowledge ready beginning with year/make/ and model, if you ever have any questions youre more than welcome to bring in your VIN.I look forward to assisting you at this location if you have any questions please feel free to see me.

Horrible customer service. Spoke to the guy over the phone for a refund. I ordered an item online only for them to tell me they either misplaced my item or someone stole it. Anyways, I called and asked for a refund and they were not cooperative at all. He also had a lazy and disrespectful tone. Had to file a dispute with the bank instead. Do not shop here unless you want horrible customer service. Never going here again

Advertise free battery testing but advised me they didnt have the equipment when I went in the store. Recommended I drive around looking for Autozones that could do it or use the oReilly down the street. I went with that option. The oReilly tested my battery for free and installed my new battery for me.

Placed online order Tuesday 4/27 for complete brake job pads and rotors plus tools needed totaling over $350. Received email confirming that my order is ready for pick up on Wednesday, called on Thursday to double check that my order is ready after 5 min on hold was told that it was. Friday drove across city to pick up my order. Upon arrival I presented email with order details but slob #1 insisted I spelled my name I did but he has some hearing problems and misspelled it over 3 times than I told him my name is on the email printout, after finding my order in the system slob #1 called over slob #2 then proceeded to scan shelfs for my order after 10min they called over slob #3 who started shopping for my items. After about 25 min in the store slob #2 comes over and tells me they are missing few items from my order. I asked him why they send an email and lied on the phone that my order was ready slob #2 had no response. Asked to refund my money, to add fuel to a fire refund amount was 27 cents less than original purchase did not noticed till I came home. In conclusion AutoZone lies, steals and hires slobs thanks to them I will never spend another penny at AZAP enjoy my 27 cents

Luis M. was incredibly helpful in informing and helping me find the right products I needed; and double checking I picked up the right ones from shelf. The first employee in store I asked was an older fellow who was not at all interested in my buisness and made me feel disrespected so Im very thankful I was picked up before leaving insulted and unsatisfied.

After not going to AutoZone for several years due to a employee lying to me and selling me item I did not need.I decided to give them another shot as I was in desperate need of new some wiper blades for my car.I was helped by Anthony Serrone Who greeted me & he was very friendly and gave me the best customer service I have ever had.He even helped me find and purchase a moderately priced pair of wiper blades for my car.I could tell that he actually cared about helping me and wasn’t in it for the sale and that he also cared about making sure I was safe on the road with a good pair of wiper blades.He then went above and beyond the call of his duty and went outside and installed my wiper blades.Anthony has single handedly restored my faith in the AutoZone an Brand and I will now be a returning customer.I hope AutoZone realizes the gem of an employee they have in Anthony and that he one day becomes a regional manager.

We went in today to use the code reader for our check engine light. Suffice it to say the day leading up to going to autozone was awful with the dealership not knowing what was wrong. We got the codes read and JAMIL was so awesome. He was super helpful and helped us find the part we needed and went over and above.

Beware, many of the staff members here were not wearing a mask properly (around the chin or with the nose out). There is a posted capacity that no one was regulating. Their manager did nothing to enforce covid best practices. Best to avoid this Autozone, especially if you are immune compromised.

Had a dead battery 25th of Aug, went to Autozone at 8.55 not knowing the store closed at 9 . I was lucky to get Francisco in the Daly City store and he was wonderful, he went above and beyond, even thou it was late Francisco still took the time to put my battery in. He’s not professional and totally a pathetic obnoxious person. He has no retentions skills nor he has great customer service. 1 Star for their curbside pickup service. I parked my car and then called just to be told to wait because they have customers. I watched 3 customers go in and I finally decided to get in the store to pick up my order. And the only customers they had inside were the 3 people that just went in.

Just a year ago the staff was completely horrible here. There was an older guy that was rude and definitely made it feel like you were doing him a favor by helping you. Recently the staff has been completely changed and is much better now. You can find General stuff of what youre looking for but if you got kind of a unique car you better look online or go to your dealer for parts.

Super friendly and helpful. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The manager knew we needed safety eyewear and happened to have an extra. He gave it to us at no charge (he wasn’t stealing it was a free sample from a retailer).

The guy in the counter is not very pleasant and helpful to or the next customer behind me. The other desk side is a complaint from an old lady about her part not being in after being told that it was. Looking for the right oil for the honda fit. Price are not as good. No garbage can inside or outside the store for discarding empty oil can after filling the car with additives, oil, or everything else.

In the past Ive had great experience with the staff at this location. On 11/14/19 at about 7:30pm my experience was disappointing to say the least. I was able to find what I was looking for thanks to one of the cashier, the manager on duty however was a different story. To make the story short, we were having some issues with the transaction due to technical issues and the manager became upset to the point he using vulgar language because he had to reboot the computer. He insinuated that the problem was my fault and said that I should stop making it concussing for everyone--all I asked him was to void an item.You would expect that these managers would have learned something from their training and set an example for the other employees, but instead he is doing the very opposite! No costumer service at all.... In the end I wasted my time and was not able to make the purchase.

Staff is helpful, persistent, and want the job done right. I went in this afternoon to get a new battery, and despite it being a busy Sunday, Jamie took the time to install it, including cleaning the leads. Despite my car throwing a few curveballs along the way with the attachments, he kept at it until it was properly installed. Would return for other needs!

I came in with a dead battery and was trying to buy a new one, which I would need installed. The first guy did not want to help me at all and said that because it was the weekend they could not take care of my request. My car would no longer start, which is why I needed the battery. I was pretty much stranded in the parking lot. After getting 3 more employees involved, I found someone willing to help me and it was installed with no problem. What started out very stressfully, turned out to be ok in the long run. My husband felt like they were just blowing me off because I was a woman at first. When they truly saw my predicament, they decided to relent.

The guy on the phone was short, which I get since they are normally pretty busy. He said they had a part in stock, I asked him to pull it for me because Ill be there in half an hour and he said he would put a hold on it for me. Great, whatever you call it, I just want to part when I arrive.Unfortunately, I arrive and low and behold, the part is not in stock, but should arrive by tomorrow. Ok, thanks, yes I should have written down the name of the guy on the phone, my bad.To top it off, 20 minutes later I get a call that the part has arrived earlier than expected! Do I want to come in now or tomorrow? Ugh.I feel like they are playing games at that store. So now its my turn and I wont be picking up the part. To OReillys with my business!

Hello on 12.27.18 I asked to have my battery tested and possibly replaced. Manny the store associate said that the tester was broken and to go to a competitor down the street or unhook the battery (myself) and bring it to the counter. I went back to my car And thought about what to do, my car would not turn on and I sm not mechanically minded. After 15 min I I went and spoke to the other associate and asked the same question.(young hispanic male) He said no problem and proceeded to text my battery, charge my battery and sell me an alternator. I want to assume postitive intent but Based on how he spoke to me I believe he was malicious and just didn’t feel like going outside to do it. Which would of incurred $200 in loss for your stores gross revenue.

The biggest Auto zone store Ive probably been to, the store setup is great easy to find everything, great service, great staff, only downfall the shop is in a pretty busy area, its on a one way street with alot of traffic and most of the time the parking lot for the store is full due to people parking thier cars due to the nearby stores
