I found out I had a brake light out most of the places you go to make you buy two Napa are you ready you only have to buy one I put the brake light in I dont have to worry about getting stopped and getting cited
The store manager Alex is so knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me install my headlights and wipers. Found couple things that the dealership couldn’t find. Thank you so much for your help!

The store manager named Alex lacked in customer service by a large degree. He was incredibly difficult and sarcastic while conducting a simple transaction. Id rather drive to the Napa in Burlingame where customer service is prioritized, then to shop at this location ever again.

I reserved online and when I actually picked up the parts, the price is higher than what i saw online. According to the counter persons explanation, the parts I ordered, the pro-pack has to be ordered in bulk and because I ordered just one, im not eligible for the discount. When I asked him then why their online system allowed me to put 1 in the quantity box and let me checked out, he was speechless but still refused to honor the original online price. On another visit, the counter person tried to up-sell and when I refused, he refused to honor the online price and suggested that I cancelled the whole transaction.I used to be their regular customer until today because THEY DO (TRY VERY HARD TO) NOT HONOR THEIR ONLINE PRICE.
Terrible customer service and useless employees who know next to nothing. Also beware this is a franchise store and does not operate like a typical NAPA corporate store. Good luck getting any product under warranty replaced. 1/5 starts is generous.
Alex helped me more then he needed to. Even though the car battery was more expensive then costco, I didnt have to wait in line for an hour at the service center. Plus Alex came out and helped me remove my battery because one of the terminal connectors were seized. Costco wouldnt have done that for me. Five star

I bought a tool and specific for which car and they gave me a wrong tool, when I tried to exchange it they said no return or exchange . Very very bad policy and I will tell this to all my friends and relatives not to buy from them

I am travelling through California in a 86 motor home and my alternator died in San Fransisco. It was impossible to find a shop that couldhelp us out and even the auto parts stores didnt seem to know what the heck they were talking about. I called this Napa Autoparts and Scott was like an angel sent from heaven. I had lost all hope but even without pulling the alternator out he was able to find a match over the phone. He was SO incredibly helpful and knowledgable. I was more than happy with the quality of service and the product. These guys are great!

I had a NAPA battery put in my vehicle by Garden Automotive in Burlington NC in November of 2017. The battery went bad in August of 2018 on a Sunday. I removed the battery and took it to the NAPA auto parts store because Garden Automotive was closed on Sundays. The employee at NAPA tested the battery and told me that it was a defective battery but he could not replace it because I had bought it at a repair shop. Lesson learned: do not us NAPA auto parts.
