Ive been going to Oais (Palace Auto Repair) for several yrs! Friendly, knowledgeable service can be found at this shop. Theyre honest & professional. He lets you know what needs repair & doesnt do unnessesary repairs.

They do great service. Weve been going here to service our vehicles since the day they opened. It would be nice if they could expand because they could service more vehicles.One down side is it is on a busy street and close parking can be hard to come by.

Do not come here they will waste your time. The owner only caters to Asian customers if your not Asian they will scam you of your money.

These guys are fantastic! I got a quote for almost $4k at shop in the mission. Then I took my CTS for a 2nd opinion at Palace. They quoted me for less than half of what my first place said, its been 3 months now and my car is running smooth. I cannot recommend them enough, especially for luxury cars as well.

The team has even gone out of their way to get the exact parts I need for my projects. Definitely will be taking all my business to this team.

The Little Man who runs the shop is Bias! The work they do and the price they charge is pretty reasonable compared to other places, but its obvious the owner (who appears to be Filipino) puts far more effort and courteous attention towards other Filipino customers.

Very friendly and honest. I use to go to another place and they would always over charge me and something else would be wrong when I picked up the car. Someone referred me to this place and have not had problems since taking it to them. Have used them twice since then and have been satisfied each time.

Great shop. Came here due to a recommendation from a fellow co-worker/friend and I have enjoyed their service. They know what theyre doing and they get to the point/issue. They did get me a street cleaning ticket but they reimbursed me.

Fair and honest. I have been using them for years now. They fix my German cars better than the dealership. They are not just regular parts changer, they are mechanics! The fact that they will also take time to check your car problem and wont even charge you if it doesnt need to be fix. Most place always charge you for the initial inspection.

Best mechanic ever ! Never rips you off and is very honest ! 2007 Acura TL needed motor mount replacement . Other mechanic quoted $1700. He fixed it with oem parts for $800 with transmission mount . Thanks oai!
