This is my go to place for decorations, gifts, arts and also if I want to customize something I can sew as a present for any occasions.Good and plenty parking. Great staffs. Most items are always on sale, decors have decent and affordable prices. For all four seasons, dont allow yourself to miss their great and unique items.

I have been a customer for Joann Fabrics for many years and I have always found items that I’ve been looking for, however this year’s Christmas theme will be The Grinch that stole Christmas, and I have been in search of fake Lime Green Fur and they did a special order for me and got it from another store however it took a long time to get it, I was outraged and was given a full refund and the fabric finally came in, it was in bad shape. They was very accommodating and I was able to purchase 5 1/2 yards from another bolt that was brand new. Thank you so much to Richard and Mariam for making me very happy with the new fabric.

Joanns is a great place to craft for cards, jewelry, fabric, and ribbon. They seasonal items too that often go on sale. I like to use their coupons. I give it 3 stars because sometimes I cant find the characters I want for the fabric and they dont always have the best deals.

There was an issue with sale labeling, and the clerks were all amazing at trying to figure it out. 10/10 will shop there again.

My wife found fabric she was looking for right away, and she got helped immediately, great shoping experiance, we will be back for sure.

My mom and I have been coming here much more for our creative projects during the pandemic, and we have the most delightful time each visit! Nice place with lots of fabrics and notions. But some lack of choice around African fabrics (thats a niche market admittedly), and rib cuff fabric. Lots (too much?) fleece all year round.

Plenty of craft supplies, in fact more and more crafts offered. Joanns used to focus on fabric and sewing supplies, but they keep increasing the variety of crafty supplies. The cotton fabric is not high quality, but they have very interesting costume fabrics (that are somewhat overpriced). Occasionally they have great sales on patterns, like Simplicity or Buttericks for 99¢.They have tons of yarn. It seems their selection of yarn keeps increasing.I like their holiday decorations. They have seasonal decor for every season and holiday, and I mean EVERY holiday and season.A plus is the Teachers Discount they offer. If you get the app on your phone you can sign up for the Teachers Discount through the app and then when you pay they scan the code on your phone.

Everything is overpriced but tons of variety. It also depends what you are looking for honestly.

Is it ageist of me if I want my fabrics cut by the older ladies? Because the young women that cut for me every time pulls and stretches my fabric and I end up with less than I purchased and freaking diagonal cuts.Just went in first time since COVID. They have a sign that says santized carts over the carts but j dont think so.

The store is great but theres a lot of items that they are not stock you have to order online. At metro center the parking was great. Westlake its hard to get parking

Joanns has great sales on their fabrics. I was able to get a lot of fabric last week for a livingroom project I am working on. When you see their fabric sales, check them out. I was pleasantly surprised.

I feel like theres no point in shopping at this kindof place, when you can just shop online and find anything AND save Gas & Time.

Shopping here was super easy, great variety and plenty of deals especially since being at home lets me play more with the arts and crafts.I will say it is better to shop in store than the online pick up order as it takes a WEEK for it to go through and stuff can get canceled...Shopping indoors is very clean and easy to work through

I was there for art supplies (paper based) and they had some stuff... But if you use yarn or do stuff with cloth, this is the place to go.

Weekday, after 8pm: very few customers, so easy to get fabric measured and cut, but only 1 cashier, so had to wait awhile to pay.

Mask making has become a hobby and Joann Fabric has all the necessary items for a somewhat beginner seamstress 😁

Love the new location but they were out of stock of a lot of yarn. The cashier did not offer me a bag and was speaking to a coworker while she was finishing the transaction. She sort of threw the receipt at me and walked away. Most of the employees are friendly.

I feel bad for this place. It was only open a few months before Coronavirus became a thing. They seem to be doing well, though. Fabric choices are okay, though it could be problems with their supply chain. Definitely go here if you need fabric or sewing supplies. Everyone was social distancing and the employees take safety seriously. Carts are wiped down and employees walk around making sure everyone is wearing their masks and following the social distancing rules. This makes lines seem much longer than they are. The fabric cutting line can take some time but they have many cashiers working at the checkout. All employees I interacted with were cheery and super helpful. They even helped me find a coupon online for my purchase.

Spatious, organized, and easy to navigate. There is ample parking and an escalator and elevator for accessibility.

This is where the magic happens if your into crafting. I love them even more because I can go get my yarn there and I don’t have to order it.

Some Joann locations seem run down but not this one--its bright, clean, neat, well stocked and reflects that the location just opened less

This Joanns has been a significant upgrade from their previous location. Theres more space, more selection, and an upgraded ticketing system for the fabric cutting table.Of course, my only complaint would he how expensive Joanns is but thats just the company.

Purchased materials for my project. I specifically told Susan, the lady cutting the materials, that i need it to be exactly 9 or 1/4 of a yard. 2 fabrics were measured properly but the 3rd was off. I told her that it was short on one end & longer at the other. I showed it to her & she asked me if I want it cut. The line was long and Im getting really angry so I left . Not the first time to happen. Its frustrating

The store has everything you need. Definitely a great store to get arts and craft. Many fabric selections, too.

Great clean new store. Found everything I needed. Problem with stores in this retail segment is that it needs to be very customer interactive intense and they just do not staff for it. Also needs better signage. Took a long time to find embroidery supplies.

Ordered online for curbside pickup that was listed as in-stock with my purchase. I called to inquire how long it would take to be ready, and they said if it was listed as in stock i could come in and pick it up. Traveled 30-40 minutes to get to the store, they did not have my item, and said they would have to cancel my order, with no accommodation for my time and gas money. They did not provide an estimation as to when they would re-stock, giving me only one choice which was to cancel my order, meaning had i not gone in person, I probably would have been waiting forever for a purchase that would have never come. I dont write reviews, but i felt the need to warn other online shoppers to be wary, and DOUBLE CHECK if they actually have your item, because the website IS deceptive.

New store very organized, brightly lit, and clean. I meandered around the isles seeking a specific items (sewing needles not for a machine, and a seamstress measuring tape) for at least 20 minutes and not a single sale associate asked if I needed help finding anything. I ended up finding what I needed just not how I wanted. Hopefully its new store jitters and they will step their game up.

The new store is beautiful. Staff friendly. Sadly some of the departments were greatly reduced in my opinion. Therefore, I was not able to get all my items and will have to shop another store. I am glad to see them offering classes again. Im hoping they get cake decorating.

Great layout - easy to find whatever craft youre in to. Better yarn selection for knitters and crocheters than the local Michaels. Staff are friendly and helpful.
