I made an appointment online and everything locked great until the day of the appointment I received a call that day saying that they have to canceled my appointment when I was already on my way there. I understood things happened but I reschule and the same day of my appointment again they were calling but I was at work so I couldnt answer. I call on my way there and they told that they were calling me because they have it to canceled again and that if I wasnt there I have to reschule. I choose this place because it had really good review the stuff sounds friendly but is not a reliable place if you need an appointment for an specific date. I would not recommend it.

This place was great. Until COVID-19. It has been closed for 6 months. I asked for a refund for the remaining time on my unlimited wax pass. Manager called me and said that when canceling, they consider what I paid for it and what the REGULAR PRICE is for the number of visits I used until they closed so I dont get any money back. I told her I would have used it if I could but I literally cant because theyre not allowed to open. She said it doesnt matter and wouldnt reconsider. Thats a horrible policy in the time of a pandemic.EDIT: I received a response from the company saying that they were going to have someone contact me and no one ever did.

If you can grow it, they can wax it!

Ive been to probably four different locations of this chain, and the best service here! Also, very clean. Love European Wax centers easy model. And their prices plus skin products are well balanced. I have sensitive skin, and dont react at all. Thats rare!!

I visited this location on 11/4/18 for the first time and everything was perfect. The receptionist was assisting a customer, but greeted me and let me know she’d be right with me. My waxer was Kelsey. She was nice from the moment she opened the door. The room looked and smelled clean, which I love. Kelsey had a great personality and was fast and efficient. It was the least painful Brazilian I’ve ever had! She also answered my questions and recommended some products without being pushy. I ended up purchasing a wax pass and again, the receptionist was awesome, explaining the pass/payments. I recently moved to the area and this will be my preferred location.

I like the Daly City center and am a regular client. Its close to a lot of other shops, so i tend to go here and then go grocery shopping or get a bite to eat close by.They are super nice and always cordial.They also know how to wax brows! I love it since its practically painless.

Great friendly staff, all the girls are well groomed & Presentation very good in regards to cleanliness, organizing, & equipment

Theyre service is almost always great and the other times I would complain they are willing to see what they can do to help

Ive been coming here at this location for at least a year now. Most of the waxers here are very professional overall. Cynthia is my favorite waxer! She makes you feel comfortable and takes her time!!

I see Danielle and she is amazing. Personable, does a good job, and is quick.

Lady at the front desk, Dahlia Valon, is selling phone, on the job, supposedly unlocked, but is locked...probably stolen stuff. When i called her to say that the phone was locked...she said have fun with that.

The staff here are understanding and amazingly sweet! Personally, this is my favorite location.
