I have to say as crowded as they were they were organized and ran everything smoothly. Kudos to the employees and management Halloween is a very busy time and they did a great job!

They had a great selection. Didnt have the long thin balloons you make animals out of though. Also it is upstairs and does not seem to use a/c as it was quite warm.

It looks like theyre going out of business. They have very low stock of party supplies, shelves are empty and when I asked the sales associate whats going on, he stated shipments are stagnant because of covid.

Party City, in general, is always a goat rope. This location is no different. Inventory management is a joke and the customer service leaves much to be desired.

The gentleman at the cashier this afternoon was very friendly and upbeat. Greeted me while waiting in line while he was finishing tying off some balloons. During a pandemic like this, it was really pleasant and uplifting. Excellent customer service!

Store is usually a mess with nothing in order. But it does it’s job at providing your party essentials.Update: 07.06.18100s of different types of balloons to choose from here. Huge store that has tons of party supplies/essentials for almost any type of party. The only drawback here is that the lines are extremely slow with only 1 or 2 cashiers working at any given time.

Such a variety of party supplies. Birthdays, graduation, themed parties..whatever type of party youre having...Party City is where I will be going for future party supplies

Everything you need to have a party is in one place, Party City. Themed bday party? No problem. Confetti? They have all the colors. Balloons? They are packed. Whatever you meed, they have it. Staff super friendly!!!

The customer service here was great but not so much the customers. I went there looking for Halloween stickers and cookie cutters but had a hard time looking for them as the Halloween aisles were in complete chaos. I felt bad for the workers who had to clean and sort through everything. They were so calm and professional when I stopped to ask them for help though.

Half the helium balloons deflated in less than 12 hours, and the others needed tightening of the knot to prevent this :(

Got everything I needed for new years eve

You can never get a hold of anyone on the phone. The original store location up the street was less crowded. The staff are helpful but not well managed. I purchased $40 worth of balloons and had to go back twice because they started to deflate.

Went there for Nerf party decorations and was told that this theme is slowly being taken off their store options 🙃 😑 Why Nerf out of all themes? I was limited to things but on the website it mentioned that they have it but really didnt . Very disappointing

Great customer service, fast speedy checkout. I came on a busy Friday night. When i walked in i thought to myself...great this is gonna take a while. Im glad it didnt.

They are suffering inventory problems due to covid (I suppose). Prices were higher too. Made me yearn for the old days and the Oriental Trading Co. catalog.

So we came into the store to pickup some wedding balloons and online it said that they were going to be inflated an then the manager comes and starts yelling at my mom but we weren’t even talking with an attitude so I think that was really disrespectful so don’t come to this party city if you are going to order something online or talk to the manager by the way the manager is bald with a mustache and some chin hair but yeah that was the most disrespectful thing that I have seen but the other lady at the cashier was nice and welcoming.Hope other customers don’t receive what we did today.

Went there early . Even though there was a line employees were very efficient and very helpfull

Overpriced for such a poor quality. I bought variety (15 counts in total) of regular ballons which 2 of them popped out right away and others didn’t even stay till the next morning. Also I got 2 big numbers, one of the number stayed for an hour only. Birthday surprise was ruined, money and time waisted. Can buy same in dollar store, will last much longer.

Great location, plentyof parking, staff friendly, lots and lots of varieties. It is next to a supermarket, two cell phones varieties, Panera bread stores, bed, bath and beyond, a large wine company, banks and shopping centre, gas station nearby

Great place! They have things here you didnt even know you needed! Plan to wait in line to check out. Plus is they are very accepting of returns if you dont use something. A+

This is a big store and fun to roam around to select whatever you may need for that special birthday party or holiday. The clerk at the front desk was very warm and friendly and the prices were very reasonable too.

This store is bigger than most other Party City Stores Ive been to, so there is lots of room and it feels spacious. Big parking lot in front has plenty of spots, but the traffic can be a little jammed sometimes. Good selection of party goods and novelties, have supplied several parties here, from bridal to birthday. Prices are a little steep, but that is not unusual for stores like this. Great spot for party needs!

Best Place for Party shopping!! We got many items for kids birthday party

Incredibly slow checkout and the staff try to be helpful but dont seem to communicate to each other. My child enjoys the place but be prepared to spend a lot of time waiting.

Im so disappointed with this location... place an order and paid for it last night. everything I order stated that it was a available... today I had to call to see if my order was ready to be picked up cause I never recieved the confirmation.. smh!! 🤦‍♀️ I called and the lady tells me that my order is ready except 1/2 of my purchase is not available... like what? why did it say these products were available? URGH!!! GET IT TOGETHER PARTY CITY!!now I have to go to this location and cancel everything and get my money back...WHAT A WAIST OF TIME..... this location is always disorganized.....

Party City has something for everyone. I simply love the invitation section and the huge selection of candies, transport you back to childhood. Also Party City has great helium balloons.

THEY DO NOT ANSWER PHONES OR CALL U BACK IM LITTERALY IN THE STORE WATCHING THEM IGNORE THE CALLS MANAGER AND STAFF COMPLETE GARBAGE I DIDNT THINK BLOWING UP BALLOONS WAS SUCH A HARD BUSINESS TO RUN.

I waited in line for 20 minutes to get a couple balloons made. They only had one person working the register and balloon station. After waiting in line, I get to the front finally to learn that they do not have any of the balloons

Definitely need more staff on weekends, multiple balloon orders and most of them are attending the front desk, it took me a while to get help on the aisle. People working there are really helpful, dont get me wrong, they have the right attitude to be working there.

You can order balloons here in advance. I wouldnt come here to get balloons and think its going to be a quick stop. They have a limited number of staff that does all the cashier, balloon orders and helping shoppers. Their stock has the basic birthday party theme selection, over the hill parties, wedding stuff and other party supplies. Their busiest time is Halloween, its insane here. You look at the wall of costumes, pick one, tell the sales person the number and wait and wait until they bring it. Make sure to try it on and check that all the accessories are in the bag.

You have to pick a costume from a picture and then try to track down an employee to see if they have what you want. So poorly organized, after 30 min, I left without buying anything. Go somewhere else!!

Worst service ever for quick in & out... probably for anything, anytime actually. Once in a blue moon Ill get a really nice sales clerk.10/29/18, 1 girl lied to me about having costumes for both of my kids just to skip through the line. She never asked what sizes I needed nor did she ask if Id like to try something else... then she went straight to get friends 3 people behind me, to help them. Then another employee came out of the stocking room door and asked another lady what size her kid needed of the same exact costume I asked for, for my smallest kid. Thankfully I went to Halloween Spirit where they still had a good amount of selections and gladly helped my kids get their items.

I dont know how people have rated this place so highly... I have been there on two separate occasions in the last week. They have a great selection of party stuff but the cashiers and balloon staff are so completely inefficient that you could be standing in line longer than you were shopping!

Best place to grab your party goods, they have every themed imaginable. Last week, my office had a Mardi Gras themed happy hour. I was able to find some last minute items such as the beads, the masks, and themed cups. Perfect one-stop shop to find everything you need to throw an event.

NEW LOCATION NEXT TO TJ MAXX AT SERRAMONTE SHOPPING CENTER!If you have ever been to Cost Plus World Market at Westlake Shopping Center, then the store layout is the same at the new location of Party City. I came here on Halloween just to find an accessory to go with my costume, which was a horrible decision because it was packed and almost all Halloween costumes/accessories were sold out. There were more than 5 employees at the register and two throughout the store, but it was still very unorganized and hectic. Furthermore, parking sucks even more on this part of Serramonte.Overall, Party City hasnt really changed. This store still has many items you can purchase for parties that you host or attend. Kind of overpriced, but it is what it is. I dont really go here anymore; instead, I go to Diddams at Westlake Shopping Center. But if you dont want to go all the way to Westlake, then Party City is your destination.

Had a line of people waiting only one cashier in the whole store. She tried calling for help and no one would answer...took approx 15 minutes for another person from who knows where showed up. Addtnly, register would not store issued coupon.

Best location for buy something for birthday party

Waited in line for over 20 minutes because one of the cashier decided to become friends with the customers. I should have just made a scene because it was that ridiculous but that’s not me. Also. One worker was talking on her personal cell phone when I was looking at merchandise. It’s terrible. Mgmt should really evaluate their employees and customer service model.
