Larry and Terry were exceptionally helpful!They took the time to explain the migration process and help my sister and I feel comfortable with migrating from sprint to t-mobile. We upgraded our phones to newer models and will refer folks to Larry/Terry going forward.

My mom and I were here a month ago to add her account to my prepaid plan. The process took frustratingly long because the staff members would pass us from one staff to another and many more after that. Its like there isnt a clear answer to how my mom can join my prepaid plan since she was previously registered for a postpaid plan. Anyway after about 1 week, it was finally resolved. Props to Leonardo, the T-Mobile associate who helped us with our request while having a lot of patience with the process. He was the only associate who actually stayed and guided us instead of just misleading us to the wrong department. His effort is greatly appreciated :) so Im going to give this store a 4.
The best experience ever. Justine went out of his way to make sure we received the best service. He called the service center, put an order in for warranty, setup a new tablet, showed me unique features that I could use on my tablet for my teaching and writing student reports. I would highly recommend I have been with tmobile since it began.
Lower the music volume guys and help customers with customer service calls.Nice store with your typical T-mobile ambiance... all pink, flashy lights, etc. Guys manning the store were nice, but were not able to resolve my problem. Wanted to unlock my phone, but I was told to call customer service. While I did that, the loud music of the store barely allowed me to hear what the customer rep was saying which was a royal pain.

Leonardo helped me add 2 news lines to my account and upgrade my wifes phone. He gave us all kinds of information and explained how it would work for us. He was patient and courteous throughout the whole process.

Been here a couple times, staff is pretty friendly ( they ask you before you ask them). Kinda funny how every time I come here I get no data until I get 5-10 mins away, this store is a data black hole.

Very friendly, usually has what I need (replacement devices, new devices, etc)can take a bit to speak to someone if you have an issue and theres a line though. but i guess this is to be expected from any carrier
