Im glad they open today July 4th because some us need to pay bill or buy phones. I called several metro store and they closed accept this location. I walked in to purchase a Samsung helped by rep Omar he was really cool guy help me pick the right device with 4 cameras A12 for low price with accessories. Im definitely will shop here again. Its also very clean store and organize seems like they have all phone accessories and speakers. Thanks for service.

Honestly one of the best Metro stores that I been to. Hands down one of the best customer service. The store is very sanitized and all the staffs are wearing their masks and the store is providing hand sanitizer for the customers. New group works. Very smooth transaction and I will be back soon.

Caution! Be careful when getting into this store. Their employees are not trustful. On October 18, 2017 I went there to check a problem on my cellphone’s voice mail. One of their employees took my phone for few minutes to “fix it”. At the very next day, as usual, I opened my Wells Fargo account on the app and got shocked: I noticed a transfer of U$1,500 made with Venmo. So I got furious cause I did not authorize and did not make any transfer that day. Then I remembered that I was at the Metro PCS store at the moment of the transaction and I went back there after the worker who “helped” me the other day but she wasn’t working that time. I called the police and made the report. One week later I went back to the store and she was working so I called the police again, they saw the footage and proved she was with the phone at the moment of the transaction. She confessed the crime and was arrested. So be careful when you handle your phone to a strange.
