I had an excellent frapuccino at this particular location. It was perfectly whipped and had the right amount of coffee to milk ratio. Definitely loved it!

I frequent this Starbucks often. The baristas are always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I have spent from 5 minutes to sometimes a few hours and have never have had any issues. The drinks as expected. I am sure you are wondering then why only 4 stars It is all because of this mornings visit. Today I did a mobile order: I picked up the order, tasted it to make sure it was good, got into car, drove a mile to work, sat down to do some work, forgot about said drink. I finally finished what I was doing, walked to the microwave, because of course it was cold by now. I took off cap to put in microwave, and to my surprise, since I had only taken one sip for taste, I found my Grander Chai Tea Latte had fell a little Short. I did however still drink it and as always it was as expected!!! So thank you Starbucks for your amazing Customer Service but make sure when we pay for a Grande we get a Grande.🌟🌟🌟 1/2

Love me some Venti Caramel Frappuccino with extra Caramel with whip cream. But today I wanna try the Venti Frappuccino White Mocha with extra whip on top and buttom. Blueberry Shortcake but no luck maybe next time they said out for today. When customer ask this specific they should have a backup because it a sale and the same time if it’s popular and it’s all over social media and TikTok why not having it. So Starbucks you should have this it looks good.

Very pleasant and helpful staff

The espresso hopper was really dirty. I understand that the milk bar is usually dirty at Starbucks but the Barista side, especially espresso machine which makes my drink,should be completely clean according to my expectations.

Decent location. They are doing ok handling covid restrictions and getting their customers served. Was nicer though when they had seating and a relaxing vibe. Hopefully that will come back when the lockdowns are over.

A little challenging to get into. Iced coffee was really good. Polite and friendly baristas.

First time at this Starbucks, was there early about 7:30 ish and not many people at that time. Wasnt too busy, staff was very helpful, friendly, and got my order out quick. Got a warm breakfast sandwich, at the right temperature and not dried out.

Since last December, I have been going to this Starbucks location on an average of four days a week due to my early morning gym routine. The baristas are very friendly and a couple of the baristas already have my tall iced black coffee ready for me prior to me inserting my card into the chip reader!

A poorly maintained store. When you visit, you can see trash all over the tables and the ground. Flies are flying over your drink. Its usually busiest on the weekend in Serramonte Shopping Center, but the manager only put one partner to make beverages, so you can always expect a long, long line. Sigh.

I can see why there is a group of elderly people here. Its a pretty cozy place to hang out

Oh my God, they make my day. Last Sunday my wife and I was in this store; after we had some coffee, tea & also purchasing a gift for our friend we forgot our wedding ring around the counter costs $ 1000+. Then after we went to our home we didnt find it and also already the store was closed.The next day on Monday I wake up early in the morning and went to the store and asking the store shift supervisor and he went to the back to check, within a minute came with my bag and gave it to me. I cant believe my eyes because its a holiday time and many people are moving in that area. Thank you very much for your honesty guys. May the Almighty God bless you. Dirty area. Dirty bathroom. When they were closing the mall side of the door, they were rude about it. Basically just kicked us out.

Expensive, sometimes is delicious. Other times, coffee is burnt, caramel Frappuccino is not sweet and is still expensive

The store barely had anyone inside yet they were backed up with orders with empty cups lining the queue.The orders we placed were also hardly met, asked for ice, got 1 cube, got a frappucino, literally milk with water.

I had no paper, no towels to clean your hands, no covers to make you feel ... and it was disgusting 🤢 🤮🤮 me I direct one of the employees, to let him know and he only answers me, oh yes! As who says ... it does not matter we already know! I can not believe ... its useless, a place with a beautiful facade, if inside its an ASCO !!!!!!
