The associate who helped me just a few minutes ago at Serramonte was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She greeted me with a smile and pointed me to some glasses to try on while assisting another customer. The manager was phenomenal as well. Another customer needed the manager who responded by arriving at the store in less than 5 minutes. I will definitely come back to this location when its time for me to buy another pair of sunglasses.

I was in the market for a new pair of sunglasses. Sunglass Hut is the go to place, because, hey its their name! I was assisted by Beth. Words cannot describe how well Beth guided me and showed me exactly what I was looking for, in sunglasses. Beth listened to my needs and showed me 3 or 4 pairs before I found the one I liked. Beth didnt show me only the most expensive ones, only the ones I wanted to see. I really liked and got Persol glasses. Very happy with them and even happier to have been waited on by Beth.

Bought several pairs of sunglasses over the years from this location and everytime i go there i hope for a better experience, but no, that never happens. They always have sour and awkward attitudes. And they never give me enough time to look around and try things on. They roll their eyes and huff and puff as if they are being annoyed by doing their job.Theres Not much of a designer selection, And all the sunglasses for sale are just display pairs that have been sitting around, tried on and handled countless times by all the customers. Some are very grimey and dirty. They try to clean them for you but they dont do a good job since they are in a rush to get you out of the store.Dont ask them too much and dont spend alot of time here. They dont seem to like that

This place is a joke. The manager tried to Tighten my wifes Coach glasses and broke the spot the screw goes in. She handed the glasses back with the ear piece flapping and she said I could send back to Coach and pay 75 to fix it. I asked for a manager and the lady said she was the manager. When I asked who her manager was she refused to answer. They do shady business and dont know how to service glasses.

Ive always found quality sunglasses here.
