The store has big parking lot, you have to wear mask tool get into the store. Some area of the store looks messy. Its nice if each shelves show the price instead of back and forth to the scanner. The cashier is nice.

Though they have some great products, everything else about shopping here is a mess. First time I tried three storage times to buy a Roomba for pickup. Three different times their Fraud department canceled my order, allegedly due to my payment type. I ended up with over 2500.00 in Pending charges due to their activity. They finally got my account straightened out. Yesterday I had an item missing in my Same day delivery order. After 45 minutes on hold and another hour and a half chat wait, they said theyd refund for the towel that was missing. So far, nothing. Placed another order at 3pm for same day. Still says processing, auto bot has no record and at 6AM PST expected wait time is one hour to speak with a human.

Convenient location, helpful staff and easy parking.Item i was purchasing happened to be cheaper on their online website with promise of free pick up in the store that day, very pleased that the cashier was able to honor their online price as it was the exact item. I was able to purchase it in the store and take it with me.

Not crowded since it was raining. I like getting the Poopourri products in their cleaning section. I can usually find an associate if I need help, and they have price checkers in the main store aisle.

We come here often. We love perusing through the store - sometimes with a purchase in mind sometimes simply to window shop.Not sure if its the location or Bed Bath in general, but this location seems really depleted. Perhaps more people are shopping and they cant keep up. But even at that - management should be aware of this and keep up with the demands.Hello district manager? You aware of this? Just me?

Everybody knows bed bath & beyond is a killer store the staff needs a little bit of a attitude adjustment but its a good store

I couldnt get curbside pickup for the recycling of SodaStream bottles so I had to go into the store. Lines are marked for 6 feet distance. There was no line to enter the store at the time I went. (Weekday late afternoon) there are shields to separate the checkout registers from the customers. The person that helped me was responsible and safe. My purchase was pretty smooth but I would opt for curbside if I was making a normal purchase.

I enjoy visiting this place. It has kitchen items, bedroom sheets and accessories. It so much more. The items from all the departments are of excellent quality. The price may be higher than most. However, they have eliminated the the lesser quality products and feature only the best. Its a great place to purchase gifts for any occasion. Its also a good place to walk around just to see all the gadgets you didnt know you needed. Or at least, it happens to me.

This store is smaller than most other BBB stores Ive visited, but it still has all the essentials that are typical of BBB. Despite its size, it never seems to be too crowded. Weve purchased several home organization items there and when we needed to return them it was no problem at all, and the staff were friendly and efficient about it. Parking can be a bit congested, take your time.

There is so much interesting and helpful items here that it is hard to find what you are looking for. Employees are very helpful in finding items, so look for one. The selection of shower curtains is a bit disappointing - most are cloth and require a liner. When I did find one I liked, they were out of stock.

Nice store with modern products. They claim to price match (which sounds good since some things are 30% more than Amazon) but once I was in the store they gave me the run around. Cashier said theyll only price match Amazon if it is fulfilled by Amazon, not a 3rd party seller, AND NOT PRIME.... Which means they price match absolutely nothing despite the corporate policy. Waste of time. Will just buy online, get it to my door in 36 hours and save 30%. Of course, when they go out of business, theyll blame Amazon and not how lost customers by choosing to trick customers, by adding impossible stipulations to their policies, and charging more margins than they could get away with. I guess they have high prices so that they can honor store coupons and such. I just want a good price. Maybe Im not their target audience.

I love this place. Reason is they except their expired coupons too. Its usually $5 off $15 or $10 off $30 that you spend before taxes and most of the time youll get 20% off for every single item .. occasionally you get that 20% off entire purchase. Also know, if you forget your coupons just come back with them later along with receipt and theyll reimburse you. Shoot... Im always walking away with $30 - $40 🤗... Try it!

One of my favorite stores. It has everything you need and even some extra items you didnt know you needed. Everything from inside your house to your car this is where you can find it. Their coupons are also the best. They have the biggest selection of travel size items I could ever wish for. Sign up for their texted coupons and have a shopping spree.

The store is nice and remodeled but customer service sucks. It took the staff an hour to find an item in stock. I could have ordered online and skipped the hassle. They do have a lot of items and its easy to get lost in all the different choices. If Im going to do all the research to figure out what the best item I need I might as well order it from Amazon and now with one day shipping I dont mind waiting if it saves me an extra trip to the store.

Line was long and only one person checking out. Checker had a whole bunch of 20% off coupons and would not give me one even though I accidentally left mine at home. Since you take expired ones and will reimburse if I bring one in with my receipt I would think good customer service would allow you to give it to me now instead of having to come back.

I went into the location on a Sunday afternoon a really busy time and I was able to find a really nice young man to help me find something as silly as a measuring tape so I could see what 90 in looked like for a table runner.So I must say the customer service is excellent Ive had hard time finding help in this store many times in the past but I will say that this was a very positive experience.

Nice store with a lot of things you cant find at other stores. I needed a wedge bed pillow. This is the only place local that I could find one.

Looks like a place thats about to go about of business. Theres very few people working there, things are very messy & there seems to be no backstock. Going in here was just an excercise in frustration.

Bedding area was a shambles today. No marking whatsoever about where to stand in line to check out. Check outs hidden by displays. Clerks uncaring and rude. My clerk charged me twice for the biggest item. She had to count the items versus the ticket in order to confirm that. I will never shop here again.

This place has some neat stuff...only thing is there is no labeling on the shelves for the item and its price. Sometimes the items have the price ticketed on its packaging but for the ones that dont...Id have to get someones help. Not much fun when you cant compare items right then and there
