I called about getting a new cadyliitic converter for my older model truck. Lisa, the owner, was really helpful and suggested the best option that would work and not cost me a ton of money. This place was referred to me by my trusted mechanic. They had me in and out in 20 minutes! I was impressed.

I went to replace 2 Cats last year, and turns out one of them belongs to a different engine group. Lisa is very helpful to verify it was a mistake and replaced one Cat for free. Just keep your receipts!

Wow. This was the best auto repair experience I have ever had. Without an appointment, I came by Golden Auto in the afternoon with a cracked exhaust and needing new mounts. The staff at Golden auto met me immediately as I arrived. Within 5 minutes, I had an explanation of the problem and a reasonable estimate. A technician went to work on my vehicle immediately and I drove out of there all patched up within an hour. Its nice to know that some shops still provide professionalism and service like this. Great job!

Great service. Fast and efficient. The converter on my 06 Prius finally got stolen and the team here were able to take my car right away and fix it up in two days. I also invested in the protective cage they personally fabricate to slow down any future attempts on the converter. I definitely recommend them!

This place is good. Lisa is always pleasant. This place can be very busy at times. They check the chk engine light and stated that its the front catalytic converter is the problem. It cost $1775 Parts/Labor/Tax. Sometimes you may have to wait because they multi task alot and may have to leave you for a bit to help others. I hate that part but thats just the way it is at this place and I can understand the hustle.

I came in at 3pm on a Wednesday with part of my exhaust system scraping the pavement and I was on a tight schedule. I couldnt really drive anywhere else and didnt want to get the car towed. They could have really gouged me (especially since thats what a lot of people do when they see an old Saab pull in) or told me they couldnt get to me, but I was in and out in about 90 minutes and the price was extremely fair. Id recommend this place to anyone needing muffler/exhaust system work!

My 96 honda civic lost the heat shield over the catalytic converter. I contacted another auto repair place and they said that they dont do welding work and referred me to this place. I was a bit leery of the referral but a nice lady at Golden Auto picked up. After I explained the problem she said the repair wasnt necessary unless I planned to park the car in tall grass or over other types of flammables however if I wanted it welded back on, I could swing by later that day. They work on a first come first serve basis and she quoted me at $30 with a likely 30 min wait. When I showed up at 4:30, the same lady recognized me (I was holding the heat shield next to my honda) and told me to swing the car in. I sat down in the waiting area and after 5 mins, she came in and said everything was done. Total price $25 and I was on my way. Better than I hoped! Overall the workers appeared competent, honest, fast, and fair.
