I love this store and I am so excited they opened their store in Dana Point! I used to drive to Torrance and now they are right down the street from me. They carry top of the line beauty care products. Jennie who works there is amazing. She is an experienced makeup artist and knows her stuff! She can help answer any beauty questions you have and is she is so generous! Great Customer service!!!!!!!!

This is probably the best beauty store I have ever been in. They carry all types of products in all the different price ranges.The store is always clean and easy to move around in. The customer service is amazing!!! They are ready to answer any questions I have and they give great recommendations too. This store is my first go to for its convenience, great staff and management.

Whenever Im in the area I always try to stop by this location! Very friendly employees who know what theyre talking about and are willing to help. They make great recommendations based on your personal needs and dont just try to push products on you when you dont need them. Will definitely return again!

They had great products available that are hard to find in other places.The customer service was outstanding. A salesperson named Angelique was very helpful. Everybody was knowledgeable and friendly.

This is a beautiful store, very spacious and the staffs are really nice. I love it that they carry Kevyn Aucoin Beauty, By Terry, Glam Glow and a lot more special curated make up and hair brands there.

I love this place! I go in not really knowing what I want or need and the girls there are so helpful. Now that I am of age, I knew I needed to start a skin regimen that will help deter wrinkles and they helped me figure out the perfect one for my skin type. They have an ample selection and gave me a bunch of samples to try out before spending 50-70 bucks on an item. I will definitely keep coming back! Thanks girls!!

I love this store!!!! Its a girls dream! When I walk in, Im always greeted by at least one of the friendly sales associates. Stefanie (the manager I believe) has truly transformed my skin! Ive had problems with acne for the last 5 years and she got me started on a skin care regimen that has completely cleared up my skin! I get compliments all the time and people are always asking what I use. She is friendly, knowledgable and helpful (along with the other girls) and I love visiting this location. The nail polish selection is also off the hook!!!!

Ive been shopping with Planet Beauty for over 10 years, the Dana Point location is by far the best. The sales staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I know I can always find the latest and greatest beauty products at Planet Beauty.

Went here today for wax. The staff member was very attentive and even checked on me a second time when I could not find applicators. Then she helped me with a Groupon. Great service and now a new makeup studio! Check it out!

I love shopping here. The staff is very friendly and they really know their products. I always come in for my Shaper hairspray, and end up finding out about great new products. They have a full selection of my favorite line, Nioxin. Great lines! Great Service! Wow!

Ive never had a bad experience so Im baffled by reviewers who were displeased. One of the larger locations and beats Sephora and Ultas staff knowledge by a long shot.
