Skincare by Alana does not stand behind the products they sell and will not accept returns!! Buyer beware!!! I purchased Rhonda Allison Amino Peptide Serum which causes breakouts/acne on 56 year old skin!! Clogs pores!! Never had a problem with breakouts before. Used the product 2x and face had breakouts/acne on both sides. Seller (Skincare by Alana) refuses returns on substandard unhealthy products they are selling. $75.00 down the drain. What a waste!! Buying all of my products elsewhere in the future. Unprofessional business.

I bought a few products months ago. The products are good but I get so many emails. I have tried to unsubscribe for over a week but the link is broken. I have also sent an email to the company and have had no response. This is bad customer service IMO. I am able to get the same products cheaper elsewhere.

I submitted a question on the website regarding a product I was planning to buy. Well I didnt get an answer to the question but Ive been spammed incessantly with marketing emails from the business I never opted in for. And no matter how many times I unsubscribe I still get multiple daily emails. I would never do business with someone that treats customers this way. Feels more like a scam telemarketing company than a legitimate retail business.

Alana carries some wonderful products, and my orders always arrive within a few days and packaged well.It is so nice she has an esthetician, Autumn on staff to answer skincare questions. I have ordered a couple of products from here. They have been a wonderful. Their customer service was very quick when I had a question about my purchase. I also received my products fast and they give gifts when you make a purchase. This will be my go to store when I need to purchase my face products. Im excited to try other products with them.

I placed my first order a couple of weeks ago. The product was VERY expensive on all the other sites but skin care by Alana had another option for me that was WAY less expensive.The shipping was LIGHTNING fast and their customer service is unbelievable! I was not sure how to use the product so I contacted them and got a detailed email back explaining everything so that I could understand it. I will always buy from the them. I feel confident in the products and the excellent customer service. As a matter of fact, I am on my way there right now!

Skincare by Alana is a great way to get products that are otherwise unavailable. I like being able to order my products myself. The prices are good and there are usually promo codes, which make products even more affordable. My only complaint is that in every order placed I did not receive items and had to contact customer service to check on items. Not a big deal, but something to be aware of. Overall, Id recommend. The products are legitimate and great - just make sure you receive everything you ordered.

I am hooked on Alana Mitchell products. She has great products for a fraction of the normal high end products and they work just as good or better! I use Night Retinol Facial Oil every night and my face is glowing! I use Anti-aging Peptide Eye Cream and my under eye area looks like it did back in my 20s, and I am in my 40s. Need I say more? Give her products a shot; what do you have to lose?

Dermaquest Eye Lift Serum - this product works for me. I’m 70 years old, and have used numerous creams, lotions, and serums. Many have cost two and three times what this serum costs. And none of them work better or even as well, After using this serum a couple of weeks, my eyes are brighter and the dark circles are much less noticeable.. As, I said, this works for me and I intend to continue using it regularly.

I have ordered the pumpkin cleanser at one time, I really liked the way it made my face feel. I have also purchased the cleansing pods, I absolutely love them...easy to use and made my face soft and clean!!

I purchased a gift (on a Wednesday) and paid for priority shipping (2-3 day shipping) to ensure it would arrive in time for my mother-in-laws birthday (on that Sunday). The shipment didnt arrive and when I contacted the website (that following Monday) they said it is priority shipping at the time the product ships. I said I wanted a refund and they turned around and shipped it that day. I said I wanted a refund for priority shipping, and the company refused since it already shipped and would arrive 2-3 days from when they actually shipped my product. My mother-in-law ended up getting her gift 9 days after I purchased it. So much for priority shipping. Poor customer service to not right their wrong.

After using the hemp product line for approx. 2 months I have found that my skin feels smoother and looks healthier. Ive used more expensive products that did not do anything. It is true that you do not have to spend a lot on skin care for the product to work. I highly recommend Skin Care by Alana.

I am loving Alana Mitchells skincare line. My favorite product that I have tried so far is Alanas Night Retinol R1 Facial Oil. I know Ill wake up with a radiant and smoother looking complexion the next morning. I also recommend Alanas Daily Vitamin C Moisturizer and Hyaluronic Moisture Boost Serum as well. Cant wait to try more products from her line!

I am loving all of the products I have tired by Alana. I like all the products I have tired such as eye cream, retinol oil, pumpkin mask, vitamin c cream and sunscreen. This review is for the online shopping not the day spa. I decided to order from skincarebyalana over the manufacturer for the free shipping. The item I ordered was on back order but that information wasnt listed on the website nor was I informed in my email confirmation. After waiting two weeks I contacted them and was informed that the product was currently out of stock. Over the course of a week and email exchanges on my options, I was told that they were getting in a shipment and my product would be mailed out of the next day or two. However when I received my package it was the wrong product. So I had to contact them yet again. Over the next two days of telling them that the brand was the same but it wasnt the right item the said that I would receive a prepaid label through my email that day. Well that never showed up so I had to call them about it. Sent the product back and got a refund. The employees I dealt with werent rude by any means. My issue is with the fact that I was never informed of the product being out of stock and when I inquired about exchanging it for the same product in a different shade they never responded and the lack of knowledge for the products they carry.

So I finally got my order after excruciating weeks of wait. SLOW slow slow shipping, even international orders dont take this long. Maybe consider improving your ecommerce service or just dont offer it at all because its not doing your business any favors. Needless to say I will never be shopping here again.

Great products and great customer service

An order that I placed on 5/6 was not shipped out until 5/25. I never heard from the company about the back ordered items until I reached out to find out about them. They told me the order had shipped when I reached out to them a second time, but I never received any notification. There has been poor communication and lack of customer service in this ridiculous delay in fulfilling the order I placed.

I highly recommend NOT doing business with this company.

Very poor service, I made my purchase on the 29th of October and have yet to receive any order or shipment confirmation email. I have tried to reach out before making this review but unfortuately I have not received any type of communicaton from the company. It is sad to say that even their live chat was of no help, I did not even receive a reply from them there. I am glad I made this purchase through PayPal, if tracking information is not received I will bring this to the Resolution Center
