He was in constant communication with me as to when my truck would be in. He took a great deal of time to show everything and all features on the vehicle. Matt A and staff were very Professional. Service is always great. I picked the car up on Sunday, which service is closed but someone from finance dept helped us out. What we didnt like this and a previous time was the check in process, a very pushy woman at the front desk, a little annoying. We have been clients of Ingersoll for over a decade, we are not going anywhere, so we dont need her to try to sell us anything. We will look for another person next time we need to service one of our cars plus she forgot to apply the coupon.

I felt that my experience with the company was very good. However, I am not sure if when the airbag was removed if it was connected to my speedometor was connected to it but I can no longer see, my speed, my mileage, not longer works. My 2021 Escalade had serious internal engine problems . I had it towed (Cadillac roadside) to them mid day Thursday. They took the entire engine apart replaced a bunch of parts and had it ready Monday morning! While I wasnt pleased my Cadillac had serious engine problems with 7000 miles on it, Ingersoll fixed it quickly, kept me informed and all work was under warranty. They made a lousy situation manageable. Thank you Ingersoll

I went in for an oil change. Everyone including the techs are wonderful to deal with! The Dealership is great. Their pricing is always reasonable and they dont push you on doing things to your car you dont need. My lease is almost up and I will be buying my next vehicle from them because I dont want to go anywhere else. I trust them!

Got my 3rd Malibu. After being in an accident two weeks ago. Not at fault super sad but I fell in love with this one once I seen it online. Kirk took care of all of it and the car was ready the next day was there for maybe an hour in a half and on my way soon after. Very smooth service 👌

I appreciated the test drive with Shep to confirm the shudder, and then the remedial action taken without a problem. Hopefully the transmission fluid flush solves the issue. Happy that the brake work happened in the same trip.

It was great called in the morning, got an appointment that day, brought it over and roughly in an hour and half they called me and told me my truck was finished. I walked inside and I paid them. Only issue was it took another walk inside and someone to run into the back to bring my truck around 40 minutes after I paid. They blamed it on “the kids”

When I spoke to someone on the phone they did not tell me how long the issue might take.Then the person I worked with when I was at the dealership could have cared less what I had to say. He couldn’t be bothered by my questions or concerns. I am a single mom and I have many errands to run when I don’t have my kids like I did this past weekend. I can’t spend many hours at a dealership especially when I wasn’t told I would be. This person has been working with you since 2013.We did speak to someone else who was very nice to speak with. I forgot his name, but he started working in August 2021.

I depend on outside businesses such as auto mechanics etc. to help my business run smooth.John was very pleasant, quick, accomodating and to the point. Good attributes when youre in a hurry. We brought in one vehicle which was taken in pretty fast. John called me to give me an update on that vehicle. While we were on the phone, one of my guys texted me to say the brakes on his truck didnt sound well. I mentioned it to John while we were talking and he said if you can get it here soon, well take a look and see if we can get it done while your guy waits....which they did!Thank you. You guys were always good, but Ive noticed an uptick in service!

Ingersoll Auto went above and beyond to expedite a motor issue which a local service shop said was a serious maybe unfixable motor issue. Ingersoll towed the vehicle in fixed what turned out to be a very minor motor problem and did everything to make our lives easy!From the young lot attendants to the mechanics to service manager. Mr. Ingersoll runs a first class dealership. Never have we had such friendly professional people. We miss not living closer to Ingersoll Auto now that we live on Cape Cod. We have not had much success with the Chevrolet dealership on Cape Cod.

Very upset this morning to learn that customer service is no longer appreciate at Ingersoll DanburyBringing in my 2015 Escalade purchased from Ingersoll Danbury for service approximately $2000 plus worth of service to be told that they will not have a loaner available basically from my old junk car only new cars and warranty cars will be covered under their loaner that I would have to rent a car from enterprise for the time that my car would be in their shop so if their mechanic decides not to show up today or next week or they have problems getting parts that I would just have to keep renting this enterprise car apparently at my cost till my car is completed.There customer service was the reason I was bringing my car to them and now its an unacceptable level of customer service.

Cannot tell you how frustrated I am with the service I received at this dealership. The worst part is, that when conveyed to the service manager & director they had nothing to say. Really cant trust them. While having a repair done for the 2nd time to correct an issue with my shifter I was told that the tread on my tires was low and they should be replaced. The problem is that my tires only had 5K miles on them and this dealer is the one that put the new tires on only 6 months prior. When I brought this to their attention they then told me my tires were fine and it was a glitch in their computer. I have lost faith in them in their ability to provide honest service. Also my service was performed on 5/19/21 and I just received a survey on 6/3/21 asking me about my service performed on 6/2/21. They cant even enter dates correct into a computer so why would I trust they could repair my car correctly.

I was unsure where to bring my 95 Corvette for service, wondering where I could find the expertise and professionalism to work on a classic. A friend suggested Ingersoll, so I decided to drop by, see the garage and interview the service department.Shep was awesome, and without hesitation let me speak to Mike, a Corvette expert to discuss working on my baby. I was impressed by a large garage bay that was sparking clean and with everyones friendliness. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and spent time discussing the car which is why I ultimately decided on Ingersoll to do a wide range of services I needed. I have been with Ingersoll Auto for > 8 years. Every time I need service or an oil change, I drive 40 min (past multiple other GMC dealers) and heres why. This last week, I needed a tow because my car wouldnt drive. On Star Assist would only tow it closest so it had to go to Shelton. I was not pleased the next morning when that dealership told me they couldnt even look at my car for days and did not have a loaner for me. He basically said I dont know what to tell you. I am a single female working 40-50 hours a week as an ED RN - missing work and not having a vehicle is not an option. I called my dealer, Ingersol, and basically said Hi I need help. Within MINUTES, Morgan had me lined up for a loaner for the next day. She called me right back and texted me to keep me updated. I was able to pay for a private tow to get my car to Danbury and I was met by Pam who knew the whole story (such a relief as I didnt want to have to explain it again) and got me in my loaner within 10 minutes. My car was serviced the next day and home that night after a sensor was changed. Every single time I go to Ingersol I am met with this kind of professionalism and service. These people care about their clients as humans and not just as another name that owns a car. I cannot express enough thanks and gratitude to everyone at Ingersoll but specifically Pam and Morgan. They were truly my little angels during this ordeal. Ten stars will never be enough for Ingersoll Auto.

We didn’t have our coupon and I called the dealership to ask if there was any way to perhaps locate one for us - Morgan was great she worked hard with her manager and was able to locate the coupon that had been sent to us for our oil change and was able to apply it to our appointment as well. After coming from Maritime Chevy in Fairfield (which was a completely horrible experience to say ..the least) we will be forever customers at Ingersoll, we had the pleasure of working with Paul in service, and he went above and beyond for us. I like the service but I think it would be beneficial if you hold a class or give a one on one workshop to teach the electronics and computer after one has had a new car for a week or two. I’m tech savvy and am still having trouble programming the users feature and can’t seem to turn off the radio until. Even when I power down it automatically comes on when I switch to another feature. It gets frustrating.

Kaj D is amazing. Recommended a place to go eat (which was fantastic by the way) while I waited for the service to be completed. Also, since I am a teacher, he offered a discount on the service. The entire process was excellent. There was also a small oil leak detected and he provided a quote for the repair of the oil cooler lines. A truly pleasant service experience, and a caring employee. I checked in for service quickly, handed the Kaj Djonne a coupon as he was completing the check in. Upon completion of the service he came back to the waiting area to get me and reviewed the service. I didnt realize until I left the dealership that he did not apply my coupon. What is the purpose of sending out coupons to your customers if your staff does not apply the coupon for service performed. Every little bit helps now a days.

So I own a 2015 GMC Sierra. This vehicle is a certified pre owned. I had brought the vehicle in for service over the winter months and was now out of the extended warranty, should have purchased from one of the 1500 calls over the past 2 years, anyway, the air conditioning was not working. This is a problem with the truck line, so it appears. So I contacted General Motors and they suggested I need to get it assessed by a dealer. So off I go to Ingersoll. Herb Hoover was my service tech and he was able to have GMC defer a good portion of the costs. The problem was in fact the air conditioning condenser. It is awesome when a dealer puts the customer first rather than blow it off and place the burden on the consumer. Hats off to Ingersoll and Herb.

Brought in my truck for No A/C, was quickly diagnosed, and appointment to repair is upcoming. Even though my truck is out of warranty, I continue to have my truck sreviced at Ingersoll, regardless of friends telling me its a waste of money to have the dealership do work any outside mechanic can do, sorry, but I do believe in paying for quality work by the most qualified people, especially when it comes to a vehicle my family will be traveling in. It was pretty easy and everyone was very accommodating; starting with the receptionist at the front when I came in. I didnt have an appointment, but that was no problem she said and she got me right over to Billy Heckel.I told Billy what I was looking for and what was available and if any promotions were going on. From then on he took over and I had my new GMC 1500 truck 3 days later!One other note on a different subject:I brought the truck back in the following week to get a tonneau cover installed . I waited for it, and when it came out an hour later, I checked it and it didnt seem installed correctly. So, while I was fiddling with it for about 5 or 10 minutes in the front, Adam came out and asked if he could help with anything? Anyway he tried to adjust it there but couldnt, so he asked to take it right back in and have it adjusted correctly. 20 minutes later he came back with it fixed. Nice job Adam !Thank you,J Martin

I am again uber impressed. I scheduled my appointment using the Buick app and from start to finish, I felt safe. The associate who helped me was very professional, knowledgable and super friendly! ...and I have to add that I love the simple of idea of separated pen! The idea that I dont have to touch a pen that someone already handled works great for me, simple yet very effective! I honestly and truly believe that Ingersoll Auto of Danbury remain the very best dealership in Connecticut!!! Thank You for continuing to care even if my car is a 2015 model!!!
