I was very happy with the help given to me from Angelo. He installed my battery and recommended I get a new wire clamp due to corrosion. Angelo was friendly and had a lot of knowledge. The best customer service I’ve had anywhere from anyone in a long time! Thank you Angelo!

Been shopping at auto zone for years, but yesterday is the last day I will spend a dime in their stores, I was approached by the manager Fernando store # 3245! And was told I could not shop in the store without a mask, now I understand what a mandate is, I also know what the law is, I asked the manager if he would assist me in my purchases he said no not without a mask, again I informed him I am vaccinated an he could follow me around to make my purchases, he again said no I asked him if he was throwing me out of the store and he said YES! SO YOUR MANAGER THREW OUT A CUSTOMER FOR NOT WEARING a paper mask which won’t help anyone or anything !So this is where we are in this country in support all business in my community but not your no more, I left your store mortified! I will be sharing this with my family and friends and my church group!Bad business leads to BAD BUSINESS!

I was able to replace a battery I purchased last December very easily without having to show proof of purchase since I was already in the system.

Best AutoZone employees here. This is my favorite autozone. I had to change my car remote battery and Vixit helped me with it. Saved me a ton of time, I didnt have to watch YouTube videos to figure out stuff.

All the people working there are very helpful and upbeat. Victor was great during my visit and even convinced me to sign up for the rewards program.

Awful customer service and unpleasant staff. Bought the head bulb and asked if he could replace it. He told me I have to go to a mechanic for that, in addition he was so unhelpful and gave several reason why he was not supposed to do it. I explained to him I had exactly the same bulb replaced last year at the same location, how come the sales person was very helpful and replaced it no issue. But he kept insisting he was not supposed to replace it. I left and I will never come back to this location.

The workers are polite enough. One thing about the store is that though it is organized, some of the products seem to be a little bit outdated.For example I went in there one day to grab some adhesive tape for something in the vehicle and it looked like it had weakened or deteriorated just a little bit. Just be mindful of which products are picking up, it might be an old one.

The online inventory doesn’t match actual inventory at the store. wasted my time, not coming back

I walked in to get Front & Rear Brakes for my vehicle & there was a guy at the counter with his back turned organizing the shelf. He looked at me and continued. I asked if he can help me because he didnt even acknowledge me & he said No. He then continued & i had to asked again if there was anyone that can help me. He started yelling out someones name and got no response. He then stated that my help might be outside. Im sorry but I walked out and drove to Advance down the road. I think the gentleman behind the counter name was Rafael and he was yelling out Olivio. Horrible customer service guys.

Amazing customer service! Id barely walked thru the front door when an associate asked me if he could help. He did so knowledgeably, quickly and politely. He gave me several price options along with the pros and cons of each. Whats not to love?

I had to go there twice the 1st time I went there The cashier didnt even speak English to be able to help me 2nd time I went there I was probably there for about a 1/2 hour at the cash register and after all that time thay were no help

Stood around for a long time needing help nobody offered to help me I looked around to see if any employees were available but they were all in the back when I went to the front counter with the things I needed to purchase I waited for over 10 minutes before a manager came and asked me if I needed help I told him I expected better service and that one of his employees had ignored me expecting an apology at least only to be ignored further. Come here knowing what you need dont expect help from the employees

Worst Auto Zone ever.

Didnt have the part in stock, but were helpful trying to find it.

The terminals on my vehicles battery had a bunch of corrosion. My son suggested I go to AutoZone as they could test the battery. I went to the store on Main Street in Danbury, CT (#3245). Kelvin Forreia was great. He tested my battery and offered either charging or replacement. I opted for a new battery. He replaced the battery, put something on the terminals to prevent further issues and I was done in half an hour. I highly recommend this store. The service was excellent.

Horrible customer service, manager always hiding in the back, probably eating 🙄, never have your parts you ordered. Save time and energy go to another location. Cashiers dont know ANYTHING, and I mean ANYTHING.

My battery was dead. I heading to dinner and was in shirt and tie. They sold me a new battery (yes I did need one), installed it for me and I was on my way. Staff was efficient, courteous, and just great

Went in to find windshield wipers and found an amazing assortment and manual catalog to look up the correct parts. Left very happy with the parts I was looking for.

Visited an ordered a part for my truck _ I was told it would be in the next morning; I visited 2 hours later than the pickup time, an the part was still not there, an they had no idea of the drivers location. Hhhmm...

The young man who helped me was very nice, professional and quick. Really enjoyed his conversation. He was only a part time worker but awesome young man.

Love this place! My sons wheel was wobbling on the highway and the gentleman who worked there made sure he was ok as he changed the tie rod right in the parking lot. He was helpful and caring, and I couldnt ask for a nice way to have a tough time! Thanks, AutoZone!!

Slowest service coupled with the least knowledgeable front-end staff... youll get cheap parts if youre willing to waste an hour, teach them what their merchandise is and/or does and occasionally walk then through their own system. Btw...I wrote this review while I waited 45 minutes for the sales associate to find 3 parts.

This is the best place for a check engine light. They take care of reading the OBD quickly and no pressure on who does the repair work.

Long waits, even with the store full of staff walking around. Witness 3 staff to go install new wipers for someone. With at least 3 to 5 people waiting in line. When you need a part you better know youre stuff, if you depend on them you will get a wrong part and have to come back to the store to return it. Great location. Poorly managed.

Totally in knowledgeable of anything mechanical can’t find parts without a part number. They employ extremely slow and unprofessional people. Will never go to this store EVER again.

Completely mismanaged store. long wait times. people allowed to cut the line based on what the cashiers there can and cant help you with. Online ordering a joke as youll still have to wait about an hour because they dont train their employees how to scan an email code.

First time going there and not even one person and asked if I needed help even though I know what I was getting. And I was in line and this lady cashing this guy out but when he was done she just left me there hanging. No one noticed me for awhile till this guy said cashing out? I said yes. Like really ?! The lady saw me behind guy she was cashing out and didnt say can I help you? No she just went in back and hid.

An employee tried to rip me off. Worst place Ive ever been to. He scanned an item, placed it off to the side and despite me watching him denied scanning it. He then argued with me telling me to check the receipt, as I was about to walk out in a huff the receipt did indeed have the item in question on it. Tried to screw me out of twenty dollars. Disgraceful.

This place is absolutely the worst. I was there yesterday and the kid working behind the counter was wearing pajamas. The lady at the counter kept yelling at the kid in the back to get in the front and help the customers he said Im not done eating yet. Corporate has a lot of work to do here.

I have a fleet of work trucks and regularly need stuff. I have never been to this location without a wait of 15+ minutes. It doesn’t matterIf there is 1 person in line or 5. Customers are definitely an inconvenience for this staff. It seems to be cultural as I have been going to this store for the last 2 years. There always seems to be several people in the back avoiding customers and the people up front make an effort to avoid helping customers. While waiting in line on my most recent trip I watched 1 employee reorganizeThe shelves and another employee was doing laps of the store doing nothing. I see there is an Advanced Auto Parts a block away.

I went to this store because i work in the area, normally go to brookfield (always will from now on). I came in to return an IAC part for my jeep on warranty and get my money back, i spent a good ten minutes trying to help one employee on the computer figure out where it shows my warranty, after he gave up, another employee tried helping me but told me since it was a used part i can’t get any return. This part has failed twice now and i’ve gotten both refunded at brookfield and kept explaining that even with my receipt. He insisted it’s something wrong with my vehicle and not the part however the brookfield store has explained to me the IAC’s are delicate and fail quite often (duralast brand). So after explaining the situation numerous times for about 15-20 mins the other employee ended up refunding me my money back which i was happy about. I then asked for the receipt which he immediate crumpled and said no... Not sure what the deal is with this store and it’s employees but i’ll definitely not be returning, you’re better off at advanced auto parts or napa where they actually care for you.

Fernando is probably one of the most disrespectful employees/ managers Ive ever encountered. I came in to return a product I bought less than 24 hours ago and had a receipt present with me. Accept he didnt want to refund me and threw my product and receipt around as if he were either going to give me my money back or was going to throw it away. Later he offered me store credit. I complained to corporate and did get my money back an hour later.
