Brought my ram truck there to have 35 inch tires I purchased online mounted and balanced. when 2 out of 4 where mounted they noticed two of them were egg shaped. Long story short I returned those tires and the owner helped me order a beautiful set of copper master craft tires . they were received within two days. They even called me on a Friday an hour and a half before they closed telling me they could put them on the truck that day. Very friendly staff.

Ive had many slow leaks over the years and I usually go to one of the big tire chains. This time I went Danbury Tires & Auto. I was in and out, great service and very friendly staff. I wasnt surprised to see all the other great reviews with similar stories. I generally dont write reviews but felt the need with this one. Thanks again and until next time...

One of my tires had been losing pressure consistently for a few days so I decided to get it checked out. As soon as I walked in Alex Immediately heard my issue and went straight to take a look. I got there about an hour before closing too so I wasn’t sure if they would be available. He found a nail in the tire and patched it up in under 20 mins. I was beyond satisfied with the job especially having gone to another tire shop first and being completely ignored and bad mouthed, please do yourself a favor and avoid Monro Tire Center and come here instead. I highly recommend this shop, Alex was great definitely coming back soon to purchase new tires.

I had a big issue with my car that turned into a complicated, drawn-out process that was in no way the fault of this shop. Throughout everything, Alex was unbelievably helpful and hard-working. At every step of the process, he went way above and beyond what he had to do, and got my car to me as soon as possible, even staying late after hours to fix it. He’s the most reliable and committed mechanic I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend taking your car to him.

Ordered my new motorcycle tires online to attempt changing them myself. Ive gotten pretty proficient with the inner (and outer) workings of a Harley.. but fûç* tires! I got fed up and went around looking for a shop to just mount the tire on rim. No installing, no balancing. Simple. Alex and his shop were the only, I repeat THEE ONLY shop willing to help. Even Harley Davidson of Danbury wouldnt help get a new tire on THEIR rim. They insisted on having the bike there... Crooks. Not only did Danbury Tire help, they did it that moment. Had me out in 10 minutes. 40 bucks..And the tires have tubes and Im pretty freaking sure they did it by hand, no machine. These guys are so cool . Well be back to bring them business whenever we are in the market for whatever they can provide.I was so happy I immediately went back with the front wheel and asked him to do it, not realizing until after he was done and we were in the car out the door, that he was closing when I went in... AND HE STILL DID IT!Thanks again bro. Appreciate it, tremendously.

Came in for a leaky TPMS valve. They explained all the different possibilities and discussed a plan to help me save the most money. Fixed the issue quickly and professionally. Most other places would just say replace the sensor, but these guys were able to help me save over 50% on my repair. Definitely recommend!

Was on a road trip back from Maine and got a second flat tire near Danbury It was late on a Saturday evening. Found Danbury Tire. Owner stayed open late to get two new tires on my car and got me back on the road. Really great people at Danbury Tire. Highly recommend them.

The gentlemen plugged a tire that had a slow leak for me today. Very quick and efficient. Just requested a quote for two tires and hopefully they can get them in stock quickly and do the job tomorrow. They said while I was there they could probably do that. Fingers crossed. One star off because website states they mask and they do not. I just took a walk and waited outside.

The valve stem broke off my wheel and I needed it replaced. I also needed two new tires on the front of my car. The gentleman explained everything to me simply, and honestly. I got there late in the day, and I wasnt sure if they were going to get it done. They did the whole job in under an hour, even without an appointment. Great job, and fair prices. The gentlemen at this garage were helpful, efficient, and kind. They replaced two acutely and severely damaged tires within an hour of closing. They saved me a lot of hassle (either a very long tow truck ride home, or about 120 miles in potential round trip Ubering).

My boy Alex is the man, I was here on and they were busy AF, they had over 5 cars waiting and he was running all around taking care of everyone, he told everyone he can have everything on time, he did, got me in and out in and out in no time 2 tires and alignment even when he had 3 alignments in front of me, he did all 3 on no time. if this was anywhere else I would have been waiting for hours. I found my new car care place. never going anywhere else.

Flat tire service without an appointment on Friday at 4:45pm. I arrived on a donut looking for help. Heard the best four words in a tire place, “It can be fixed.”After that, it was smooth sailing. I was offered a complimentary check of all tires and coffee while I waited. I was given a suggestion of a timeline to change the tires. I paid a great price for the repair and will definitely come back!

Came in with a leak in my tire and they fixed it no problem, but also informed me my back tires were bald. They were able to change my back tires for a great price and didn’t keep me waiting long at all. Super helpful, fast service!

I would highly recommend him and his store because they are honest and they aren’t looking to nickel and dime you. I went here to do a brake pad replacement, I also inquired about my rotors and he was honest and he told me that I did not need to have them changed because they were still good. I was at the dealership of BMW previously prior to that, and they told me that my rotors were not good at all. Once I change my brake pads with this location, everything was working normally like he said it would.

I went to the dealership and they charged me 125 for inspection and they told me I needed 4 tires, all 4 brakes, and rotors, and 2 front calipers they tried charging me an arm and a leg, I called this place and they gave me a better deal than the dealership and I went there and they were so honest with me the guy at the front desk his name is alex and the guys there were calling him ans, he told me I only needed tires and front brakes and rotors, he showed me that the calipers in the front were good and brakes and rotors in the back are almost new, not only I saved money I did not have to change anything I did not need, that place was so busy everyone was working, there were 3 other people in the office waiting for cars, the waiting room is nice and clean, and my guy alex was running all over the shop, he was ordering parts, talking care of customers telling his employees what to do and was also doing an alignment on my car, best tire and mechanic shop I have ever seen, they definitely got my business for life.

I stopped in and they helped me out do much. My rims were locked on and for no charge, other then whatever I wanted to give them, they loosened up the lugnuts . They real went above far and beyond to help me out even though they were really busy. Ill never go to any other place then here. I recommend everyone else do the same, you will not regret it I promise!!!! Thanks again guys!!!!

We found this great business while having a tire issue on route 84 on Easter Sunday. “Mission Impossible “ became “mission accomplished “. Cant say enough good things about them. Had a flat at exit 1. 2 miles away from Danbury tire. Put the Donut in and limped over.. they took me in right away. Changed it and I was back on the road in 30 minutes! ALEX you are the best!

While driving from Philadelphia to Vermont for a family vacation, we realized our tires we got in Philadelphia were not properly aligned, we stopped here and they gave us fast and immediate service to fix our problem and got us back in the road in less then 30 min!

I had a sidewall failure on my car so I brought a tire in for them to swap it for me. Mounted and balanced in no time (maybe 10 minutes) and had some comfy seats to sit and wait. Place was clean and had enough space for social distancing regulations. I would definitely go again and would highly recommend to anyone else.

Have only recently started using this garage and I have to say, Im very lucky to have picked it. The staff here are super friendly and always work with my schedule. Pricing is fair and they are very knowledgeable. I had a slight issue with a part they fixed but they got me in the next day and adjusted the issue. Highly recommend.

The actual technician that worked on my car was great and fast. Although Management I can’t really say much about them. The fix on my car was an emergency, they kept trying to up sale me. They gave me an estimated price and I went with it. What I noticed was that they had finished the car sooner than their “estimated” there fore they took their time and even started to watch videos on YouTube. “ these folks are your typical schemers. They have good techs but their ways are dis honest. I tried to reason with them and they didn’t budge. They deliberately took their time to meet their estimated quote. I am all for small business, but they took advantage.

Went there today to have my tires balanced (previously purchased out of state) and the staff there was welcomgwe and friendly. The service advisor Nicholas was super helpful and even took the time to bring me out to show my possible future issues on my car, like low brake pads. I also inquired about new tires and he quickly wrote down some prices and options for me. This was my first visit here, but itll be where Ill be back from now on. Glad to see such great service from a local shop.

Did a great job on my brakes. Even gave me a lift up the road to my job.

Low profile tire owners beware. They messed up my tire during installation and somehow I end up paying for it. Worse was that they didnt make it clear up front it was going to be my responsibility so I find out when the tire is installed and I go to pay. Not a good customer experience.

The people at Greco Tire & Auto are just great. I have an Acura MDX and a Ford Mustang GT that I have had in to Greco to have various work done. I had taken the MDX to the Acura dealer to have an electrical issue resolved and it took them 4 tries to find the problem and still did not resolve the issue. I then took the car to Greco who not only found the problem but fixed it at a very resaonable price. I fully trust the Greco team with my cars. You cant go wrong with Greco
