I always prefer to take my cars whether I own/lease to the dealerships service dept. as they know the car best and I have more trust. This is the 1st Toyota I have had and I dont like that I am never able to get pricing for service work when I call to make an appointment and that I have to wait till I bring in the vehicle for them to give me that information. Your prices are very high compared to other mechanics/dealerships in the area and surrounding towns and I come from NYC. I was informed at my latest appointment, due to my mileage, I was in need of the sparkplugs to be replaced and you wanted to charge me $500+ for the plugs and labor on top of the $83.00 I spent for an oil change maintenance. I am also a member of the Toyota Rewards and was sent an email about the amount I have as of so far. I called Greentree Dealership and spoke with a manager who explained this program and informed me I could use the amount I currently have on parts, SERVICE and towards a vehicle. I knew I was going to have an issue when I got to the service dept. which is where I was informed that I could not use those points, that I would have to wait to accumulate a certain amount of points before a $25 credit would be given. I speak to multiple people and I get varying responses/answers, nothing is ever consistent. I am not too sure if I will continue coming to this service dept. and more than likely would not recommend either.

The experience started off well. the person I spoke to online was helpful. They had a truck on the lot that my bf was interested in purchasing. He spoke to someone who gave him some numbers. Put a thousand dollar deposit on the car. This morning the person tells him someone else is buying the truck. How exactly is that a fair way of doing business?! Someone already was interested in the truck and put a deposit down. But you just sell it to someone else... Glad we didnt waste a trip from NJ to CT for this.

The car was dirty on the inside. There a heavy smell of gas in the car. I still cannot figure out how there such a heavy gas smell.

Repairs at Greentree are extremely expensive. I pay for what I cannot see in most instances. Being told Ive saved you some money with 10% off is in their normal realm of coupons, so thats not great. My Tacoma is great, but Ive never been a Greentree fan. Would go elsewhere if I could. I asked, Whilst Im here, could someone look at it for trade-in value? No, youll need to go to the sales site. Im certain my bill will help pay for the new waiting room. ;>) Not my only experience. They do not go the extra mile--ever. Hate to give them one star to post. My concierge, Kim, was very polite, especially when I told her, thats a lot of money.

Came in today looking forward to possibly purchasing a vehicle with cash but was really disappointed that I wanted to write about my experience. I am local so I hoped to purchase a 2021 GR Supra in town. The woman at the front desk greeted me and was very polite. However I had a terrible time with a salesman whose name I believe was Rick.Firstly, he was on his phone and didn’t seem to want to talk to me nor sell a car. There were no Supra’s available so I asked him when a good time to buy would be and he replied with “anytime”. I asked him if I could order through the official Toyota website and he replied with “I guess”.I asked about incentives and he insisted there wasn’t any because it was a “niche” car, although I saw that there were previous incentives on the official Toyota website. I asked when the next shipment for a car was and he said he didn’t know. We left without him even asking my name or contact information. It was a waste of time. Looking forward to purchasing from a dealership elsewhere.

Poor communication, poor customer service. I had a major issue with a brand new car (only 3,000 miles!). It was the second time the car was with Toyota for the same problem. After 3 days I still hadn’t heard anything back from them and called asking for an update. All they could offer was that they were “vigilantly working on it”. Finally called me on day 4 and couldn’t explain to me what they were doing to diagnose/fix the issue. Magically, on day 5 the manager calls and the problem is an easy fix and the car would be ready the next day. Then, I received a prompt to leave this review, however NO call from them telling me the car is ready. This is my family car and I have no faith that this service department, Greentree or Toyota is going to ensure I’m getting back a safe and reliable vehicle.--UPDATE-- Four months later and my vehicle hasnt had an issue since I dropped it off. Happy to say that I was wrong and my faith is temporarily restored. New rating still reflects the poor communication but grateful that the fix seemed to work!

I shopped there twice in the past 3 years to purchase a vehicle. 3 years ago i test drive a Highlander and the car was horrible to drive. Something was wrong with steering wheel. About 4 weeks i was there for a used car but the salesman was unbelievable rude...was not interested in selling used cars and 1st question he asked was how was my credit score.. so unprofessional...when i need to buy another car I will never go there...

Michael Shakro was the best, he help me find the right vehicle for my family needs. I wanted a 7 passenger, for us to fit grandparents in the vehicle with car seat. He recommend, that the middle row to have captain chairs. He explain, car seat take a lot of space and its harder to get in the three row if you have a bench. He was so right, we love it. I just purchased my 2015 Toyota Corolla with very low mileage and got an unbelievable deal. I have worked for many dealerships in the past and to be honest even they end up screwing you but not here! I chose this dealership over another Toyota dealership (where I used to work) and this was after that dealership told me they couldnt get me approved. Greentree Toyota was great from the start all the way to the end. They were determined to get me approved and in a car I actually wanted. Marcus (salesperson) was so patient and kept me feeling special the whole time. Andy and Jose worked for days on end to get me approved and kept me feeling positive the whole time. This dealership is so welcoming and friendly that you cant even tell who the managers are because they are so easily accessible and part of every deal. I was greeted by Dan when I walked in frustrated and even the GSM Robert was part of the excitement. The used car manager Jeff helped make sure the car I picked was perfect for me. Over all an unbelievable experience. Ill be taking my dad there soon to get his car. It is truly a place you can trust and know you will be treated like family.

I am doing my RAV4 service since 2007 and they are really good and I liked them. In the recent times they offer good promotions as well. Customer service also great. They picked up my car and dropped off after the service so you dont have to step out and wait there.

I always have an excellent experience at the Toyota service center on Commerce Dr in Brookfield Ct. The staff there are always friendly and courteous. I am informed on what work or service my vehicle needs as well as how much it will cost. I never feel pressure to make a decision I might regret or cannot afford. I feel valued as a customer. I was totally blown away today when my service representative Reed signed me up for a rewards program that can save me money on future services. Then when I went to my car and received a Thank you card from Luis it truly made my day. In today’s world great customer service is hard to find. I appreciate the staff at this location and plan to continue servicing my vehicle there for many years to come.

Although there was a lot of construction going on at the GreenTree Toyota service center site in Brookfield Ct, it was very comfortable and the staff was helpful and very nice.

The part supposedly shipped A WEEK AGO from 20 MILES AWAY and Greentree is saying that it is out of their hands once it hits USPS. Greentree has shown zero interest in taking ownership of the item getting lost in transit. Avoid at all costs.

I just bought a new 2020 4runner from Greentree Toyota. My salesman was Matt Castro. I had a great experience. I walked in with an appointment to drive the truck. It was right in front of the showroom, spotless. I had been shopping around so I knew what I wanted and what it should cost. I got a great trade in for my old truck, fair price on the new truck. No high pressure sales BS. We were treated with respect. Delivery was a few days later and went just as smoothly as the sale!! I went there yesterday, because they called and offer me a good deal, when I got there I had the worse customer service, nothing what they said on the phone was true,I wasted it my time with them, and I also drove 2 hours and half for nothing.

I was interested in an SUV. He quickly told me about the Highlander. Beautiful SUV, great safety features, 3 row seating which I needed for my large family. It was a beautiful car. I was glad I stopped in. Although I did not purchase, Tom was not pushy at all, gave me his contact information should I decide to purchase.
