Dropped off a truck for a plow on Tuesday..was done on Wednesday..great job..clean.

Ok.. here we go. I contacted Ness for a Switch n Go dumpster which they had in stock. It was a 2 hour and 22 minute ride from my location to them. I got all the way there just for them to tell me they cannot accept a card payment over the phone ( we do this daily ) and would not sell me the dumpster. Cost $5200.They also said they never heard of someone taking payment over the phone. I was very eager to do business as I spur of the moment took the 5 total hour trip to give them our business. Unfortunately we left with no dumpster and a bad mood. On the way to Ness I purchased ( over the phone ) a 15 yard Dumpster from CSM Trucks at a $5000 transaction with no problem. Ness was friendly as can be until they found out I wanted to do a over the phone transaction and then they began to give nothing but attitude. I would never recommend them for a $5.00 item nevermind the $5,000 i almost spent. .. horrible.

Got me right in, diagnosed, and made repair while I waited.

Parking is very bad this place and them knowing that they are the only plow and sander place in Danbury so they don’t care on work performance or customer care they are very busy it takes a while for them to even find out what’s going on with your truck and they’re very snappy and grumpy because they’re so busy I don’t know why they don’t just hire more help or move to a bigger place if you asked when your truck is going to be done or what they’re working They probably won’t give you an answer they really have to work on the customer service and how they talk to people were the one spending the money they act like They don’t enjoy what they’re doing it or doing us a favor when were the one that brought the business in the first place

Ive been through 2 trucks with him, he put on my Boss plow, has serviced it, kept it in tip top order, is always available to help and answer my questions, his sister is always so helpful and knowledgable too! I always feel confident that I am getting the right parts and good advice from them. They are my go-to folks for anything truck/plow,you name it! They also did a great job on my sons Jeep when he bought a lift kit! We are glad to have them as a reliable source for information and service!

I cant say enough about how great Ness Auto is all around, from the staff, to the customer service, to the auto service, to the shop dog who greets you at the door - theyre hands down the best around. They were able to install a tow hitch for me in what was a pretty tight time crunch so that I could pick up the boat of my dreams. Im not sure what Im more proud of, my boat or my tow hitch. OK so I dont usually write reviews but they took such good care of the pricing was very competitive but most importantly they took the time to explain everything and get the job done right the first time. I had them install a rear cam and a complete GPS system and came out beautiful it works no problems with it and Ive had it over a year. Then to top it all off when it went in for a routine maintenance and the dealership messed it up they fixed it for me right away and there were no additional fees! Seriously amazing support!

I have been taking my car to Ness for several years and would recommend it to everyone!!! Not only is my car serviced promptly, but the staff is always accommodating and friendly. I have had issues with being overcharged at different places in the past, but with Ness, I know I am getting a great deal and great service.

It was 11pm during a snow storm, and both of my plows decide to stop working when I had 20 driveways to clear . A snow plow contractors worst nightmare. I thought I was dead in the water, until I called Ness auto!! Greg, one of the owners came out to my house within 30 minutes of the call, fixed the electrical issue, and got me back on the road ! Thats what I call customer service! By far the best place to buy a plow or trailer for your business.

Kind of rude service a little overbearing about the coronavirus. But on the upside,they forgot to charge me for about twenty bucks.

Ive used Ness auto for my truck needs for the past 2 years. Ive purchased accessories for my vehicles, and had repair work done as well. The team at Ness has always done right by me, and their pricing has been fair. As far as I am concerned, if I get what I pay for, and get treated right, I am going to go back, AND recommend the same to my friends.

Recommend Ness 100%. Called Greg during the last big storm and got there 9pm. Greg had me out the door 2 hours later and saved me big time.

I rented a Budget truck from them and will never do it again. Younger employees have a terrible attitude and make you feel that they are doing you a favor. Returned my truck PAST full and was charged a $30 dollar fee plus the cost of fuel because they claimed it needed an extra 2.5 gallons. When I explained the situation to them they claimed the needle was less than full and there was nothing I could do about it. Luckily I called BUDGET customer service and they were very helpful and understanding and refunded me the money. Very disapointed with my experience at Ness Automotive Rental.

Erika handled a rental replacement with professionalism, speed and efficiency. The experience was extremely customer friendly and Ness Automotive turned an unfortunate blowout into a quick turnaround and we were on our way.

Because they answered the phone during the storm and they were very helpful another snow plow dealer I wont mention their name hasnt even return my call in over a week I will always suggest calling Ness Auto for any snow plow needs if theyre open theyll answer the phone

Total scam, stay away from it. They tell you one rate over the phone and it is different when you get there. When you refuse to be scammed they still charge you.
