I went to Goodyear to get a better deal on an oil change than my car dealership offered and was incredibly pleased with the care they took for my car (being a new car). Jason and Bill at the front desk were so kind. There were a few people ahead of me getting oil changes but they were very prompt and honest with their timing on my vehicle. I will definitely be going back for future oil changes! Thanks guys!

I have AAA drop off my car cause of a flat tire I gotten in Waterbury CT. Once they dropped off my car there it sat all night. Once I went to see the statue of the car they told me someone picked it up. Called my dad and no one picked it up. Again I tell them are you sure and all the guys said they had no idea at that point I was about to loose my mind. Long story short they searched and searched and found it 35 mins later while I was panicing wondering where my brand new 2020 Acura went.

I love this place. Everyone is friendly. You may have to wait because there very busy. Mohawk does very good work. No worrys.

I used to take my car here when I was changing over my summer tires to winter tires each season. I have another set of wheels already mounted/balanced on rims and just needed them swapped. The first few times it went as one would think ($26 for a tire rotation). Then the owner got involved one time and informed me I should have been charged double that as they were handling double the amount of tires. He let it slide that time, but going forward would be about $50 dollars. So that was the last time they received any business from me.

Could not have been any more unhelpful. The guy at the front desk had absolutely no desire to get off his butt to help me. After telling him I wanted his advice for my jeep and giving him basic parameters, he just kept saying over and over in a snooty voice, I need to know what size the you need. You know what dude? Sometimes people dont actually know and thats your job to get off your ass and sell a tire. Very very bad first impression. Ill gladly give my business to a place that actually wants my money.

Just had my tires replaced here. Awesome job and great prices. Very trustworthy and friendly staff.

Went to Mohawk to get an oil change. When getting ready to pay for same, was told that i needed a new rear passenger tire, that it had a nail it in, couldnt be fixed, etc. etc. what a load of bs, tires were fine before i went in there and since i only went in to get an oil change, what the hell were they checking my tires for? is this a free (and completely unrequested) service? at any rate, that was a month ago and guess what, still no problem with any of the tires. guess the nail must have disintegrated. oh, and by the way, mohawk sells tire, guess thats why they saw a nail in mine. will NOT be going back, and WOULD NOT recommend their services. MINUS FOUR STARS !!!!

I Went there several times for service and trusted them when they called about the quotation to fix my car. Later I found I was greatly overcharged and tried to argue, but they just want to rip me off. Will never go back there.

The African American gentleman was the only kind person I came in contact with. Everyone else was rude and clearly dont know how to manage a business based off customer service.
