I bought my knives set a while ago. The tip of one knife broke by my fault. I’ve contacted Ergo Chef customer service and they offered to reshape and re sharpen. They did it within one day. The service is amazing, will recommend to all.

I received the Michael Symon steak knife set for a present and loved them. I have since purchased the carving set as well as the Crimson fillet from Ergo Chef, great quality and great service. Will look to them for all my cutlery needs!

Hard to say what I like best about Ergo Chef. First their knives are fantastic. I started off with the Prodigy line, most of which were a gift I received. I liked them so much that I went to the store and started adding to and upgrading my knives. I am a big fan of their pro-series collection and have upgraded and added many to my knife block at home. Aside from the products themselves, the staff are really great. They are helpful, community oriented and really down to earth. Whether you are there to purchase an item, or end up talking about music, its always a pleasure to drop by Ergo Chef.

I have used the prodigy series of knives for years and like they way they feel in my small hands. I have given the Ergo Chef air fryer as gifts to three people already and they are well used by each.
