The reason I didnt give it 5 stars was that the woman who checked me out was anything but pleasant. Two out of three of the marked down items I purchased rang up wrong. I realize that this probably wasnt her fault and she rerang one correct. She had a harder time with the other item but I saw it added to end of purchase at correct price. What I didnt notice was that she didnt remove/ void wrong amount. Not only that but when she was done she turned around and walked away to talk to person working at next checkout, leaving my purchase on the counter. I then took a bag and started to put my items in it. She returned and said I was going to do it and she put the rest of the items in another bag. I was able to get help with item that was rung up incorrectly by someone else when I returned back to the store. She was very pleasant and efficient unlike the cashier.

This awesome store needs to come to Lakeland, Florida! You will be a Winnnner!

Good place to find some inexpensive stuff sometimes even find some real gems

My go to for good bargains for any holiday. Often find thing here that I cant find anywhere else. Prices are reasonable. If you see it today it may not be there tinnitus. Great place to get reasonably priced tablecloths, kitchen items, and decorations.

This place is awesome for (all major, typical US) holiday decorations, picture frames, lamps, and general decorations.

I love the Christmas Tree Shop! You never know exactly what you will find there, but I never leave empty-handed, I always find something that I love. The store was very neat and clean, there were no lines at the checkout and the associates could NOT have been more helpful. Stop in and check it out, you never know what you might find that you absolutely need.

Personally I love the Christmas tree shop chain however the Christmas tree shop located in Danbury and doesnt have a very wide selection of items and as far as cleanliness I have never seen such a dirty bathroom in a store in my entire life the bathrooms are filthy they smell of urine both the men and womens bathroom and as a woman cleanliness is very important and they are not handicapped accessible theres no motorized scooter so they dont take into consideration their patrons that are handicapped I dont know personally I only gave it to one star I would have given it no stars but I dont have that option

The best place and reasonable prices for kitchen products, glassware, toiletries, and seasonal items. Love ❤️ this place. ( For teachers- a lot of items for your classroom)

The best price on large quantity coffee cups (Victor Allen Coffee - 79 for $20 on sale). The Italian Blend is the best. Long line the week before Christmas & they still had me out of the store in ten minutes. My anxiety thanks you, & I thank you for not making me listen to my anxiety on an endless line! ;-) (I always come in planning on spending $20 & spent +$50, I buy things I didnt know I needed. Haha!)

The store is managing the population occupying the store, so it is reassuring that they are handling customer safety well. Unfortunately, the inventory is sparse in several important aisles - mostly health and beauty, and medications and toiletries. They need to restock the back section of the store.

It has come to our attention today that one of our members of the community was a victim of a pickpocket crew INSIDE your store. While this is not unique in a shopping district what is unique is that you wouldnt let the Police view the video of the incident.This is very disturbing to our community who actually shop locally and support you and your staff. I hope this is an over site on your part.As a member of the community we love your store and I hope that I can re-review your store soon.

You all need more help is what I said to the cashier and her response was I know that and you know that but... This place is kinda a mess and they also kinda have everything. Great prices and interesting items from food to toiletries but its so disorganized and they really should hire more employees especially during the holidays. Also, the restroom, ugh. A woman told me she complained to management about it last week yet apparently they did nothing about it.

Not one of the nicer ones merchandise looks like it has been there for years and store is dirty .

I love this place!! Its full of bargains for so many cute stuff, I could spend hours shopping here! They always have season appropriate items for good price, and then they have huge discount sale after season, for the left over items. The staffs are always very friendly and helpful.

Took my 8 year old there today, September 5 2020We are still in a pandemicPeople walking around with masks on their chins, noses out, etcHow is your store allowing this and why isn’t someone going around to not only enforce distancing but also to tell people to keep their masks up?We had to leave, we had our masks on but as you all need to know, masks are for people to not spread their germs; not the other way around and these folks had their masks off or down.I would like an answer to why this is allowed or I am reporting the store.Why are noses out and masks on chins in your store?

Tuesday night, 7pm. Great time to go. Easy, close parking. a dozen or so shoppers milling about. well stocked areas/displays. Got the 80ct coffee i wanted on sale for $18.99 (great deal)... yet only 2 registers open til manager calls for backup. Overall, easy peasy, got-what-I-needed shopping experience.

I love their unique things! Been shopping at two locations for some years now! Dont expect to see the same items in any two stores! If you see something you like, dont wait because more than likely it wont be there next time! Good bargains to getting pricey. I could shop here for hours! They have all of the little things that you cant find anywhere else and for a price you cant beat! If you are throwing a party and need fabulously designed paper plates, napkins or hot cups they will beat all other prices. They also have spices, sauces, soups, chips, nuts etc for bust out wholesale prices! I always check the expiration dates and so far I havent found an expired product yet! Its not what it used to be. No bargains, no variety. I went to the store with the intention of buying Halloween stuff. They only had few paper plates and napkins, and some pumpkin decorations. They already had Christmas decor on the shelves, and no Thanksgiving at all. Not only they are pushing celebrations, they are doing it with no style at all.

Used to be great bargain. I said USED TO. No deals anymore. You an get the same stuff much cheaper at Walmart. And parking is terrible. Still is fun to look around.

Much bigger than my local Christmas tree store in hartsdale. Check out was easy during Christmas rush. Lots of selection. And they added Harmon face values (bed bath and beyond personal care stuff..soap, shampoo, deodorant, etc)

This place is OK if you need things like holiday decorations or things like that. The quality of most things is pretty poor. Its kind of like shopping at a dollar store but more expensive. The checkout lines are usually long and slow also.

Dont be put off by this stores name - it carries a wide array of seasonal home goods and decor all year long at bargain prices. There are steep discounts on quality name brands such as Waverly. In addition, the store has interesting edibles plus health and beauty items. Worth a visit even if youre just looking for inexpensive holiday paper napkins. The inventory turns over rapidly so stop by often!

A huge selection of items and for fairly good prices. I shop here quite frequently especially at Christmas time. My spouse spends more time and money here but I wouldnt have it any other way. The dont just sell Christmas knick knacks. Amazing selection and good value.

Christmas tree shop is a nice place to shop, next to the Danbury mall. Nice place, nice price too as well. Very nice place. Nice household prices nice place. You will like what you see, not bad at all.

Its a little cramped inside and the bathroom is very small, Ive had issues being able to take my son at times because people just sit in the stalls. The pharmacy area is a nice new touch. In a nut shell its not a bad place but week days are definitly the best time to go.

I went to the danbury location on the Saturday before back to school- only three lanes open to check out. The lines were crazy. The two customers infront of me had problems with items marked on sale but rang up regular price. The cashiers had no hustle - the customer service attendent was rude. Really horrible experience.
