January 30th I purchased a BodyCraft T800 treadmill for close to $5000. First time I went outside just a simple sporting goods store. But I wanted to give them a chance. From day one we had issues. I made clear my delivery address but somehow the gentlemen delivering the treadmill couldnt find my home. The team that delivered the treadmill assembled it incorrectly. No speakers, no problem (actually for $5000 it is a problem), but OK, I was told I needed to use a headset while working out because if I wanted to use a specific app via the HDMI connection. The volume on the panel is also another issue. The BodyCraft engineers claim they are aware of the low volume issue but their software folks have not figured out an update. Had to download and print the users manual myself. Just recently an electrical issue started up. Get about 5, 15 and 30 minutes into the run and the screen goes blank and treadmill shuts down. Then it reboots but 10 minutes later it would shut down again. Found the error code and sent to BodyCraft, so they sent out a communication module for the panel. 2 weeks later finally get someone out to install the circuit board. Technician said oh this is easy, it should be 30 minutes, well 2+ hours later he was finally done. The next day I was going for a run, BUT panel/screen frozen, couldnt operate the fan and the fan stays ON all the time. Possibly be a fire hazard. That same day I reached out to Gym Source and was told someone would reach out to me on the 21st of June. Well it is now the 29th of June and I am yet to hear from ANYONE from BodyCraft or Gym Source. Repeated and multiple issues. I dont know about you but a treadmill of $5000 should be FLAWLESS. I could understand very minor issues but this many issues on a machine that cost close to $5000 is utterly ridiculous. But more distasteful is the severe lack of customer service.

Brand new facility!! Friendly and helpful staff. Great variety of fitness equipment. Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their at home workouts and home gyms.
