This place is lucky that it even gets a star. I came to this store last week to buy myself something nice. I was not greeted, nor was I asked if I needed assistance the entire time I was there. I felt very uncomfortable because I was being watched by an employee. The glass cases were so dusty and filled with many fingerprints!!! It’s as if the glass hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. I will not be coming to this store ever again!!

Swarovski you can do better! With such a prestigious brand you would expect your experience to be of that caliber; However, it appears that Swarovski needs to invest in hiring/training of their staff! Completely unprofessional and not very friendly. Staff just wants to make a sale and did not meet the needs of their client. I will not be returning to this location until the staff has been replaced! Not worth my money or time. Swarovski you need to step up your hiring qualifications because this location is failing you as company and me as a client.

Love this store!! The associates are so kind and courteous every time I come in. They helped me find the perfect gift for my sisters birthday. Beautiful store, great product!!

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! This place is disgusting!!! I was going to go in today to buy my mother a nice little bracelet for her birthday. I was about to walk in and heard the two ladies that work there arguing!!! How unprofessional!!!! This store is horrible!!!! Every time I come here the associates always look dirty, dishelved and never looking like they want to help you, there is always an attitude. It’s a shame you have people like this working for such a pretty store.

Staff was incredibly helpful! Store-front was clean, and they helped me find the perfect gift for my sister.

Everyone here is lazy and no one ever wants to help you here, every time I come into this store there is no one there to greet you like in other Swarovski stores and you basically help yourself until they decide to come out from the back. Just horrible and thwy always make you feel unwelcomed!

I was extremely unhappy with the service that I received! The cases all had smudges on them and one of the lady’s there not only smelled like cheap perfume and horrible body odor, her hair was an absolute mess she also had a very negative and lazy attitude about herself! I will never shop in this location ever again! If she doesn’t like her job working in a retail setting then she shouldn’t bother working at all!

I was at the Danbury location Friday evening. And the young lady that was there was not helpful at all. She completely disregarded me and had a horrible attitude. I don’t understand why work in retail if you aren’t going to be attentive to your clients. I was very disappointed and will not be returning to shop at this location.

This location is disgusting!!! When I walked in there was nobody there to greet me after a few minutes someone came out from the back. The lady that came out seemed very unhappy as if I was bothering her. The glass that holds the rings and watches were extremely foggy and dirty.Full of finger prints . I will not be coming back to this location ever again!!

Today I went to the store to buy myself something special for mothers day, the associate did not acknowledge me, I felt that she didnt want my business, she did not looked professional and definitely under staff since she was the only one there (this was in the morning) so far a bad experience.

The entire staff was truly helpful and could not have been friendlier. Thank you for the good conversation and helpful tips that led to great gifts. Ill definitely be back and thanks😎♿✌️
