The customer service here can’t be beat. I recently received my pistol permit and was shopping for my first run. I went to 4 shops before Mill Plain Firearms, and was either not helped at all, given short answers, or told I should buy another brand.I walked into Mill Plain Firearms and was immediately greeted and felt welcomed. They have a great selection and are knowledge and will answer any questions you have. The major different here was when I asked for the gun I wanted, instead of just saying “no, we don’t have it”, they took my information down and told me they will work on getting one for me right away.Within 24-48 hours I received a phone call that they received the gun I requested. Brand new, and the exact specs I had asked for. They walked me though the buying/paperwork part and informed me of everything I was signing.I know I will be buying from here again, and will recommend it to my friends.
