Jennings has delivered my home heating oil for a number of years. Ive tried other companies, but I always come back to them. Earlier this year, I called Jennings Oi and l spoke with a gentleman who explained the various service options and explained why he would not recommend a service I had with my current company. His explanation confirmed what I believed. That one particular service was not necessary. I later found out he was one of the owners. When I decided to replace my old oil tank, I met with several companies including Jennings. Eric Olsen was very thorough. After taking measurements, he presented options explaining the pros and cons for each. He addressed my biggest concern, which was removing the tank in one piece. Their pricing was very competitive and made my decision to use Jennings easy. The installation team was excellent and removed the tank in one piece!!! They were very professional and left my home exactly how they found it. I expected a big mess and there was none. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from start to finish. Weve been using Jennings ever since we moved to the area in 2013. We have always been impressed with their service - even from the day we moved in when our heat wasnt working, in late December. All because the batteries were dead in the thermostat. Of course - we had no batteries as our stuff was being moved off the truck that day, and the service tech drove a few blocks to a family members house to get some! Since then, their service has continued to be fabulous and they always get here super quickly if there is an issue (always within the hour). The staff in the office are friendly and professional as well. Highly recommended!

They removed two underground oil tanks and installed an above ground one. Terrific experience from initial estimate, which was fair and accurate to the penny. Eric, in particular, went out of his way to make the switchover seamless despite tough weather conditions and my heavy travel schedule. Tank removal can be an expensive undertaking, so do your homework and choose a reputable, dependable vendor like Jennings.

As such, Jennings Oil & Propane Company are a large part of keeping the heating equipment running efficiently and they quickly resolve any issue that crops up which usually rears its head at the most inopportune times. But it does not matter because they always respond quickly no matter the time of day during the business week or on the weekend.

I used to really like this company, they provide good service to their customers, but lately they nickle and dime me for everything. I had a service call recently and was charged for it EVEN WITH A SERVICE CONTRACT IN PLACE! What gets me even more is I had the same issue a few years back and it was covered under my contract. Its too bad, I did like them but its time to shop around for a better company.

We recently used Jennings to install a new heating boiler system and oil tank in our home. Look no further if youre planning to do the same. Eric and his crew were fantastic! Fast, efficient, neat are just a few words to describe their work. In and out in the same day with no surprises. AND they replaced several shut off valves and piping that were corroded at no additional cost. AND their price was the lowest!

Had our oil tank spring a leak one Sunday morning. Jennings sent a service technician over right away and helped temporarily address the leak until I could be put in their schedule for a new oil tank. And of course, it was recently filled up, oh boy......They showed up the very next day. Transferred my heating oil to a reserve tank, swapped the old tank for a new one and filled it back up. No mess, no fuss, great work. Made the whole process a pleasure to endure.

I purchased an auction delivery of 100 Gallons from my sons school auction. Paid $325.00 at auction. Spoke with the owner Bob Jennings and asked him to fill my oil tank. Told him if its over the 100 gallons I already paid for that I will pay the difference. Ended up it was under 100 gallons, it was a fill of only 87.2 gallons. The driver told me they would credit it on the account, and he wrote the credit on my receipt as well.Today called,spoke to Bob Jennings the owner again and asked to get 150 gallon delivery and told him I had a credit of 12.8 gallons. He told me a gift certificate was a one time delivery even though I paid $325.00. His claim was he did this for free although on my end it wasnt. I asked him how many gallons he would need to deliver in order to honor the credit. His response was it doesnt matter. So I told him for a $47.00 credit was it worth losing a customer over?Not a smart or honorable company to deal with. I didnt want a handout or anything for free. I actually said how many gallons do YOU want to deliver to honor a miniscule 12.8 gallons. I would NEVER recommend Bob Jennings, JENNINGS OIL to anyone.

Jennings crews are first class to work with. New boiler and hot water system is top notch. First winter in which our house is warm since owning the property.From breaking the crumby news that we need a new boiler, while providing tips for keeping my old one working up until the new unit install.The new boiler, Burnham MPO-IQ, and hot water indirect storage unit and the new plumbing and appliances look terrific and are performing wonderfully.Several months of winter and I can observe a DRASTIC savings in oil consumption. Not exaggerating to report over 50% reduction in oil usage.Time will tell. I would not be surprised to find 67% less oil compared to my previous boiler.Super satisfied. It was not a cheap unit to purchase and install but is impressive. My basement is very cramped and low clearance, 54.Install handled without any incident.Very happy to have contracted with Jennings Oil!!
