This place is AWESOME! They’ve been open for about a month & are such a great addition to the Danbury Mall!This place seems to have it all! Bubble tea, cold-roll ice cream, nitrogen chips, milk shakes.Super friendly staff! My wife didn’t know that you can customize the sweetness level. They remade both of our drinks with a lower sweetness level without even a hint of grumbling or reluctance. They also have us free samples of the nitrogen infused chips because our kids were so intrigued by them.Wife had a milk based tea & I had a fruity green tea. Both were great.Also appreciated how clean & sanitary they kept everything.An easy 5 stars for this spot! You should DEFINITELY check it out if you get the opportunity!

I love drinking the Taro Milkshake and the Thai Tea! Both with bubbles of course ☺️ I should try other flavors, but those are my favorites.

Great little shop!!! Always a pleasant experience. We are avid boba tea drinkers. We’ve drank boba tea everywhere we see it, by far the best!!! Whenever we’re in Connecticut, it’s the first place we stop in at. Highly recommended!!!

A little expensive, but nice staff and good beverages

Love going to this shack everytime Im in the mall.I always get the honeydew melon rolled ice cream and its delicious.The lady running it is pleasant too.Nice people and a nice treat.The wait is a while though because they make it to order once you pay for it and it takes time to freeze and roll the cream, but the treat is worth it.

The boba tea is so amazing. I’ve never had anything more spectacular like this before. The boba is so chewy and there is a variety of flavors to choose!

Really great products. A little more expensive but for a unique treat its worth it. Also dont expect super speed service. It takes a little time for you to get your order. People working the kiosk are very friendly and accommodating too.

My sisters and I came across PaPa T when an employee asked us to try a sample. She was one of the most kindest and happiest person I have ever met. We didn’t know exactly how and what to order but she was very helpful. The guy who made the ice cream was also very sweet. They were both very kind and helpful and it was cool to watch him make the ice cream and the ice cream tasted very fresh 10/10 would recommend stopping by the employees made the experience even better.

READ FIRST BEFORE COMING HERE. This was my first experience with rolled ice cream and I wouldn’t recommend it. The service sucks and I was waiting for my “snow berry” while another customer waited for the same thing. We were there FIRST and waited longer but the lady at the front decided to give it to the people that JUST got there and didn’t even apologize. Very rude and a waste of my time having to wait for the the other peoples order when not only did we order first but we were physically there first. I don’t normally leave negative reviews or any for the matter but I’ve never felt so disrespected and I’m not asking for a refund but not even a simple apology was given. She looked at us when the guy asked her for who it was and she pointed at the other people. The guy making the ice cream is just doing his job and did great at making a good rolled ice cream. Sadly anyone can make rolled ice cream like the people across them and if the service sucks then I wouldn’t recommend it or ever come back. Save your TIME and MONEY from this place. Ps if you’re black or Latino do not support this business. I was a minority and the other customer was white. Seems like discrimination to me.

This spot is amazing! The Staff seem to be happy to be there & to help with just about anything! It was all all around a great experience plus not to mention that the drinks are absolutely delicious! The roll ice creams are also extremely tasty with topping. I absolutely fell in love with the store and with the employees they are top notch if you want great customer service look nowhere else honestly.
