I had used Ralph in the past and was extremely satisfied with his service. This time I had driven my John Deere lawn tractor over something and it ripped the grass chute cover off. I called Ralph and explained my problem. He said that it was a simple fix and told me exactly what part to order and how to install it. He said I could pay him to come out and install the part or I could save the money and do it myself. Anybody else would have charged me an arm and a leg to do something simple, but Ralph instead chose customer service over profit. I would without recommend him to anybody who needs lawn equipment service.
