After traveling to multiple different FedEx locations, I realized none of them offer shipping materials for prepaid labels. At this location, they said Id have to grab a box and pack the materials. They said I had to pay for a laptop ship box, and I asked if they would pack it bubble wrap regardless, to which they said yes. After I decline to spend extra outside of the prepaid label, they said I would have to pay for the bubble wrap used since I didnt buy the laptop shipping materials. Wed also have to pay extra for special labels as they were laptops and phones. They wonder why more people use and trust UPS.

When it comes to packages, youd like them to arrive on time, undamaged and that happens for me when I ship from FedEx. Pleased again and will return . The family friendly location,the post office down the road and convenient shopping locations I can get a lot done without going outside of a few miles !!

Unfortunately it is very small. In a time like Covid I did not feel safe with the set up. There was no way you can be 6ft apart coming, going or waiting; however the setup kept workers safe from the public with a barrier between the customers and the workers. The way they do returns makes them a lot slower than UPS and the post office.They have to type something in their computer and wait before they can scan the barcode on my phone. I felt like I was standing there for a long time with my arm extended because of the barrier for them to scan the bar code. Eventually they scanned. They even had to go in the back for the print out to put on package. Usually once its my turn at the register at ups and post office, they scan and print in less than 30 seconds.I gave them 3 stars because the system worked, it was just slow.

My delivery was supposed to be on 12/30/2020 and there was an issue, I was ok with it stuff happens so I was told that it was going to be deliver the next day 12/31/2020, a FedEx truck is 2 houses up my street but it didnt stopped at my house, so I call to find out what time is going to be deliver and I am told that it might be deliver today 12/31/2020 or Monday 1/4/2021 and asked why wasnt my package deliver today when there was a truck near my house, FedEx could have deliver it today since a driver was basically next to my house, I ask to speak to a supervisor and I was told that there are no manager or supervisor available, I asked to be transfer to the local office and I was told that they are not taking phone calls, this is beyond ridiculous, this company is not responsible or reliable.

Not very helpful or friendly. One staff member told me they dont scan QR codes or print labels and told me to go to Staples. Clearly did not want to help. I waited to ask another girl and she said they did and was able to help me. Customer service training is needed.

Social Distancing was in effect at the time of my visit. But the placing of separation lines made no sense; they defeated the whole purpose of distancing. You needed to walk closely next to someone to get to a designated spot.Further, the woman who was supposed to assist me really was not in a good vocation for someone with minimal social skills.She also kept asking me the weight of my parcel. I told her I didnt know; I expected FedEx would weigh it. In order to do that Id have to get closer to her register. She didnt want that, so she told me I had to tell her what it weighed.It was at that point that I decided to leave.

I received a text that Fedex had dropped off a package but did not see any so we checked curbside and found my package propped against the mailbox by the road. This happened today Wednesday, April 15, 2020. This is very unusual because all our big deliveries have always been dropped off in front of the house, we have a 400 ft driveway which is not hard to drive through but our mailbox and the street is not visible from the house. I wondered if the delivery person is new on the job or is having a bad day? Luckily, he sent out a text confirming delivery hence we set out to locate the package within a few minutes of the drop off before something happened to it. I hope this does not happen again as this is the first time this has happened to us but the reason I am concerned is that somebody else had been posting on Next Door about missing their deliveries.

Every time i order something and it’s shipped fed ex, it claims to be delivered and it is not. This time it’s medication for my puppy. Once, ok, but I’ve lived here for 2 and a half months and every package has been the same result. And on top of that, when I complained, the deliver driver came to my house and spoke extremely rudely to my wife. One day he’ll deliver a package when I’m home and I will personally let him know what I think of his cowardly attitude. I’m willing to bet he won’t have that same energy. If you can, request ups for all your packages. They’ll actually come, and they’re friendly!

Abysmal delivery service!!! I have a vacation hold in place over the holidays knowing that a valuable and breakable item requiring signature was likely due to be delivered while I was away. FedEx Danbury keeps putting the item on the truck every morning and attempts deliveries every day! Calling the general customer service to tell the facility to adhere to the vacation hold hasn’t worked either. It’s again out for delivery!The icing on the cake is that on the first day of supposed delivery BEFORE the vacation hold became effective I was still at home waiting for it until 8pm but the delivery was never made - apparently and exception was in place?! NO, the exception started the NEXT day and IS STILL IN PLACE!!!And I refuse to pay extra for scheduling a specific delivery day if FedEx isn’t even able to adhere to the delivery instructions that are already in place!

Awful, just awful. Twice the driver did not deliver due to business being closed.Noon on a Tuesday, we are open! And Saturday AM, yep open then too.First time they sent the package back to sender?Just leave the package- no signature needed.UPS or USPS is the way to go!

My comment concerns FedEx delivery service..which has been,and continues to be, terrible.My last few deliveries have been thrown into my garage, on top of the recyclables..which contain cardboard, on trash pick up day.Yesterday, expecting delivery today, I posted a large colored sign on the garage door, asking for my item to be placed in a specific location in the garage, where it isnt in danger of being hauled away by sanitation.I have just watched the driver get out of the truck, ignore the sign..and throw my package on top of the recyclables once again.I have a very nice front porch, by the way and someone is always home, so there is no reason for this carelessness. In the future I will request that the items be signed for, but there is no excuse for this.

Absolutely the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. Driver tried to deliver package yesterday - I was not home. He left door tag saying I must be present to receive package.I waited the whole day today for the delivery. At 1:39 PM I went into my attached garage to take my small dog out. At 1:41 PM driver walked up my driveway with package. Went to front door which I did not see or hear, then left. As he walked away, he looked at my open garage doors but did not bother to stop. I came out of the garage at 1:42 PM and saw him walking to his van at the street, I yelled at him, but he ignored me and drove away. All of these details are recorded on my security cameras!Trying to phone FEDEX is a nightmare. The stupid menu tree has no option to speak with Customer Service, and when one finally gets thru there is a message stay on the line to give a review. This does not work and drops you back into the stupid menu tree.What a disgrace of a company. UPS is miles ahead of FEDEX.

Unfortunately this is not the first experience Ive had that is unnecessarily time-consuming and unpleasant. The process to reschedule a delivery at FedEx is absurd. What happened to customer service where a representative could assist you? I will not purchase anything to have delivered to my home that requires a signature via FedEx. My time is valuable as well

One of the most incompetent businesses Ive ever had to do business with. I order A LOT of items online. Every single time ups delivers my package its on time and in great shape. EVERY TIME I receive a package from fedex, its either late or destroyed or both. Its truly comical. I can order the same item from the same place using both shippers. 2 completely different outcomes.I just ordered a white powder coated fuel tank. Item showed up scratched chipped and severely dented. Box ripped open. It was late, so I called fedex. They said it had to be repacked. When it arrived, it was in the original ripped open cardboard box with tape and cardboard staples holding it together hardly.tank was severely damaged.

Normally I would give a 5 to FedEx to our normal driver. Now I cant and am not sure who the driver really was.... Fed ex insisted that a large 51 lb box was indeed confirmed by the driver to be delivered without a doubt to our red house on Dec 15 at 646 pm. several calls were made this past week.. The package manf. supplier HOUZZ could not have been more helpful. They are replacing it. We thought it had been stolen right off our front porch during the night in our quiet neighborhood. What else could we think? A police report was filed after it was FedEx driver confirmed. Our neighbor across the street has cameras on the area. So today my husband watches the video. Guess what no driver nor no one drove up our driveway at that time half hour before and half hour after. now we are getting fed up. no pun...A call comes in on my husbands cell that a neighbor with the same #4 but different road had our package on his porch. He had been away this past week and just arrived home. The box has been retrieved and it is soaking wet. We kept asking what street was on their dispatch and confirmation hand held device.. HOUZZ rep was contacted and we will check the condition of the new box when it arrives and they will issue a return label. that is easy. 5 stars to HOUZZ...The frustrating part is why did the fed ex driver LIE and cause undue stress. Needless to say the gift will be late. We could have driven the half mile to the next neighborhood to retrieve it before it got wet. Mistakes are made just apologize and fix it but dont lie. So beware if you dont receive your package it may not have been stolen after all just delivered elsewhere.

Just sealed half my driveway after patching and repairing it and pressure washijng it. I blocked that part of the driveway so vehicles wouldnt drive over it. The FedEx driver decided to move the road block out of the way and drive all over that part of the driveway multiple times as he turned around there too. If I could tell the stores I buy from to not use FedEx, I will do that.
