I was beyond satisfied with the quality of work and customer service Danvers Auto Body provided me. I took my truck there for multiple repairs and they were nothing but understanding, knowledgeable and professional. They worked with me and around my schedule to get my truck in and out of there as quickly as possible. They are efficient and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Danvers Auto Body to anyone in need of repairs!

Danvers Auto is the best, Im not sure where these negative comments come from. They fixed my car quickly while also taking out a few scratches that were not even on the estimate. I was impressed how the clean the shop was, if I ever needed body work done I would go back again. They all have great senses of humor and excellent customer service skills!

Brought my Explorer in to repair my front bumper, grille and passenger headlight that was damaged in an accident. Working with Danvers Auto Body was nothing less than fantastic, from start to finish. They handled everything with my insurance and kept me in the loop through the process. Got my car back and it looked like it was never in an accident. Great work by a great team @ Danvers Auto Body! They uncovered some problems missed by the insurance adjuster, worked out the supplemental costs with him, and performed a flawless repair job, keeping me informed of the progress throughout the process. They’ll be my first choice if I ever need body work again. Highly recommended!!!

My car was towed after an accident. Upon the first conversation I had, they were polite, listened and asked how I was, if I was hurt. They introduced me to mechanic that would be doing work and was very detailed on what would be done. The date they gave me was the date I got my car. About a week after I got a call asking if it was all good. It was! They were great all around - hopefully I wont need them again, but if I do or you are lookng, please see them. Very honest, to the point and very polite!

Had front end damage repaired on dodge caravan with excellent results.Workmanship was excellent and the shop worked well with the insurance company to expedite the job.Small shop but very knowledgeable and able to get the job done quickly and at a fair price.

Let me be as clear as possible. DO. NOT. GO. HERE. Is that clear enough? If I could give 0 stars, I would. These people clearly have no clue what they are doing. They are under new management since Fall 2017, so anything you know about this place before that time is now useless. You will have a miserable experience as your car takes much longer than it should and you pay much more than you want to. Theres plenty of other autobody shops. Call AAA or your insurance company and go somewhere else. Just one guys opinion.

I recently had the misfortune of using this place before reading the reviews. This is a terrible establishment. After gouging me on tow and storage fees (which, of course, they only accepted cash), the 3-week estimate on fixing my truck balooned out to 6 weeks and cost almost double. The reasons for the delays were always someone elses fault with the auto body shop never accepting any responsibility. Stay away from this place. There are enough reputable shops out there to put this place out of business.

I needed by bumper fixed and repainted. I went to several locations for estimate and Danvers Auto Body was cheapest so I went with them. I was very pleased with the work,I had a ton of scuffs too & it now looks completely brand new.I had an alignment issue with my trunk (one side was higher than the other when it was closed). It didnt bother me much because it didnt leak water or anything so I didnt want to pay to repair it, the other autobody shops gave me an estimate to realign it for $50 or more, I mentioned this to the mechanic at Danvers Autobody and he just bent it with his hands back n forth a few times and it was done! (he didnt charge me anything & this was before I even decided to go with them for repairing my trunk!) I would go there again if I ever needed auto body work in the future

Got the whole front of my car fixed after an accident. The day I got it I had to bring it back bc they put an old clamp in it and it broke causing all of the antifreeze to leak out. A few days later my car died bc they didnt put the battery back in correctly so it was just sliding around. They clearly have no idea what they are doing, absolutely terrible experience.

These people could care less they took 63 days to fix my truck costing me hundreds of extra dollars on car rental. They kept telling me that the truck would be ready the next week with no explanation. Stay away, stay far away!!!!
