I cannot thank B&G enough for my new kitchen! From the moment Cathy Stathopoulos walked into my very challenging angled kitchen, she had a vision for what it could be. We hired an architect who wanted to remove walls...many walls. Cathy shared with us by moving 1 doorway 12 inches we could achieve everything we wanted. Needless to say, we trusted Cathy and we are so happy we did. The amount of savings to our budget was remarkable. Cathys vision was amazing!!! The kitchen feels so much larger and Cathys space planning was awesome! The kitchen feels intentional and finally I have a place for everything! The level of professionalism she displayed during a trying time (in the middle of the pandemic) was top notch. She kept in touch with us about everything and explained everything to us completely along the way. We also had Mark from B&G install our kitchen. I cannot say enough about him! He was so professional and at the end of our install everything was perfect! We even asked to have him back to make some shelves for us for an angled cabinet that we had. Not only did he make them from scratch, he made them adjustable!! If you decide to choose B&G cabinet, which you wont regret, have Mark install them for you!My husband and I very highly recommend B&G cabinet, especially Cathy Stathopoulos if you need a beautiful new kitchen. Im not one to do many reviews but I had such an amazing experience with Cathy Stathopoulos and Jim Goulet of B&G Cabinets. My husband and I are very picky and detail oriented people and we cant say enough about Cathy. She is so easy to talk to, she has an amazing eye for detail and is one of the most organized people Ive met. She would check in with us before I had to even check in with her, which is rare. During the process I learned that Jim, the owner and his son makes custom wood countertops. I had a mixed material done for my kitchen island countertop of walnut and marble. I gave Jim a picture of my inspiration and I was blown away by the end result. I cant tell you how many compliments Ive had on my wood countertop and my kitchen. I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

I am so pleased we went with B&G Cabinets for our kitchen renovation. My fiancé and I had a pleasure working with Luke who was exceptionally thorough, patient, attentive, and easy to work with. He came to the house several times and provided creative ideas in the ever changing kitchen plan. We needed a very specific design in order to fit a kitchen island that didn’t compromise work flow. Luke was able to come up with the perfect design that met both of our needs. We had talked to a couple of other designers/ companies before going with B&G Cabinets for the job. Others were not as reasonable in price and not nearly as attentive. The person who installed the cabinets was very professional and worked fast and on time.The cabinets are of very high quality, and look beautiful in our new kitchen. After the complete install there was a few minor changes we wanted to make and without hesitation Luke was able to make those adjustments. The end result kitchen remodel is exactly what we had hoped for. B&G Cabinets is a great family owned business who really cares about their customers. We truly recommend!

B&G Cabinets was a dream to work with. They are old school professionals with a depth of contemporary design expertise. Our designer, Luke, was exceptional—knowledgeable, detail oriented, and very patient. He has an easy-going manner that made us feel comfortable asking a ton of questions all the time! His suggestions greatly improved our vision for our new kitchen, and he often helped us with suggestions and resources for other aspects of the renovation. We had our own carpenter, who we love, doing the kitchen renovation, but we decided to use one of their installers for the cabinets because we realized that is all they do and therefore probably know the cabinets and installation process better than anyone. Best decision ever! Their installer, Mark did a truly perfect job, without a single setback, and very quickly, too. (This is especially impressive as ours is an older home built in the 1880s and has quirky historical aspects, like unusually beam locations.) The end result is spectacular: the cherry cabinets are warm and elegant with fantastic grain, and so much storage; and the black walnut island top is gorgeous and beautifully complements the black granite counters. We couldnt be happier with B&G Cabinets and recommend them highly!

My husband and I contracted with B&G Cabinet to redo our kitchen. We found them to be wonderful to work with. They provided keen insight into the design and worked with us every step of the way to design and build our dream kitchen. We had several unique aspects to our kitchen as well... under cabinet refrigerators and freezer, custom farmhouse sink, large eat-in peninsula, 2-unit beverage center, and coffee bar. We couldnt be happier with how things turned out. Jim was extremely knowledgeable and worked closely with us, recommending enhancements and design changes that improved the functionality of our kitchen. He followed through on every question that we had and connected us with very professional, dedicated companies when picking out the granite and hardware. Our kitchen project was completed on time and in a very professional manner! I would highly recommend B&G to anyone.

I am a HUGE FAN! We hired B&G Cabinets for our last two renovations and I am about to hire them for a third time!! I wouldnt look anywhere else for custom cabinets. I can’t say enough good things about B & G cabinets. From the moment we started our kitchen rebuild project they are so seamless and easy to deal with. They were able to accommodate my wife and I in everything that we wanted from style (white country kitchen) to the countertops (quartz) to design. Going into the project we had a budget that we needed to stay with in and my wife was able to have her dream kitchen without any let downs. I also can’t be thankful enough for how easy the installation was. Everything was perfect and we luckily had zero set backs. Beautiful quality cabinets! Shopped all the typical stores. Lowe’s, Home Depot etc..The best decision we made. Would do another kitchen all over again with this company in a heart beat! We got all new cabinets for our kitchen and B & G was great right from the start. Pat Newman did a fantastic job helping us through the process, she knows her stuff ! B & G Cabinet and Cathy S., our designer, supplied us with a kitchen of our dreams. We renovated a 25yr old Victorian. Cathy was fanatical with making sure every cabinet and measurement was exact and fit into the unusual shapes of the home. She dealt directly with Miele to ensure each recessed appliance would sit perfectly when installed. Mark, their installer, couldn’t be fussier and have more finesse with what he does. A all around terrific experience!!

My husband and I worked closely with Patricia on our complete kitchen renovation plan and could not be happier with the result. We are very specific in what we like and were very pleased to be working with such a skilled designer with the same attention to detail. Patricia readily responded to any questions and was very accommodating with any requests for changes and adjustments during the planning process. There were so many details and challenges with designing a kitchen in a house from the 1880s that we did not anticipate but the process still went smoothly. Patrician problem solved any design challenge we encountered with ease while still keeping true to our vision and our preferences. Additionally, she came up with many ideas that complimented and improved upon our vision. Even though we used our own contractor/installer and not one that B&G typically works with, Patricia stayed in constant contact with our contractor to help guide the process and keep the project on tract. Renovations can be stressful to live with but the few times we encountered a hiccup it was resolved promptly and with minimal involvement from us. We enjoy all of the details that give our kitchen its functionality and charm on a daily basis and never get tired of the compliments from visitors! I highly recommend Patricia at B&G and would use them again for any future project!

My husband and I did a full renovation on a house we recently purchased. We contacted several custom/semi-custom cabinet companies in the Boston area. B & G was impressive from the start. We had the pleasure of working with Luke Goulet. He listened to our needs, offered several styles and options and helped us design to the perfect Cabico kitchen. Luke was extremely knowledgeable not only about the product but also the craftsmanship of the woodwork. He triple checked the cabinets, design and measurements before he had us sign anything. He contacted our contractor throughout the process and followed-up through every step of the process, ensuring the installation was done properly, even making sure screws were countersunk. He even impressed our hard to please contractor! Their service is exceptional! Luke has remained available to help with anything post installation. And we are just as pleased with the Cabico cabinets, especially since they arrived ahead of schedule. Overall, B & G Cabinets was very knowledgeable and easy to work and are highly recommended by us!!

Now that we have used B & G, I can understand the other poor reviews that they received on their site. Multiple issues. Cathy S. was great at answering questions and emails--until the sale was made, then not so much. They ask you to pay- in -full for the cabinets a week before delivery--big mistake. Our delivery time came and the only employee that makes the deliveries was on vacation--really? And they asked us to make sure that our construction crew was there to help with the delivery. Cathys layout design was fine but very similar to others that we had received. Even though the cabinets were more expensive than another companys, we decided to go with Cathy and her expertise. However, multiple issues with the plan by Cathy caused the contractors headaches and numerous delays in our project. When a cabinet would not fit, B&G did not acknowledge the issue (we sent the cabinet back on the advice of our contractor) and refused to reimburse us. (Update: They partially reimbursed us after many months of emails and phone calls. )Cathy did not even order the hardware for our cabinets correctly! We later found out (after the fact) that another neighbor had also used this company and when there was an issue, they had to fight for what they had ordered and already paid for. Not a great way to do business.I realize that there can be issues with any project but I expect honesty from a business when they mess up and a willingness to make it right--without a fight. We would never recommend this company. Wish we had known about our neighbors experience BEFORE we had signed on.....

We are extremely pleased with the outstanding customer service provided by B & G Cabinet.B & G Cabinet designed and installed our Cabico kitchen cabinets when we built our house way back in 2000. The kitchen has been really great and has held up for quite a few years (especially with 3 kids and 19 years of daily family use) ! This is certainly a testament to the high quality kitchen that B & G originally built for us.We needed to have a few minor repairs and adjustments done, so we contacted B & G for a kitchen cabinet repair/tune-up service. We had the pleasure of working with Arie Goulet.Arie was extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable, polite and responsive. He was able to retrieve an archived copy of our original kitchen parts list (from October 2000). He took care of ordering all of the required kitchen cabinet hardware.He came to our house and performed an amazing tune-up service on our kitchen. He fixed and adjusted all of the cabinet hinges and brackets. He replaced all of the worn cabinet handle knobs. I cannot review their cabinets or design, but if they treat their product or their customers in the same manner as they drive their box truck around, then theres cause for concern. Their driver tried to run my self and my young child in to oncoming traffic today, at a merge for which I had the right of way and instead of following the rules of the road, your driver decided to drive up beside me and laugh as he attempted to push his way in front of my vehicle and push me and my young daughter in to oncoming traffic. Disgusting. Im glad I recently went with another cabinet and design firm and I will tell anyone looking for products such as yours to steer clear. This is a very small community. It would probably best serve your business to be courteous (and also law abiding) while out in a vehicle advertising your name and services.

My wife and I are so pleased with what B+G has done for us that we cannot say enough. Four years ago while remodeling our kitchen we bought B+Gs Cabco cabinet line... a Canadian company for whom we also nothing but great respect now.We had had a couple of drawers and doors with some moisture damage. We called Pat from B+G about our issue and within 24 hours he called back and set up an appointment to come out to the house. He was at our door within a just few days. After doing a very thorough inspection, Pat said Hey, Jeff and Janet, we and Cabco stand by our guarantee; if OK with you, I can be back here to do the new install in 4-6 weeks. And well replace the whole section, not just the few damaged fronts.True to his word - and on time as he had promised - Pat returned, just today, working non-stop from 7:30 a.m.. til 2:30 p.m. - no coffee or lunch break - to finish what he had promised to do. It looks beautiful.!!!I found out, too, B+G gives Pat Mondays off. Today is Monday. I contracted B and G for cabinets in my kitchen. I opted for a very high end custom cabinet manufacturer so I could get any size needed The designer measured wrong and therefore I got stuck with a huge soffit in between the cabinet and crown. When it came to different size cabinets and accessories there was nothing in the showroom for me to look at. I ordered a Lazy Susan for a blind corner cabinet trusting my designers advice. It was very expensive at $800.00. This accessory was nothing more than two round cutting boards with a pole in between. The island that was ordered was too large. I was very specific on what size I needed. They dont list the items your getting. They give you a drawing and ask you to sign off on the plans and the lump sum amount of money. No skus or line items are listed. If this wasnt disappointing enough, the installer left a mess, day after day. He was asked not to cut in the house while paint was going on but still did and ruined the paint. He hung a cabinet too low. When I asked for another crown molding to fix the mistake B and G wanted to charge me. When making a large purchase you want to know the company your working with stands behind their product and service. I held back $400.00 on a 12k kitchen, and they still think I owe them money. You make the call.

Hi Jim,I hope you are well! I just wanted to take the time to send a little note regarding my kitchen. We ordered our kitchen back in February and it has now been installed with countertops in. Let me just say it is absolutely stunning!!!! It is like what you see in a magazine and certainly the showpiece of our new home!!! Pat was amazing to work with throughout my year long process of designing our kitchen. Our kitchen design changed 3 times over the course of a year and my island too many times to count because I was that customer who changed her mind too often after thinking things through. This was no problem for Pat because each time she greeted me with nothing but a smile on her face, a willingness to help in any way she could and a high degree of professionalism. Every time I met with her I had a new set of drawings the following week to review. Her design ideas caught my eye right from the start with her first presentation of our potential kitchen. She took an enormous amount of time to educate me on the different cabinetry lines regarding cabinet construction, finish, functionality and other important details. My husband was driving me very hard on cost and had no idea what the budget should be for our kitchen other than what he paid for his cabinets in our house 20 years ago so I did shop around to a few places. None of those places could compare even in the slightest to the customer service level offered at B&G with Pat. I knew without a doubt all of our kitchen details would be handled perfectly. I was not an easy customer but Pat did a phenomenal job from beginning to end.Regarding the cabinetry itself we ordered the greenfield line which I could not be more pleased with. The cabinets and quality of finish and construction were all top notch. I was so pleased with the actual cabinetry after seeing unboxed for the first time. I say that especially comparing to 2 other brands we decided to use for a few of our vanities as I did not have my mind made up by the time the greenfield sale ended and again my husband was driving me hard on cost. The greenfield cabinetry is so much nicer!!Our install went flawlessly with Joel Shepard, another gem. Right from the start he showed up punctual to the minute each day and had most of our cabinets installed the first day. He was great in discussing the structure of my kitchen island with me and had suggestions for best outlet placement as well. I was extremely nervous about our kitchen island holding the weight of the granite. In the end it was rock solid. He assisted with cabinetry hardware decisions and placement as well as how to handle a few other issues. He was extremely neat in our house which was very much appreciated. He was just an all around nice contractor to work with. Super friendly with an amazing work ethic and attention to detail.We also very much appreciated B&G (Jim) working with us to make our kitchen more economical for us with pricing as well as the offer to store our cabinetry as long as we needed even though we did not go that route. I should also mention that Cory also was extremely helpful to us with the delivery process in making sure we got all of our cabinetry into storage safe and sound. Kathy also has been very nice to me and helpful on the few times I just popped in whether to look at cabinetry finish/hardware prior to deciding on our kitchen.You have a phenomenal team at B&G. We are so thrilled with our new kitchen and master bath vanity! Thank you again so very much! We did send our neighbor across the street to come see you guys for their new kitchen.
