I have used Public Storage on an off for over 20 years. Had a unit from 2003 - 2010. It was a flawless experience. Same currently for the past four months. My experiences have been consistently good and clean and I feel that my possessions are safe there. Would recommend highly to others.

Highly recommended! We use this location for our moving business and we couldn’t be happier! Tom is a pleasure to deal with, he is fast, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. The location is conveniently located off Route 1, it’s very clean, and well maintained. I can’t recommend them enough!

Great Customer Service. Very helpful! My husband got a small indoor storage but had wanted a larger outdoor storage. Harold made sure to call my husband immediately once a larger outdoor storage was available and was a huge help in getting us set up.

Kavi was attentive and knowledgeable and gave me a good sign-in discount. Check-in went smoothly; everything seemed clearly explained. The facility looks clean, safe, and easy to move around; My only complaint is that lighting for the unit could be better. My corner unit gets very little ambient light from the hallway., and there is no light fixture inside the unit. The owner must bring their own portable lamp.

Great place for storage and reasonable prices ... but only draw back is that there is hardly anyone in the office. Hopefully they hire someone soon.

Kavi was polite, considerate, and efficient. He made the upgrade paperwork easy, took care of updating my account, and provided prompt notification of the changes I made. This facility is also clean and feels safe.

Make sure to bring wipes for the dolly’s and hope there’s one available. They raise their prices every few months, the most recent was over 30% increase.

I started renting with Public Storage back in 2018. At first i had a bigger size unit and realized that it was to big and wanted to downsize. I thought by asking the manager Heidi up in the office if this was possible she would tell me its to much of a paperwork mess and it just be easier to stay where i was. But when i finally decided to go up and ask figuring cant hurt to ask. She was extremely helpful. She looked up my account to see where my unit was, and then continued to search for a smaller one close to the one i have to it wouldnt be that hard to move back and forth. The transfer went so smoothly I couldnt believe it. Thanks so much Heidi for making our experience here at Public Storage extremely easy. Keep up the great work. Customer service skills were great.

I went to the office in the office around 11/11 to try and vacate my unit. I thought it was gonna be a whole big deal since I didnt give a months notice which I thought I had to do. The lady behind the counter named Heidi was extremely nice and very helpful. She explained to me that I didnt need a month notice, said just as long as its before the last day of the month then I wouldnt get charged any fees for leaving early. I was amazed at how little effort it took to end my contract. Heidi took a huge load of stress off my mind. Great customer service. Will recommend to friends and family. Love it here.

The ladies were awesome. The property is neat, clean and well kept up. The prices are really great to. Should bring back that fall savings deal though. Unlike Uhaul here at Public Storage you are allowed to see the different size units and see which one you think would fit ur need. I also love the storage packs with the different size boxes on each. Those come in handy. Love this place!!!!!!

Kelly the property manager was nice and helpful on all my moving needs.Very knowledgeable of my needs since we spoke on the phone about a week before my move in.Everything was prepared for my arrival. Units are climate controlled and walking distance from office as well as well lit, very clean which is a plus.I would much recommend this storage place.

He promptly walked me through the signing up process, ensuring that we have the right sized locker for our needs, as well as answered all of our questions pertaining to leasing a storage locker.Five starts, would recommend this business to my friends and family.

WOW when i say they are helpful here, thats an understatement. Marsha was amazing, extremely nice and attentive. Had a previous issue, and Marsha not only explained the options for me, she completely resolved it. Would DEFINITELY recommend.

I never rented a storage unit before I was very unaware with the process, how big of a unit I would need etc . This Public Storage facility provided excellent service. Both Jennifer and Kelly were welcoming, informative, and listened to my needs. These units are reasonably priced and very well maintained. It is fully climate controlled.

As an older gentleman i find it harder to do somethings on my own. But when it came down to storing some of my keepsakes, Heidi up in the Danvers store was extremely helpful and not at all in a rush. Im not that fast of a walker and she was OK with that. She showed me a couple different size units. Explained the whole process with me and not once did i see her get angry or irritated that i was slow and asked a million questions. She is a really patient employee and im glad i got to meet her. Great job and thank you so much.

I went by the office to close out the rental this week. It was early evening and noticed a sign in the window with a clock saying that manager would return in about 10 mins. She was inside at the desk on the computer and I tapped on the window. She was visibly annoyed that she had to get up. She unlocked the front door and started with Im on my break. Wrong thing to say!! I called her out on it and she then tried to cover for her stupidity by saying the computers were down. She was nasty in tone and I told her Ill remember this. So here it is. Cranky trash in the front office to deal with. NO STARS FOR THIS PLACE.

They have a lot of options when it comes to boxes you would need for moving or packing. I came here the other day to look for a box I need and although they didnt have the size box I was looking for the manager Morgan was very helpful in explaining what they do have and what I could try. Would come back in future.

I went to this public storage location first off because it had one of the best ratings. My girlfriend decided she wanted to move some stuff in the storage unit. A young lady named Eileen helped us move in. Mind you have never done this before and she made sure when we left that office we had no questions left to ask. Very informative from the moment we walked in right up until the moment she walked us out of that door. This facility is clean, she cares about her customers and she was so much of help Im very grateful for Eileens help. If anyone is looking for a good storage facility with a positive attitude. You must visit her out in Danvers. She will take great care of you. Beyond exceptional customer service skills. 5 stars to her. Thank you

This is the best storage facility on the north shore! Clean and well-maintained. I feel as though my belongings are very safe & secure. Perfect location, hours, and affordable pricing. Staff is great, the property manager - Kelly - is very helpful and super friendly and she routinely walks around the property checking up on things, ensuring everything is clean, maintained, safe and secure. I originally planned to rent elsewhere after my first month, but decided to stay put. And will be back in the future if I need a storage unit.

Stopped by public storage Danvers after visiting 2 other storage locations. We were looking for a unit to fit a 4-5 bedroom house but were unable to view any large units at other facilities for no known reason even though they were available. We were pleasantly surprised at how kind and accommodating Kelly was at the front desk. She immediately began to help from the second we walked in and was happy to show us 3 available units. She asked us all the right questions about what we needed for size and took the time to list items for the space we would use. I could have waited a couple weeks to rent but Kelly just made it feel right so we rented a 10 x 30 on the spot. I am in charge of a medium size business and know it is uncommon to find excellent employees. She is a valuable asset to this location and company. Thanks again!

Kelly who is the property manager there, greeted us me and my other with a smile which put us at ease. For we just moved to the area and currently looking to buy a house and now living at a hotel. and out of our trailer.She showed us some units and suggested to us a nice size unit that would fit all our belongings.We bought a couple of supplies, cause living out of boxes some of them got or could get damaged.Prices here are reasonable which we didnt expect.thank you Kelly for the great customer service if there were more stars she would get them.

I thought the service of reviewing the unit to make sure I was renting the correct size was great. Kevin was very courteous and explained everything well. This experience is the best that I have had in dealing with storage facilities and I have rented from many in the past.

The crew there is friendly, accountable and conscientious. I coordinated with Kelly throughout the entire engagement and felt like I was listened to and my queries were addressed. If you are looking for this kind of storage option, I highly recommend this location.
