I bought my very first road bike in this store Trek Emonda last year Sept. I love love my bike but what I love the most are the staff. I have been going back to this store throughout the year for services and shopping. This store is about 60 miles away from me but there is a reason why I personally drive this far is because of the AMAZING customer service! I love everyone in this store and most especially the manager Kat!!! Best best customer service. Thank you!

Such a great bike shop! They must focus on getting the right people into the business as they are always super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and consistently so (not for Livermore Trek - avoid that place). Nothing is ever a problem and would never go anywhere else now. Despite a big backlog, they serviced and fitted my new tubeless WTB Byways all within the day!

I bought an electra cruiser bike from the store. I was having a difficult time however getting it into the trunk of my car. However my salesman was extremely helpful and relentless in finally getting the bike into my car. He did an excellent job and went over and beyond in helping me.

Brought my very old and neglected trek road bike in for a tune-up the same day I inquired over the phone. They were rapid at fixing the shifting and trueing the wheels. Better yet, when I let them know Id be moving it across the country they suggested their disassembly and packing of the bike, which arrived completely mint. Bike is working wonderfully and Im riding happy all the way out in North Carolina thanks to the Danville Trek guys and gals! Cheers!

My daughter and I bought ebikes last night and the service was above and beyond. The covid precautions in place helped us feel safe. We were informed of the options by knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, staff who listened to ur concerns and didn’t pressures us but helped us choose from their adequate inventory. We had been shopping at several other places. This was a very pleasant experience.

The staff were great! I had a cable break in the brake/shift hood leaving the bike in the 11-tooth gear. The mechanic rushed the repair and also replaced the chain so we could finish the ride back to Livermore. Very knowledgeable and a desire to help the customer!

My 2013 Trek Speed Concept Gen1 rear derailleur hanger was coming lose. Trek Danville manager Kat said theyd have to ship it to Trek to see if it could be fixed. This was 2 months prior to Ironman Tulsa! =0Two days later Kat called, Trek said that due to the issue, the frame could not be repaired... but that Trek would offer a loyal customer full warranty replacement. Since the Gen1 and current Gen2 forks and cockpit are unique, would the warranty cover the Gen2 forks. I inquired.Kat, Yes, and the entire aerobar/handler bars (cockpit), seatpost, brake system (less the brake levers).Me: [stunned silence] SC Gen2 Frameset retails for $3,629.99. How soon?Kat: Trek has already shipped it, probably be here in 3-5 days.Me: [sigh of relief] Can you build it with my Gen1 nearly new drivetrain, Hunt wheelset, and other parts?Kat: Yup.Me: You guys are forking awesome!Brent did a great job building my New Black SC and follow appointments for sizing. FYI, the SC cockpit is proprietary and is difficult to work on, so extra kudos to Brent for getting, respectfully so, an over-engineered (sorry, Trek, stand up job on the warranty replacement, but that cockpit is a maddening design) a cockpit dialed in.High praise: to Trek for standing by their product. Solid for ponying up a complete frameset - you saved my 2021 triathlon racing season!... to Kat for getting on the ball and communicating with Trek of my passion for the SC (my Gen1 I had a custom paint job so is was with heavy heart that it had to be recycled - kudos to Trek recycling carbon fiber program!!!)... to Brent for his diligence and after hours efforts. And for everyone at Trek Danville for their support and hard work.New Black is riding very fast. It wasnt a PR, but IM Tulsa was one of my faster races.

My first visit will not be my last! It started with a need forgot for the tires, I had forgotten to bring my floor pump!no purchase was intended. My apologies for not remember the gentleman who assessed me! He should be promoted to Service Ambassador! He was terrific, very social to all of the many customers who were visiting for advise, parts, recommendations he provided or all in a gracious manner. All the employees I interacted with were great and I noticed they approached customers, they was no waiting for one to come out from the back room. They all multi tasked well. Just a terrific trained crew. The store was so clean and was well stocked. It’s not the closest just the best! Thank to all for a terrify experience! Dave H

World Class customer and technical service, highly knowledgeable. Staff was very friendly, and no high pressure sales, answered the questions in a with knowledge and in an easy-to-understand way (for us newbies). Had products in stock that most other TREK stores did not. Well worth the additional travel time and distance. Initially came here because my usual TREK stores close to me did not have the tires or supplies needed to convert to a tubeless ride for my Checkpoint ALR5. They answered my questions, spent time explaining how to do it, walked me through the process, and gave me resources from a whole variety of YouTubers. For my first time was able to complete the two wheel-tire conversion in about 75 minutes. They definitely made it simple!! Definitely would recommend this business. A 10/10 establishment!! As we say in the military... BZ - Bravo Zulu!!

Even during time like this with COVID-19 is very present, employees of Trek Bicycle of Danville were amazing, curious, respectful and helpful.All other bike shops in Bay Area are arrogant and taking I dont need to be nice attitude, employees of Trek Danville gone out their way to help.5 Stars service...why would anyone want to go to anyone else for anything. I got a flat tire and patched three times still leaking slowly. I couldnt find the spot. So i stopped by this shop near the trail to get a new tube. They were out of stock for the size i needed. They let me to use a bucket of water and the pump. I asked if they can take a look at the brakes while my bike was on the stand and they adjusted them too.They werent going to charge me anything. I gave some cash i had to show my graditude. They were so friendly and simply trying to help when i am in trouble far away from home.Id like to thank again to those people trying to help.

Great experience dealing with this new bike shop in Downtown Danville. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very accommodating and committed to service. Julian was very patient and supportive. I liked this a lot. Bry in service was EXCELLENT and I felt very confident and comfortable knowing that he was going to oversee the building of my bikes and Quality Controlling them. Matt in service was also very friendly and helpful! Everyone seemed to go out of their way to be helpful. THANK YOU.

Recently went to Trek Bicycle Danville to get a tube and Aaron K (AK2) helped me. Aaron is the picture of what great Customer Service is all about. Friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I noticed the customers in line ahead of me having many questions about bikes. service intervals, timeframes, store inventory etc,etc. Aaron answered any and all questions no matter how many questions any particular customer asked. Aaron is the MAN to have at your front/side door helping customers because he is fantastic. One of our bikes needs service and I will be making an appt because of Aaron and his outstanding customer service. Keep up the great work and I will see you guys soon. One Happy Customer

Well there was a mix up and I was really disappointed in the way I was treated. I consulted over the phone for a bike availability and was told to visit the store for a test ride. when i visited the store I was bluntly denied entry to the store stating it was told... But had it not been for Jullian i would have been very unsatisfied customer who would never return. I called back and Jullian clarified the confusion and was prompt to call me back. When at store Jullian was very helpful and answered all my question and went over the bike feature and how to operate them. He was very knowledgable about the bike features and details. And the energy, courteousness he has was amazing... I was sold on that .. Thank you Jullian for what you do.

This store offers great quality, customer service and convenience. From calling in, Aaron always answers with a friendly greeting and directs you to the right person. However, my experience at the store is with the sales associate Julian. His expertise and knowledge helped guide my decision in purchasing a bike and several equipment accessories. Anything I asked for or inquired, he had ready and out for viewing (during these COVID times he also disinfected everything before demonstrating the product.) He was able to answer all my questions whether it was about the bikes or the endless equipment that is available. I most appreciated his patience with all my questions and concerns. Having Julians excellent customer service and Treks quality brand, I will be coming back to this location for all of my bicylcling needs.

Rang phone off the hook for 3 days during hours of operation, no one answered, drove all the way to Danville from SF, they did not have the bike in stock that their online information said they did. Either update your site or answer your phone ... guy at the door was rude. No empathy whatsoever.
