My sales person Christian was very professional yet worked with a pleasant smile while remaining focused and explaining every step to me while retrieving information from the phone i had lost. She also recommended a pelican dry pouch which i love. I will definitely go back to Christian at the Daphne Al. store for any future electronic needs🙂

Conner was very pushy and talked over me while my boyfriend was trying to decide if he should get some chargers and a case for his phone. I understand he probably makes commission on that sale but talking over other people is not good customer service. Wont be back to this location.

Two weeks ago, I would have given this store zero stars. Our bill was completely outrageous, after making a recent upgrade. I went in today, for the third time, to speak with employee that made unnecessary changes to our account. He is no longer with them. (I can see why.) Thanks to Andre, the interim manager, who listened, reviewed our bill, and took the time to fix it properly. My faith was restored. Thanks again Andre, for being very professional and taking the time to help.

The salesman/area manager was amazing. He was very helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Do NOT waste your time! Because that’s exactly what will happen. They are friendly but, extremely inconsistent in their knowledge. Someone else said they need to invest in training their employees and, I completely agree.

This location needs to spend more time training their employees. Customer service being JOB ONE. If you have the option, pick a different location. You get more help from the 800 number.

They restarted my settings without discussing it with we and I have to go through all of it and make it back to normal

Google directions need updating. Location is on left if heading south on 98. Do not turn at Wilson as google instructs you to do. When heading south on 98 you’ll want to pass Wilson and go to the next turn lane on your left. After turning left you will turn right into their parking lot and the AT&T store is on your left.

The whole AT&t company is rude and unhelpful been on hold with service techs for over 2 hours have snapshots and recorded conversation of rude employees
