Very nice staff. Store was very clean. Not crowded when I went, but I could see there not being enough room if a lot of people were there at once. Too much in the aisles. Also, game selection for pre-owned games was a little disheartening, but the prices were fair.

Everything about it was sad, this cannot be the same management from a few years ago.1. Theres about a quarter of the stock there used to be2. Whats on the shelves isnt actually available. They knowingly put items back out for sale that they did not have while I was there3. The items they did have to sell rang up wildly incorrect4. The cashier knowingly tried to sell me the regular version of a game for the same price as the game of the year because they were out of the game of the year

You shouldn’t sell your console in this place they screw you over I was selling my Nintendo 3D XL never open still on the box they were giving me only 35 dollars in cash store credit 45 dollars I did the smart thing sold it in Facebook market place they gave 120 for it. the employees name is Brandon.If you are in pressure rushing selling your console and sell it in game stop they screw you over if you want to wait and get a good money for your console sell it in market place Facebook

Great selection of games, new and used. Prices are competitive. Staff have always been good to us. They have a well deserved bad reputation for paying nothing on games they buy from you. They do carry refurbished game systems at good prices.

Great knowledgeable staff. Very welcoming. Also great selection of used games and cool gaming toys. Bought a ton of the Super Mario toys for my girls for Christmas. Good selection of Amiibos too.

We called three times to ask if they had a switch. They didn’t answer any of the times. We drove up about 20 min to find that they had no switches in stock. They advertised it was in stock on their website. We came up to the store and the worker told us the phone has been broken for months? Don’t know if that’s true or they are just too lazy to answer the phone. This is ridiculous, the employee didn’t even care that the website was wrong, their phone was broken or that we drove 12 miles for a product they falsely advertised. He was also just dismissive of our time. This was the worst customer service I’ve had in a while.

Small location, fantastic staff, great atmosphere. Prices are what youd expect for a retail shop, which is fine. Location is convenient. I have only had one negative experience from this shop and it turned out to be a simple communication error. Would recommend to anyone.

Awesome store, and staff! They always try to make sure I get my moneys worth. Ill ask them about a game, and they will usually tell me how they liked it, and if it is a good game. They always try to make small talk, and it is awesome to talk to people who love games as much as I do. Overall the store and staff is awesome. I hope I can get a job here when I turn 16.

Only selling games to people who pre-order are they seriously not smart enough to order extra and have the right amount of stock to sell to other people who are outside of the pre-order demographic. This is seriously why people shop at Walmart and this dying franchise is on its last leg.

I have been going to this location for almost 10 years. Love the staff here and they have had the same manager for all these years and he will help you with all your needs. They have a great set up too!

I was there with my dad to pick up a game and the manager was selling a system to someone and they asked how long the cables were and I owned the console and chimes in trying to be helpful. I told them the cables were 5 ft long and when asked where I got them I said Best Buy. Then the manager decided to insult Best Buy and called it the worst buy... I work at Best Buy and I think that was really unprofessional...

I love the customer service at this Game stop. They are always helpful when I ask for information or their opinion on a certain game or accessory. I have never had a problem contacting them on the phone. Great store.

Great selection of games and the staff is super nice, but this place will buy a game from you for $1 and they will have 5 used on the shelf for $39.99.

Want to trade an xbox one, Nintendo switch, 40 games, and your left kidney. They will give you 32.57 in store credit or 27.43 in cash. They rip people off on used game sales and their trade ins. I got defective xboxs from a lot. Went through 8 in a single month. Cant wait for them to go out of business.

Brandon and Matt are the two coolest, along with the girl which I dont know her name. They are very helpful and love their job!

Will not be returning. I walked into the store with a 3 yr old and 7 yr old. Were in the store for about 5 minutes looking at Pokémon cards before my 3 yr old starts screaming that he has to potty and does the potty dance. I look up at the employees and ask if we could use their restroom because my son had to potty. The girls looked like they cared, but the guy refused and said no, its not for the public an that I could go to bed bath and beyond across the street. Obviously, the guy doesnt have kids. I had to tell my 7 yr old to stop looking at cards so that we could leave and go somewhere else to use the bathroom. Once outside I pick up my 3 yr old and walk quickly across the street. The guy, Micheal I believe was his name, is really lucky my kid didnt have an accident in the store. Ive never been in a store that has refused to let a small child use the restroom even if it wasnt for the public. We only came back to get the cards because my 7 yr old would have been devestated had we not gotten them.We also had to rush because they were closing in 20 minutes when we got back from the other store. I will say this was partially my fault as I waited until 8:20 to go into GameStop. But as we were handed out change, Michael was busy closing out the register as it would have been too long to wait until I began walking away.

They NEVER answer the phone here. The prices for a used game are maybe 4 dollars less than a brand new copy. Youd be better of going to Walmart to buy games.

This is our go to video game store for trading old games and buying used ones. I dont think we have had a defective used game in the past 6-7 years of coming here.Staff is very helpful, as well

I have been coming here since I was a kid and It was EB games. Overall its a great place with great employees and great service.

I mean, its a Gamestop. By now, anyone should know what to expect. Trade-ins are ripoffs, and their jobs rely on getting good numbers of reservations and memberships. No review should include those when reviewing an individual Gamestop location.The workers were polite and helpful, and the store is set up intuitively. Only downside is that the square footage is a bit too small for all the extra stuff that corporate wants displayed, but youre pretty much never going to find a Gamestop that doesnt feel cramped. Corporate keeps adding more stuff to sell, but wont pay for extra space.

All trades final, made a small mistake and traded in a psp 1000 for a psp 3000,,didnt have a power cord,,the staff at this location were friendly and quickly overlooked my mistake and let me buy the power cord and returned my psp 1000..they did not have to do that,,they could have just sold me a power cord and kept my trade in,,I feel that they went over and above,,and earned the mark of excellent customer service...good job...they will earn my business in the future,,my mistake and they did not use corporate policy to beat me out of a few bucks,,this type of customer service will earn them goodwill and future business,,thanks to the staff of Game Stop for doing the right thing,,even though policy dictated otherwise
