The battery installation took only one hour with an appointment. I was 30 minutes late due to a storm and traffic, but that was no problem. I was surprised though that no products offered were available for a tryout in the showroom. There was a sign warning against picking up a device that read an alarm would be set off yet I did fiddle with a Mac mouse..before I saw the warning. I also was surprised there was no seating. I was told to leave and come back in an hour. Luckily there was a coffee shop a few doors down where I did my wait for the new battery. I was hoping to try out some devices for purchase but that is not allowed. The first employee seemed to be surprised at my arrival, not friendly, matter of fact, which is fine but in high contrast to the person I had made phone contact with who was very accommodating to explain how I would get my new phone battery. It took me only a couple of minutes to look over accessories and not find what I would have bought if stocked. No charging cables were there. I saw mostly cases for phones and a few for tablets. I appreciate the battery installation, but was disappointed I could not try a demo of two devices I may have purchased. I suggest some seating and device tryouts within the entrance room.

Great experience! Was having an issue charging my Note 9, so I got a price for a charger port replacement which was reasonable. When I went in, they took some precautions to ensure we went with the right decision, but found out it was just compressed dirt in my port. I walked in ready to spend $120 to replace battery and the charging port but left with a fixed phone for only $30!! Super impressed and satisfied!

My iPhone 11xr, needed a new screen the old one was so busted you couldn’t use it at all. I brought it in and the techs were so nice, helpful, and quick! The fee was lower than other places I had called. I would absolutely recommend them and I’ll be going back for any future needs!!

Cole helped me and was very professional, friendly, and quick replacing the screen on my phone. The entire staff was kind and greeted me and asked how they could help. Everyone at this business was very helpful in describing a used I pad I had my eye on,, it was a good value and they set it up for internet cellular service. They even installed a nice protective case on it along with helping me get one on a personal phone, I will highly recommend them to friends.

This was the only repair place in town that even knew what my phone was [PALM PVG100]. All of the staff that I interacted with were excellent [I spoke with two different people over the phone, one at each location, and the guys I spoke with in-person at the HWY 98 location were great too]. The price paid was not cheap, but TOTALLY worth it for the QUALITY of service received! I provided them with two Palm smartphones, each with a specific problem, and they were able to combine my two phones into one *perfect* phone. I dropped off on a Friday before they closed and everything was ready for me to pick-up before lunch the following Monday - I honestly didnt expect to get it back so soon. Im a very satisfied customer & will return if I ever need anything in the furture.

I dropped off my old Mac for a diagnosis. And they quickly discovered my power cord was no good. They directed me to Best Buy and also told me I needed to upgrade my system. I will be back! They also sell gently used iPhones and watches which is exciting if you can’t upgrade without shelling out a lot of money.

Went in to have phones checked for not holding charge, my husband’s was at 15%, they slow down at 80% 🤪. Got two new batteries, very reasonable, had to leave phones, but repaired quickly. Very happy with entire experience.

If I could give zero stars I would my phone has had nothing but issues and it’s because they installed a new screen wrong that is still under warranty but they say they won’t fix it because it has a crack in it but it’s not caused by that. I will never come here again

Quick fix has been my go to place for 6 plus years. No matter what brand of phone I have, if I have a problem, they have ALWAYS fixed my issue. Hayden has done a amazing job growing his business from a small store on a side street off of Highway 98 in Daphne, to now owning 4 stores in prime locations! No matter what employee helps me, I get top notch service from all of the staff, without fail, exceeds my expectations every visit. As we all know, customer service is kinda of a thing of the past, they remind of what true customer service is and wish that all businesses operated like Quick Fix! :)

My wife and I went by the Daphne location today and had a great experience. The two guys we talked with were very patient and understanding, especially since we are elderly and have little knowledge of computers and cell phones, They were able to help us. resolve the issue and took little time to resolve our problem.

They were cheaper than the cell phone carrier employee was saying the repairs would be and they had the LCD screen and glass replaced in about an hour. They also gave me a storm responder discount since Im in Alabama for hurricane clean up. Quick Fix is awesome so if youre in Daphne Alabama and need your phone repaired I highly recommend Quick Fix.

Had a great experience with these guys. Came in to get my busted iPhone X screen repaired, but the replacement screen was faulty and led to ‘ghost touch’ issues. Brought it back in the same day and they replaced it again with the utmost professionalism and no further issues. Both repair jobs took about 30-40 minutes. Will definitely be coming back if I have any further issues with any of my devices.

I actually was not a customer. I did go in. I found their technicians to be very knowledgeable. Their diag fee if charged at all does towards repair. After a brief convo I sadly discovered while they could fix my old phone it wasnt financially advantageous. If you have a newer more valuable phone that needs fixing, I would suggest this store.

Ive taken 3 phones here in the last few years. They were always prompt and the prices were reasonable. I couldnt find a couple of settings on my new phone and they helped me finish the setup for no charge.

The back glass of my iPhone X was cracked, and I was told it would take about 4-6 hours. 2 hours later I was able to come pick my phone up good as new! The employees are very personable and have great customer service. They did a phenomenal job at a great price, and I’ll defiantly be coming back to see them for any future repair needs!

These guys are AWESOME! Being new to the area, we had no idea where to take our Mac when the motherboard went out. QuickFix researched to get the best price for the part then had it installed quickly. The computer was in the shop less than a week. And they replaced the motherboard with a better unit. We took our computer to Quick Fix when we were unable to locate a decent repair shop near Robertsdale. We were very impressed with Quick Fix - their repair facilities, their response but mostly the staff. Thomas was very quick to check the computer, diagnosis the problem and give an estimate. The turn-around time was exceptional (even did it on a Sat.) and the price was very reasonable. We will definitely use Quick Fix in the future.

My 10 year old MacBook was not opening a program and I thought this may be the end of its computer life. But, I decided to see if there was anything quick fix could do - not only did they fix it, but they did it same day for a low price! They did a great job and have fabulous customer service. This is a 10 star business. I brought my PC in for repair and found out that it really needed some TLC. Well it was given just that. I would recommend to everybody that you bring any electronic item to the store. They are the best. The technician stayed late to finish the repair as he was off the next day and wanted to make sure the repair was complete. Listen to any advise that they will give as they know what they are talking about. I am a customer for life with this great crew.
