I was in an accident and they repaired the damage. The customer service is excellent and they were honest about time frames. They kept me informed along the way either by phone or text message service. I would definitely recommend.

Marc my mechanic was good kept me updated with the repairs. Receptionist pretty impersonal and disinterested.

Pro Quality is hands down one of the BEST collision shops weve worked with. Our Pathfinder was t-boned in an accident resulting in significant damage. Every Pro Quality employee we worked with was professional, personable, honest, dedicated and clearly genuinely cared about us and the work they did. Their customer service is top notch. They communicated every step of the way and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Our work took longer than anticipated (due to no fault of Pro Quality at all) and they even covered days of our rental that insurance wouldnt. Our car came back looking better than it did before it was in the accident. The interior and exterior were immaculate. After working with them,. theres nowhere else wed take our car. They look a stressful and frustrating situation (thanks to insurance) and made it as positive as it could have been.

The entire experience was terrific. I needed to have my windshield replaced. They made arraignments with my insurance company. While they had the car they took care of a couple of minor dents as well. When they were done the car looked brand new again. They have worked on several of my cars in the past and I will continue to use and recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Awesome work again! This was my second car I brought to them because the first car came out so nice! I came back because the bumper they put on my first car looked great and matched perfectly so I could not tell there was work done. This time was no different. They did a lot of work on the front end of the car, and it looked great! The paint was once again perfectly matched to the rest of the car. They were also really good at quickly communicating with my insurance company, so much so that the car was finished ahead of schedule! What I also really like is there lifetime guarantee, so as long as you own the car, they guarantee their work!

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. Very unprofessional and rude. We brought our car for minor body repair. They took almost 4 weeks to do some minor repairs, but gave us the car back with more dents then repaired. They would not repair their own dents and wanted to charge more. This is all fine, but what I did not appreciate is the way the owner address the issue. He came out with the big attitude and would not allow us to talk.. and then walk away saying that he would not repair the dents. I find this type of behavior very unprofessional and unwanted for anyone. I felt that he was going to be physically violent so I stayed quiet and then left. I do not feel that anyone should feel that way when getting payed service.

Fast and friendly service

This place doesnt even seem like a business, its more like a family. The two guys I deal with mostly, Carlos and Mark, are never too busy to talk to me. Always easy to work with, and willing to do what it takes to make their customers happy. I have seen quite a few vehicles theyve worked on, and always quality and consistency. These guys are the real deal. Hope I dont need them in the future, but if I do, I know it will be a great experience.

Had a great experience from beginning to end. Gave me reasonable dates to get my bumper replaced on my Lincoln and was extremely happy with the quality of the service and painting. I have been using them for many years, from back when they were by Stirling and Ravenswood. Theyve repaired three of my wifes cars (one wife, three cars), my sons and daughters cars, plus many family members and friends. I send everyone I love there. I have never had a problem and have always been completely satisfied.Years ago I took a used car I wanted to buy to them to check it out. Mark looked it all over, even crawling under the car(!!), then showed me under the hood and in the trunk where the car had been repaired after being sandwiched between two cars in an accident. I thought I had checked it out well and didnt see anything wrong until he pointed it out. My Hero! Kept me from making a bad investment.

I had a minor issue with one of my side mirrors. Carlos and his team confirmed that there was no more severe damage, popped the mirror back in, buffed out the scratch on the back of the mirror, and I was off in minutes. Thank you for making what could have been a big pain in the butt an easy experience!This is a new location with a lovely waiting area. I know we all hope we never need body work on our vehicles, but if I ever do again, I would gladly return here.

I called to schedule an after market bumper installation. The woman that answered the phone was extremely rude with her questions (as if I was bothering her) and transferred me to an even more rude and unprofessional man to finish assisting me. Initially he said they would not install a bumper that was not ordered by them, but when I asked why he rudely responded by saying theyll go ahead and do it but wont guarantee the work. He was talking as if I was supposed to beg them to take my business. I took my business to K&H body shop and received excellent customer service and the body work is superb. The people at this location need a lesson in professionalism and customer service.

Convenient and reputable. On my insurance companys body shop list. Using their services but other drivers insurance paying for repairs.

They said 1-2 weeks, it took 5 weeks. My car charger went missing during those 5 weeks. Also, my power steering pump broke sometime between weeks 4-5 while PARKED at their shop due to wear and tear, which they refused to compensate saying it wasnt their fault. That it wasnt in issue when they received the car so it wasnt their responsibility. I traded an ugly car for a dangerous car. The repairs cost more than the body work. Over-inflated reputation if you ask me, I went to them because the reviews, and I was sadly disappointed.
